- Patricia (5/5): I wouldn’t stay here again. I’m sure there are places more comfortable than this - Near the sky bus and tram lines Guests need to do an induction to be able to use the pool however inductions are not done on weekends so we were told we couldn’t use it. How ridiculous. The pool and other facilities are advertised as a feature.
Our apartment, while nice had excess linen and towels and other things in the wardrobes which limited the space we had to unpack.
The master bed had a really really firm mattress on it which cased back and hip pain.
- Lusardo Velazco (6/5): - Very difficult to have the keys, in addition the Tv youtube does not work properly and the netflix too they said the tv does not have enough memory and block Location, the facilities only can use the swimming pool we do not allowed to use the cinema and other facilities Also is very hard to park.

Close to a supermarket and shopping The furniture, very uncomfortable couches and to low. Far to many items of mismatched furniture for a smallish apartment. The second bedroom mismatched metal framed single bed/s were disappointing crammed in and left very little room. Master bed ok but in wooden framed base in a small room difficult to get around.

- Yen (8/5): Quite comfortable for a family of 4-5. - The location is great. There are many restaurants nearby. The outlet and supermarket are just across the road. It’s a bit small.
- Karen (9/5): Well located - Pool facilities were amazing Fire alarm system went off at 230am , residents notified it was a false alarm, hence we had to leave building., no light in stair well , phone was working in stair well ..
No explantion and we had to wait out side for a hour

- Kylie (6/5): Misleading information - Location was fantastic. Easy access to South Wharf, Docklands, City, groceries and many eateries. Room was comfortable. Not what I consider "luxury" and not actually a part of Carlton-Ritz. Next door in Westside Place Tower 2. Staff were not 24 hours and not always helpful. Room is not serviced. No information is provided. View is mostly of building and side street. Did not see any of the restaurants but did not ask either. Some stains on the carpet & walls. Check-in time said until 11pm but key collection place actually closes at 6pm.
