• Dorina Marascu (10/5): - Apartamentul corespunde fotografiilor:curat,mobilat cu gust,bucătărie dotata cu tot necesarul,inclusiv cafetiera.Langa apartament terase și baruri unde se poate manca la preturi atractive.Manuela este extrem de draguta,răspunde imediat la orice întrebare. Deși în descriere este specificata plaja situata în apropiere,în realitate nu exista plaje.Sunt doar stânci mari .Marea nu este accesibila,nici măcar la faleza nu se poate ajunge.Peisajul este superb,de pe terasa apartamentului se vede marea ,dar nu o poți atinge!
• Natalia (1/5): - Pleść, smród gazu z junkers i spalin z drogi. Brak światła, brak balkonu, tarasu, głośne urządzenia za oknem sypialni - nie można było spać. Dotyczy apartamentu na parterze. Niskie ciśnienie wody, często brak ciepłej wody, brak wentylacji w łazience, brak okapnika w kuchni.

• Caroline (6/5): - Sehr viele Restaurants in der Straße, besonders das Cafe nebenan war super. Ein Kinderbett wurde kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Boden war sehr dreckig. Der Vermieter war der Meinung, dass alles sauber war. Die dreckigen Hosen meiner krabbelnden Tochter haben aber gezeigt, dass der Boden nicht ordentlich gereinigt war. Das Apartment befindet sich an einer viel befahrenen Straße, die sehr laut ist. Wer Entspannung sucht, ist hier falsch. Auch der dreckige Balkon war wenig einladend.

• Oleksandr (8/5): - The apartment is spacious and equipped with everything you need. It has a modern, freshly renovated interior and a large terrace with a sea view. However, we are very disappointed with its cleanliness. The floor throughout the apartment was very dirty, and we had to clean it ourselves. Most of the dishes were also in poor condition, and the bathroom fixtures had stains and hair. We are really upset, as after a long trip we were hoping to relax in comfort, not spend time cleaning.

• Aleksandra (9/5): Хорошее место для недолгой остановки - Понравилось расположение. Рядом много кафе и ресторанов. Квартира большая и удобная,в ней было все необходимое. Чисто,кондиционер хорошо работает. Хозяева очень отзывчивые,рекомендовали нам хороший пляж и правда был отличный! Не понравилось,что нету парковки рядом и нужно ходить искать и ставить машину в соседних улицах. Если приедешь позже,место можно искать долго. Не понравилось,что в описании пишется квартира целиком. Так как мы покупали очень близко в поездке,мне выкинуло только один вариант и у меня небыло даже мысли,что оказывается там две квартиры. Одна с шикарной террасой на втором этаже,в первая внизу без террасы и окон. Если не посмотреть фотографии и не углубиться,можно и не заметить. Так я не знаменита и купила квартиру на первом этаже. А в ней очень плохая шумо изоляция. Дети пол ночи не могли спать,потому что за входной дверью прямо активная дорога. Было очень шумно вечером и рано утром. Далее в спальне было уже тихо.

• Carla (9/5): - L'appartamento è completamente ristrutturato e dotato di tutti i servizi . Manuela è stata molto simpatica e ci ha accolto molto bene! L'appartamento aveva in dotazione acqua da bere e il necessario per la colazione, noi non ne abbiamo usufruito, ma è apprezzabile. La posizione non è centrare se si è a piedi ma, avendo una macchina, è perfetta perché il centro non è lontano e la zona è ben servita, con ristoranti, bar, farmacia, supermercato.

• Joanna (10/5): The trip was great. We recommend this apartment. - Very modern, clean and comfortable apartment. It has everything you need: a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, a spacious bathroom and ironing facilities. The apartment is located on a quite busy street, but it was't a problem for us. An ideal base if you plan to visit more than just Catania and do't want to live in the city center. The bus stop is practically in front of the apartment. Moreover, there is also a railway station, shops and a pharmacy nearby. There are some really great seafood restaurants and a cafe nearby. Great contact with the owners. Very nice Caudia and helpful Manuela. The weakest point of the apartment is the patio. It doesn't encourage you to spend time there.
• Charalambos (6/5): The hosts are polite and nice but the apartment did not meet my expectations - The apartment is across the sea so it is nice for an evening walk or to rent a bike .The fish restaurants near were also nice I was disappointed from the noise .The apartment is on a main street with very heavy traffic 24h/day so if someone wanted to sleep in the sofa this would be impossible .Thankfully in my option I decided the 3rd person to sleep in the bedroom, but still noisy when you sit to relax or watch tv .There was also noise from works in the upper level almost every day .The first morning construction works for 3 hours also just outside our door ! Also the first night suddenly all lights turned on at 5 am without reason and I could not turn them off for 15 minutes.Another thing I didn't like is that I had to park my car 7 minutes walk far away
• Evgeniia (10/5): Exceptional - Convenient location, very nice and helpful owner. If you travel by car you can find free parking around without any problems. The apartment is new and comfy. There are a lot of cafes, sea food, pharmacy and supermarket around, so you can grab anything you need.

• Aistė (10/5): Amazing stay - This was one of the best experiences with an apartment in my life. The owner was super friendly and helpful during the whole stay! The apartment is very nice and clean. There was different kinds of meat, cheese, juice and yogurts in the fridges. There was also coffee capsules for the coffee machine, sugar, creamer, bread, cereal, fruit, water. Clean towels, shower gel, soap, hairdryer 2 airconditioners. Everything you need. :) it is near to the bus stop and to the sea. If you close the bedroom door, you can't hear anything from the street. ❤️ Nothing to not like.

• Rodica (10/5): Exceptional - The appartement is more that you want!extremely clean, all is new and very modern. The 2 fridges were full with a good choice for a complete breakfast, water , juices, fruits , good coffee and sicilian goodies like cheese and prosciutto! There is even a washing machine in a little backyard patio. Manuela is very helpful and all you need she is there. We ate excellent fish and seafood at Da Nitto and delicious cookies and coffe at Quaranta! The street is very noisy, but in the bedroom you don't hear nothing you sleep like a baby
