• Anne-France (4/5): - The location of the apartment is far from the city center, and the host provided the wrong metro stop. Instead of the “1‑minute walk” she claimed, we had to walk 20 minutes with our luggage, which is unacceptable. Even worse: one evening, when we returned to the apartment, there was no electricity in the building. This meant we could not enter the access code and therefore had no way to get into our accommodation. We tried to contact the host, but a voice message informed us that the office was closed. After searching through their website, I finally found a phone number for Booking.com, but they were unable to reach the host as well. Fortunately, another tourist arrived and managed to find a guardian who had a physical key. Without this unexpected help, we would have been stranded outside at night. It is unacceptable that no emergency contact was available in such a situation. We had a contract, and both the host and Booking.com have a clear duty to ensure access to the apartment at all times. This failure is simply unforgivable.

• jose (7/5): Ubicación perfecta, buen colchón - No faltaba de nada en la cocina, la cama cómoda, ubicación excepcional No entiendo la puntuación tan baja que tiene, hay fallos de mantenimiento pero en gerenal es aceptable, podían solucionar detalles con simple pintura. El WiFi no logre conectarlo y por la mañana hacia un poco de frio y el aire esta configurado para verano y la calefacción no está puesta en mayo. Las manchas en el sofá lo doy por "normal" porque las suele haber en todos los apartamentos turísticos, no se si será muy difícil lavar la funda, obviamente ni me senté.No me gustó que en en cubo de basura de la cocina estaba la bolsa del anterior inquilino y que a las 10.40 llamen a la puerta para entrar a limpiar cuando el chekout es a las 11.

• Harlan (8/5): muy recomendable, excelente relación precio calidad - Sin lugar a dudas la ubicación y el sistema de llaves electrónicas. El apartamento y el edificio contaban con calefacción central. Solo mejoraría la aislación acústica, desafortunadamente nos tocaron vecinos fiesteros y se pasa todo el ruido a nuestro lado

The addressee on Booking.com is so far from the actual location and taxi provided by Booking.com dropped me off the bottom of long stairs with my luggage which took half an hour to find the property. Blood stained sofa made living room unusable. I gave property management opportunity to replace the sofa or provide me with a throw. They apologised and said will send me a throw which never did. I complained to bookin. Com and asked for 50% refund (instead of full refund and compensation) they couldn't care less. AVOID IF YOU CAN.
