- Harshenin (1/5): Unwelcomed - Was charming upon first arrival. The property at first view was lovely and appeared to be a hidden gem in Grand Forks - however the owner opted to tell us that our dog was barking and disturbing neighbours and potentially causing damage in the unit when our dog was not even at the premises during the time this action apparently occurred. Even after asking the owner to come and review the premises and meet our dog (which was not done), we were still told our dog was acting as a nuisance. This was unjustified and unwarranted and made us feel belittled and disrespected and unwelcomed. We left the establishment a day earlier than expected, and we are now dealing with booking.com to contend with the non-issue, issue. How unfortunate and sad to treat people this way. We will not stay again.
- Greg (10/5): Highly recommend this beautiful apartment! - Very clean and modern, just so very nicely laid out and walking to downtown. This place is 10 stars. Booking.com charged me an $120 fee for a pet fee, I did not select this, it just was put on the bill. The host spent two hours on the phone with booking.com and said I should be credited the $120. I have not been credited. Communication with Booking.com is not great, info@vacaybc.com instead
