- Tania (7/5): Lovely view , spacious, well equipped, quite area, close to town & beach, BUT being very unclean & tired is its - The location was great, view was amazing, beds (most) were comfortable, spacious, well equipped with furniture, close to town ship & beach , good outdoor seating area & BBQ, balcony was nice, plenty of parking. Lots of additional things to do in house if the weather is bad. Nice relaxing quite area . Good kitchen facilities , lots of room for friends & families, lovely to get up in the morning too watch the waves rolling in. Down stairs bunks were well equipped , but a bit uncomfortable due to thin mattresses. Not really suitable for adults Firstly the cost of bond of $600 is not advertised on this site, property’s main issue was it was quite unclean/dirty in many areas, carpets dirty & marked/worn, showers x3 all were very unclean all had orange/scum residue all over shower cubicles, some had hair, mattress underlays were stained, oven & microwave were very dirty, oven also contained 2 unwashed greasy oven pans , down stairs fridge old & rusty, outside near seated area there a part of the paved area to the right not fenced where there’s a trip hazard , the non fenced area has a very deep drop off of many meters straight down a steep Ravine, needs to be fenced especially if young children are present. Downstairs back door lock not great , many fly screens missing or broken. Garden needs attention , much of it over grown , can not see view from down stairs out door area as shown in pictures , as all bushes are too high & overgrown. , some facilities shown in pictures such as outdoor furniture and other furniture are no longer in the house like hammocks , outdoor lounges etc, whole house could do with a paint job as it is very marked and dirty in a lot of the rooms,
For the cost of renting almost $1200 for 2 days , whole house needs a complete industrial/ domestic clean all over. If house were clean review would be a lot better . SORRY .
