Special thanks to front desk supervisor Mr Salah Nasef for his outstanding support, cooperation, understanding, he showed very good attitude and extended support during the entire stay, same thanks goes to Ms Doaa, room service for her outstanding positivity and cooperation as needed. Amazing stay and definitely will be repeated every time we come here
Adel (7/5): - الدخول والخروج ووصول التكاسي متعب جدا وتفتيش وتأخير البطئ في تلبية الطلبات رغم ان الليله تتجاوز2500 تعطيل التكاسي وإرهاقهم بالدخول من بوابات بعيده وأما التكاسي التي تطلبها لك الاستقبال تصل مباشره بدون تاخير ولكنها بدون مبلغه 5 اضعاف التكاسي الخارجيه المطعم ممتاز المسابح نظيفة هدوء

Hossam (10/5): Loved it overall and went for three weekends in a row - The bathroom had a bad smell (plumbing issue) that affected the bedroom as well.. I only stayed one night so I didn’t request a change but I’m sure the staff would have accommodated our request had we chosen to move. We went the following weekend and the staff generously upgraded us from a chalet fo a beautiful suite which more than made up for the previous weekend Also, the beach has too many rocks

Good choice of restaurant music and good poolside DJ. Good distances between beach, pool, suite, and restaurant. Attentive lifeguards given the dangerous waters. The food options could be more diverse especially in lunch and dinner and the taste could be improved in some dishes. The hotel has little activities.

Marcela (8/5): - Friendly staff, clean, newly decorated, luxury rooms, quiet hotel, I would say it is more suitable for adults with no kids. Massive pool, beautiful view, lovely shore. We were able to use the Gewan resort facilities for free, which was a massive positive point, as they had a water park, a calmer sea, and many pools, plus Gewan Resort had a good variety of food to purchase if you went with breakfast only in the Gewan palace. The palace had a massive gym, with brand new equipment. Too much security checks before you reach the hotel. If you don't have your own car, u won't be able to leave your hotel. The place is located next to the presidential palace, which is why there was a high alert of security. The hotel is too quiet for families with kids, u must be on half board or all inclusive as you won't be able to buy any cheap food there. Spa was overpriced.

Karen (8/5): Goed voor relaxatie en rust. - Het zwembad en het strand waren prachtig. Het hotel en de faciliteiten waren zeer schoon en hygiënisch onderhouden. Ook het ontbijtbuffet was lekker en gevarieerd. Het hotel was erg moeilijk te bereiken. Alle toegangswegen waren afgesloten en we moesten door drie beveiligingspoorten rijden voordat we eindelijk bij het hotel aankwamen. Bij de poort werd bovendien de ID van onze chauffeur gefotografeerd. Mijn bezoek moest door deze afsluitingen een grote omweg maken en was uiteindelijk ruim een uur langer onderweg. Dit maakte het ook voor ons lastig om het resort te verlaten, aangezien we niet over een eigen auto beschikten. Daarnaast stelde het personeel teleur. Je merkt duidelijk dat dit een nieuw hotel is, vooral door het gebrek aan ervaring bij de medewerkers. In een vijfsterrenhotel verwacht je een bepaald serviceniveau, maar alleen het personeel aan de receptie voldeed hieraan. De overige medewerkers hadden duidelijk onvoldoende training gekregen en spraken nauwelijks Engels, wat regelmatig voor problemen zorgde. Ook het eten in het restaurant kan ook nog verbeterd worden.

Amin (10/5): Amazing luxurious vacation place out of this word The staff were amazing especially Nuha . The beach is turquoise and t - I can only call it a palace the property is amazing the rooms and premises are nothing less than luxury . We had the chance to stay in an apartment on the GF with direct access to the pool . The pool is huge with a bar all day music was playing with a live DJ . The staff were amazing especially Nuha the guest relations in charge she was helping us from the time we made our reservation until the day of check . She is an amazing member of Gewan . We had the chance to meet the GM mr hossam as well he was so welcoming and helpful. They have a lebanese chef Ali he prepared for us some amazing food . The beach is turquoise and the sand is very clean . The only issue i had was the location and the uber took some time to reach u can only solve this pb if u arrange a private car with a driver or if the concierge arrange a car for u ahead

Abdelaziz (10/5): Amazing - We had a wonderful family stay at this hotel and enjoyed every moment. The facilities were excellent, and the beach was beautiful. Though it has some small rocks in the water, it was no issue for us, as we came prepared with beach shoes. What truly made our experience special was the staff. Nuha from guest relations gave us a warm welcome and support throughout our stay, while Chef Ali went the extra mile to personally take care of our son’s allergy needs. Every morning, he prepared delicious gluten-free breakfast meals, which gave us peace of mind and made our family feel truly cared for. The beach safety guards, and the entire hotel team also contributed to a safe and pleasant atmosphere. We left with special moments and great memories, and we are already planning our next vacation here. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, care, and unforgettable hospitality. The only downside was that a few times we had to call maintenance, and the response was slower than we hoped.

MOHAMED KHALID (10/5): فندق جميل مريح جدا متكامل . اوصى به للذين يردون الاسترخاء - الحمد لله اولا واخير . الفندق بشكل عام ممتاز جدا للا سترخاء حيث الهدوء والمناظر الخلابه المحيطه من بحر والمسبح ز واقدم الشكر للعاملين فيها من الاستفبال أو الخدمات الاخرى . واخص الانسه نهى ( من الاستقبال ) للحفاوة والاستقبال البشوش وكرمها فى تقديم المساعدة فى اى وقت . حيث الكمال لله . اخذت سويت والمفروض ان يكون جاهز ولكن لم نسطيع استخدام المطبخ بشكل كامل .( البتوجاز لا يعمل + ادواته ناقص ) ولذا تحتاج مراجعه واضافه . وكذلك الوصول اليه لس سهل ( تحتاج للسيارة )
