• Imran (9/5): Very comfortable , stay , would certainly recommend. - Ours was a second floor , street facing apartment. Centrally located, nice and clean , with digital and also physical keys to gain access . Comfortable bed, good shower. Plenty of restaurants , a supermarket nearby .Metro station (Aliados) is within short walking distance. Good communication with the managers ,prompt response on WhatsApp. I would certainly recommend it . Some guest with mobility issues would find the access to the apartment a bit difficult, having to negotiate some 30 plus steps from one side of the street but that’s true for almost anywhere in the old town . Elevator in the property itself was a rare find in the old town apartments. Nothing .
• Ernawati (7/5): It was check all green for location close by to everything . - Location central very close to everything , clean , privacy , good internet speed No coffee and tea in sachets when I check in. Digital key a bit troubled but that resolved by the human who remotely open the door . Some night you can hear people party in near by cafe or walk by and shouting . Pretty noisy .

• GIUSEPPE (9/5): funcional - muy buena ubicación - check in muy easy - a mejorar comunicación y baño - la ubicación y muy funcional - bastante amplio - la cama no tiene un colchón muy nuevo y se hunde un poco- falta decoración en las paredes donde está ubicada la cama - un espejo iría muy bien o unos cuadros. Por lo general me gustan las luces cálidas y pondría luces amarillas cálidas en la zona del pasillo y sobretodo en el baño - en la zona del baño hay un espejo pero sin luz y no es muy cómodo. La zona del lavamanos es algo pequeña no hay espacios para dejar tus productos ni estantes en la ducha para apoyar gel ducha y otros productos. la comunicación con el anfitrión fue algo difícil el día antes de la salida - ya que pedí en varias ocasiones poder salir tarde y no me contestaron hasta 30 minutos antes de la hora de salida oficial y ya yo había salido. Es importante que tengan claro si se puede o no permitir que uno se quede mas tiempo- entiendo que no puedan garantizarlo pero pregunté a las 8h de la mañana para poder organizar mi día y no me contestaron hasta las 10h de la mañana.

Во-первых на фасаде нет номера, т.е на улице пропущены номера домов, несколько, и среди всех дверей непонятно какая та. Абсолютно. Внутрь мы попали только благодаря ещё одному жильцу, у которого был тоже поздний Check-in. И в сами апартаменты тоже, у нас ушло минимум 40 минут, и никто так и не понял почему двери не открывались и почему они открылись. Это очень нервно. Спасибо огромное неизвестному парню из Беларуси❤️ очень жаль было с этим столкнутся, потому что сами апартаменты чудесные

• JOSE (10/5): Estupendo - Muy cómodo, tranquilo, limpio y confortable. Excelente ubicación. La cama amplia y muy cómoda. La nevera es demasiado pequeña. Muy, muy pequeña. Ni siquiera tiene congelador para el hielo. Como un minibar de hotel.

La posizione strategica permette di raggiungere il centro in modo veloce, godendo di un soggiorno tranquillo e piacevole. Camera super accogliente, pulita e profumata!!! Dotata di tutte le necessita. Det var lettvint å ta tog fra flyplassen til Trindade stasjon. Kaffemaskin og kjøleskap fungerte utmerket. Leiligheten passer best til 2 personer. Vi satte pris på balkongen hvor vi kunne nyte frokost i morgensol.

Non conforme pour 3 personnes : le canapé vendu comme tel n est qu une chauffeuse dont la moitié une fois dépliée est à même une planche.. Notre fille de 16 ans a du dormir dessus.. L ascenseur était en panne.. Aucune réactivité de l agence qui gère les appartements, et toujours en attente d un retour booking depuis plus d un mois.

• luisa adler (9/5): - Tudo estava limpo, e atendia exatamente as expectativas criadas pelas fotos. Ar condicionado funcionando, cama boa e espaço muito bom para duas pessoas. Apesar de ter o suficiente para cozinhar no próprio apartamento, as panelas estavam muito desgastadas, então tudo grudava muito mesmo passando gordura para untar. Além disso a geladeira não gelava o suficiente.

Además en las fotos (no en la descripción) aparecía una cesta bienvenida con desayuno, en la estancia estaba la tarjeta que acompañaba a ese "liiiving gift" y no tuvimos cesta.

• Sonia (6/5): Buena Ubicacion - La Ubicacion, estava en un barrio con ambiente alrededor, y relativamente cerca de casi todos los puntos que ver en Oporto. Podias ir a pie a casi todos sitios. Me gusto. El sofa-cama muuuy incomodo para que duerma alguien. Es una colchoneta a ras de suelo dondecte clavas uns madera en la espalda.... Y la limpieza podria mejorar, era muy superficial.... Entiendo que sea un lugar que pasa mucha gente pero las juntas del baño estavan oxidadas. Las almohadas de la cama, era como tener eso y nada es lo mismo.

The fridge was very poor, very small, for apartment size, it didn't appear to work. The orange juice was sour after one day, our milk was turning. I repeat, THE FRIDGE WAS INSUFFICIENT. The rug/carpet was very slippy

• Oleg (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was nice — small, cozy, and perfectly located right in the city center. Good value for the price, and overall I had a pleasant stay. There are a few things that could be improved. There was only one mirror, and it was in the bathroom — having an extra one near the entrance would be helpful. The position of the TV was a bit awkward; it’s hard to watch from the bed, but that might be just a personal preference. Some proper towel hooks in the bathroom would also be a nice touch. I couldn’t figure out how to use the air conditioner for heating — it might not be working properly, so I’d recommend checking that. One thing that felt a bit odd was the note saying a picnic gift had been prepared and to “help yourself” — but it turned out to be just a couple of small sachets of olive oil, plus some salt and vinegar. I wasn’t sure what to use them with. Honestly, it would’ve been better to skip the note altogether. A bottle of water, some tea, and a few coffee capsules would have made a much better first impression.

• Kaltrina (3/5): Poor - Only the location. I recently stayed here and had an extremely unsatisfactory experience. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed that the apartment was colder inside than the outdoor temperature. The air conditioning unit was non-functional throughout our stay, a problem the hotel staff was evidently aware of, as previous reviews have highlighted similar issues. Despite our repeated requests for a resolution, the staff’s response was inadequate. On the first day, they assured us that one of the staff would address the issue, but no one arrived. The following day, after another complaint, they provided a single extra blanket for three guests, which was insufficient. Consequently, all three of us developed colds the next day, significantly impacting our trip. Additionally, the sofa bed in our apartment was broken, a recurring problem noted in other reviews. This forced all three of us to share one bed, which was uncomfortable but necessary due to the cold. It’s disheartening that the apartment has not addressed these persistent issues, indicating a disregard for guest comfort and well-being. I strongly advise potential guests to consider alternative accommodations until these problems are resolved.

It was perfect for us to have a kitchen to cook something if you don't want to go out every day. It was a bit cold, the air conditioning is not in the main room, but you have blankets to warm you up.

• Scott (8/5): Bijou bolthole - Beautiful property, quite compact, great location. Kitchen a little under-equipped, so i wouldnt plan to do a lot of cooking. Otherwise a lovely place to stay.
• Aastha (9/5): A lovely quaint place in downtown Porto! - A really cute place in a convenient location. The staff were very helpful during check in when we called them. Once we entered the apartment, it was immaculate. It was also beautifully designed. We were really comfortable that we almost didn't want to step out. The bed was super comfortable and it had all the amenities promised.There were very nice toiletries for us in the bathroom which we appreciated. They also had air conditioning which was a boon even though we didn't need to use it frequently. Overall, the place looked well managed. I would definitely recommend this place. While the location was great, the apartment building is a few stairs up in a quiet street which didn't always feel safe at night.

The apartment is NOT isolated at all: - from the rain: water entered inside on rainy days! - from the cold: in December, it's cold, and the old air conditioner installed is too slow to heat - from smoke and noises coming from outside and from apartment below We have a baby, they charged me €30 for the crib and baby chair, but this was not written at the time of booking. In addition, we had to purchase toilet paper and kitchen paper because only one roll of each had been provided. From the agency many apologies in a "pre-filled" format, but no solutions.

• Meg (9/5): Perfect location, everywhere walkable, clean and modern. - Location was fabulous, great bars and restaurants nearby and everywhere was walkable. Apartment was modern and clean and well equipped with iron, hair dryer, extra bedding etc! Lovely late doors that open out to get air. The road directly below got quite loud through the night - people seemed to be going up and down it up until around 4am shouting or playing music. The bed was quite solid and not very comfortable but got used o it.

Close to several fabulous restaurants and an easy walk to the river and points of interest We needed twin share and the room had a double bed and a sofa bed, of which I was aware. However, the sofa bed was not made up and there was no linen available in the apartment. Upon contacting the agent I was told that a €20 charge would be levied to come and provide that. As I had booked the room with two beds I expected them to be made up. I was not prepared to pay the extra fee and felt that the service was very bad. We ended up using the uncovered duvet without any sheets etc. Totally unsatisfactory and I will not recommend this property . Also, the fridge was not turned on as expected when arriving at booked and paid for accommodation.

• Marianna (7/5): The apt is nice, cute, sofa bed not comfortable but we did - Although I didn’t have the code they were quick to answer my phone call and provide the details In the middle of our stay heavy rain early in the morning caused water to come in the apt, it was getting worse and we were afraid it could become a big issue, such as not being able to stay in the apt (heavy rain outside, water coming in) and so it was 12pm and we decided to leave, although we had paid for one more day. Never received any compensation.

• Lara (9/5): Very private and calm accomodation in Porto - It's totally private. You got your own appartment just in walking distance to everything in the old town of Porto. It's also really quiet, although many bars and restaurants are just near by. There is no reception or anybody that you could get tips from for Porto. But we didn't need it at our stay.
