• Briana (8/5): - The room was really comfortable and the balcony let air into the room Having your own laundry and kitchen facilities was great
• Giuseppe (6/5): - Every thing was very nice,we were lucky to find some nice people to help us to get in to the property and we did say we were going to be there at 3.00pm.you don’t make allowance for elderly people who do not know about all this new way of getting the keys and then the key was not in the lock box.Not at all easy all the rest was good,we enjoyed our stay.
• Stuart (3/5): You cannot stay in a place with no parking facility in Hamilton. - Once the money had been debited for our stay, we received notification to fill in forms, provide bankcard details for a bond which was never taken out, and they wanted photo ID and a selfie, and we found out we had no parking facility. The key was located in a locked box behind a timber fence that took a while to locate. The curtain in the bedroom was far too long and wasn't attached at the top and the loungeroom only had one curtain on half of the window.

We didn’t even end up staying and booked accommo - Nothing No parking at unit location Incorrectly advertised with water views No views expect a brick wall Bed was a small kids bed Keys were a block away on a fence
• Tiiu (1/5): Do not stay here! The company managing this property is completely disorganised. - The location was good for what I needed. The hosts are terrible. They were unable to arrange a key for me upon arrival, leaving me on the street for the first night.
• Jennifer (1/5): Bloody awful and very stressful - The location was good easy access to the city cat and restaurants The furnishings were old , cheap and out of date. The bed was lumpy. The apartment wasn’t cleaned we had to wipe down all surfaces, and vacuum the shower was mouldy and the toilet was dirty. The balcony overlook a driveway and large shed, not a nice outlook. When we complained the host just apologized and moved on. It took us hours to get into the apartment and fobs didn’t work and we got stuck in the garage. It cost us $80+ for parking fees. A terrible experience
