- Katherine (10/5): - The location, we were after a break from the world and we certainly got that. Stunning cabin, great facilities, lovely touches such as a bottle of OJ and some home made cookies. There was a great map for walks and list for local activities. There is nothing that could make it any better.
- Jamie Alcantara (10/5): We had a lovely time and hope to stay again in future! - The location was exactly as pictured. The owners had left us some welcome snacks, as well as all the basics for cooking. We also made use of the games they provided and took the walk into town using their cute hand drawn map.

- Elizabeth (9/5): Absolutely loved our stay - thank you!! -
- Claire (10/5): Fantastic log cabin. Beautiful inside and out! - Absolutely everything! Many thanks for the juice and beautiful home made biscuits. We had never stayed in anything like this before. It was so lovely and in such a beautiful location. The loft bedrooms accessible by ladder was a real hit with our children too! Many thanks for having us we loved staying in your gorgeous accommodation! It is so well equipped with every single thing we needed! Nothing at all!

- Sam (8/5): - Beautiful cabin, down a rough track, set in stunning countryside. Kids enjoyed watching a Jay & a woodpecker explore outside the cabin. One day was very cold outside and the cabin was still cool with the heating on.

- Joanna (9/5): Beautiful location, well stocked cabin - Super hosts, nothing too much trouble.
Beautiful location. Personally I found the ladders too steep for small children and made one child sleep on the sofa bed downstairs instead of the loft. I didn't realise they would be so high up.
I'd say they are for over 10 years.
All of them loved our stay however.

- Rachel (5/5): Different - Location was lovely. We thought there would be a toilet in the roof next to one of the beds as that’s what it looked like in the photos but I obviously got that wrong.
Perhaps this could have been clearer in the description.
There is only 1 toilet on main floor to share between 4 people also which caused issues.
My elderly mother struggled with the step ladder so we moved her onto the sofa bed which was a very hard futon and very uncomfortable so we ended up cutting our stay short which was a shame as I really needed that break. Now need another holiday!
This place is ideally suited for fit family with teenage children who can climb steep ladders, (not young children due to risk of them falling from a height).

- Neil (10/5): Beautiful accommodation - Amazing accommodation - very quiet, fully equipped with everything (including gas barbecue), extremely spacious, clean and cleverly designed. Would highly recommend. Nothing, it was perfect.
- Tom (9/5): Lovely wood cabin in peaceful location. - Lovely cabin in an off grid and nature rich environment. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Comfortable beds. All of this is clear from advert, so not really negatives but to be aware that the beds are up ladders. Also no wifi - which could be a pro or a con of course!
- Mike (9/5): Superb - Beautiful quiet location Nothing it was excellent
- Pothong (10/5): Absolutely brilliant stay!! Great escape to the countryside and great host!! - Lovely location, clean and very responsive host. If the sofa could be turned into a bed, that would have been perfect for my mum.
- Leanne (10/5): Amazing!! - Absolutely everything, such a beautiful place to be. So quiet and peaceful. Lovely grounds to explore. We loved everything about the cabin, so lovely and quirky, especially the ladders up to the beds, the children loved the added fairy lights too. So well equipped also, we were able to prepare meals at ease. Beautiful views when sitting with a pot of tea in the mornings, Beautiful sun sets when sitting with a glass of bubbly in the evenings. Bbq was super clean and easy to use. Everything was lovely and clean. The homemade biscuits and fresh flowers on the table were such a lovely touch. The cabin really was a wonderful place to wake up In the mornings and retreat back to after a day exploring. Thankyou so much for a such a memorable place to stay. What a gem of a place you have. 🤩 Nothing at all 😁
- Adam (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jackie (10/5): Restorative peaceful weekend - Lovely unique building with fantastic views. Really peaceful with great walks from the property. Cosy and well equipped with a homely feel definitely not a business vibe Nothing- the ladders up to the beds could be tricky for anyone with limited mobility or needing frequent trips to toilet in night
- Sian (10/5): Highly recommend the cabin as a peaceful, restful, cost place to stay. - The property was cosy in a tranquil setting, with every amenity. It felt welcoming and restful. There was not a single thing to dislike about the property.

Super welcoming owners, we found a personalised letter left for us and some cookies. The cabin is fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beds are great, I had an amazing sleep! We truly enjoyed our stay so thank you very much!
- John (10/5): Excellent proximity to Pennard House for a wedding - Everything Nothing

- Hilary (9/5): Lovely cabin in the country - The cabin was wonderful and there was everything you needed there, lots of attention to detail. A very beautiful location with Glastonbury Tor seen in the distance. Our host was lovely. Really enjoyed climbing up the ladders to our beds and looking at the stars through the velux windows.
- Hilda (9/5): Fabulous, we can't wait to return - The rural private location. The cabin.
Host made us delicious biscuits.
Lovely view of the Tor from the kitchen.
Peaceful
- Matteo (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, friendly, homely and cosy
- Mary (10/5): Exceptional - The cabin was just lovely. It is so beautiful and the surrounding are stunning. Will definitely be back! Nothing really, but wifi would have been lovely
- Minns (6/5): Mixed - generally positive - would recommend - but please note foregoing caveats - Quiet rural setting. Generous patio. Well equipped. Location of beds - steep ladder up and down. Hazardous at night when sleepy if needing to visit the loo. Children or elderly should not sleep in these rooms without supervision.
Heating didn't work - boiler fault - from time of detection to eventual fix by host 1.5 hours - certainly inconveninent - but host was apologetic and helpful - however, on the following morning we felt pressured to leave by the appointed time even though we had effectively 'lost' packing and other time due to broken boiler. I think it would have been appropriate for hosts to offer a nominal goodwill partial refund for inconvenience cause. However, we would still recommend you stay here - however, check heating and hot water working on arrival.
- David (10/5): Short drive to various attractions whilst maintaining a very private peaceful stay with all the amenities you could need - The property had everything you could need and the location made it lovely and private There’s nothing that we didn’t enjoy
- Anna (10/5): We had a lovely time here, beautiful place. - Beautiful spot, friendly owner, fun beds up ladders!
- Tracey (10/5): Exceptional - I booked this for my son and his family, they had a wonderful stay
- Tracy (10/5): Memorable stay in cosy, quirky and comfortable cabin in pretty location - The cabin was cosy, warm and very welcoming. A unique bedroom set-up made it quirky, special and memorable. We cooked a couple of meals in the cabin - it had all equipment we needed. Nice walks to and around nearby village. Not too far to drive to other interesting towns, cities and attractions such as Glastonbury Tor and Wells. Nothing. All was great for our short stay
