Guest Reviews
- Sethupathy (10/5): - Extremely like đ Nothing
- Jackson (5/5): The general stay was ok but was not what I expected - Location was very noisy, the cleaning staff have a unit right opposite the caravan,so trolleys being pushed around and very vocal staff. The caravan was very poor outside lites hanging off bathroom window cracked and doesnât close, you have to go outside and push it closed, generally needs to be updated, plus electricity kept tripping and had to go outside to correct it,and furniture needs deep cleaning.
- Lilly (4/5): The kids enjoyed it, I wouldnât stay in the same caravan again - Location and plenty for things for the children to do The Caravan was dated not enough utensils to eat with, telly needed setting up with no instructions, could do with a revamp the hover was dirty and smelt the brunch broken and the mop was vile, drinks where expensive in the club and some of the staff seemed rather very unhappy.

- Audrey (10/5): - Was close to the amenities
- Joseph (3/5): Poor -
- Anonymous (4/5): Disappointing -
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - After reading reviews I was apprehensive however it wasnât as bad as everyone made out, it was clean and a good base for us to stay. The caravan itself needs a lot of work, some doors donât shut, the windows donât open or close properly which is a huge safety issue.
- Nichola (4/5): Avoid - Caravan was in a good spot and the campsite was great. Caravan needs a serious upgrade and repairs. 1 broken window and most were missing latches. Bedding was dirty. Bedroom door was broken. Tv aeriel was broken. Plugs hanging off the wall. Carpets all stained. Bathroom smelled of pee. Paid ÂŁ242 but i wouldnt have booked it or paid that much if i had known
- Michaela (6/5): Pleasant -
- Alan (4/5): Disappointing - Location Cleanliness of caravan.
- Anonymous (7/5): Good -
- Heidi (2/5): If you want to freeze and sleep on dirty mattress then book this property - The location The heating did not work, the fire extinguisher is years of if date. The electrical certification is out of date.
Oven didn't work, fire didn't work, electric heaters did not work. Windows did not shut properly. Being single pane glass the caravan was freezing.
So many things had small amounts of damage which I appreciate you get in caravans but together with everything else is not good.
Also they told me there's a sofa bed which there is but they forgot to tell me this is unusable. The mattress was full of stains covered in dirt and one dirty blanket under the sofa.
- Catherine (4/5): Donât stay in this caravan as itâs privately owned and you cannot easily get intouch with the owner; itâs a maggot, rust - It had heating It was very dirty; with an old nappy sack in the decking storage, a maggot under the sink, very rusty pans, dirty cutlery, car air fresheners hanging up around the doors, a door falling off its hinges(which I was warned about), television doesnât work with wires hanging out the back of it, no loo roll, someoneâs old disposable razor left in the shower, the light didnât work in the main bedroom, fake eyelashes kept appearing from the floors. I had to bleach the place and scrub it before I dared let my kids in there- after a 2.5 hr journey with small kids on my own and with no obvious way of complaining because it was a privately owned caravan, rather than a Lyon Park caravan I had to clean it and stay there. It was not acceptable and I have taken photos of the unhygienic- maggot and all- place
- Hampton (1/5): Horrible - This caravan is not safe for anyone to stay in it as got no smoke alarms the cov2 alarms was 7 years out off date all the windows are broken/smashed it was really unclean the microwave had a hole in it the doors had screws coming out the other side off the doors no WiFi bugs on the floors the man who's caravan this is is really rude and not helpful at all I was told not to message him when I told him about all this the side its and the people who work on there are really helpful and all come and checked the caravan and said they will be taking the caravan off side as it is unsuitable and unsafe Everything to do with the caravan and the man who owns it
- Murphy (10/5): Amazing stay - I loved every bit of this holiday amazing quality for money and loved everything every minute here Nothing to disapprove!
- Gareth (1/5): The caravan was filthy, broken window, crap heating, a real.dump - Location The caravan, dirty, broken window, old, damp, do not stay
- Peter (7/5): Little things help - The pool is really nice and clean cant fault that in any way
The caravan was comfortable.. Paying ÂŁ10.00 to use the bar after 6 pm.
Some staff need to cheer up.
- Murray (10/5): Excellent communication with owner. Lovely warm & cosy. Defo be back! - Great location. Clean, everything we needed for a short stay. Nothing.
- Stanley (1/5): Horrible - Terrible dirty stained mattress he said he would refund ÂŁ30 not got it yet stayed one night only because to far to travel homeâšď¸âšď¸âšď¸âšď¸ Everything
- Anthony (3/5): Unkept, outdated and smelly Caravan - Paid for 2 Nights left after 1 - self service caravan, cleanliness, toilet window didn't open, TV did not work, bed was un-comfy,
- Paul (8/5): Very good - Almost everything there for kids No swings on the park. And all the noise when people are leaving the club house the noise keeps the kids awake
- Hayley (1/5): Nightmare of an attempted break. Arrived to smaell and dirty caravan tried to clean myself and still smelt bad. Canât us - Nothing Unclean, bad smells lots of broken things and very scruffy
- Misha (6/5): Pleasant -
- Leanne (7/5): Family fun - Love every minute off you all The outside play area was not that big
- Allun (3/5): Avoid and find another caravan this one's very out dated.and the boiler went off. - Location I wasn't comfortable had to buy a lighter to light the oven I had to have a man come to fix the door someone who's been in the caravan before us pissed up the seat and cover for the couch .. owner wasn't helpful.
- Steven (8/5): Super - We loved the caravan we had a great stay it was great value for money in a great location close to the beach and otherplaces of interest After 6pm to use the facilities on the site ie bars entertainment etc we needed a pass which was at an extra cost
- Stephanie (8/5): Very good -
- John (1/5): Auful - Club was fine Caravan was a mess old and very dirty nothing worked was shocked too be fair would like a refund
- Robert (1/5): Bad - Nothing really, sunset was nice but the beach was like from Charnobyl... I liked Lidl... Best Lidl I've ever seen... Skatepark by the promenade was OK, nice grind box. Location. Few miles of caravans..... Charnobyl vibe. Loughing Buddha and some fan fair with ÂŁ3 parking.... No chopping bords, knife or hot water in the caravan...... Horrible communication with sick, manipulative owners... WTF... Never again. Such a waste of time. AVOID! Muld in the fridge.... FFS..... Day before they said BTW there is no hot water.... LOL and you can't have a shower in the swimming pool because of the RULES so you and your kids are trying to use cold water because this is the only option and nobody cares.... lol
- Tracy (7/5): Good -
- Thomas (1/5): AVOID!!! - The caravan site that this property is actually on is a really good site I got their and the boiler batteries had ran out , I called the man and asked if he could come and fix the issue or send somebody to help fix it he refused to do so , so I then had to shower my one year old son with ice cold water . We couldnât wash up or anything . The gas was completely gone so couldnât use the cooker neither which was disappointing as we had brought a full food shop to save on money. Instead of sorting this issue the host blocked all of our numbers even the sites reception number . I definitely do not recommend to book this caravan .
- Racheal (9/5): Superb - Where the site was how easy it was to find our caravan N/A
- Sequeira (7/5): Enjoyed - Good place Clean
- Sophie (7/5): Nice location - The location is nice right by the beach. The campsite is nice. Lots of things on there to do. The caravan was okay certain bits could of been a little cleaner. Also the oven didn't work. (Unsure if there was an issue or it just didn't work)
- Eleanor (1/5): Bad -
- Alex (8/5): Great location, has all the facilities however the caravan we stayed in lost its warmth very quickly - Great location and easy accessable The holiday home loses heat very quickly
- Darcy (1/5): Bad -
- Cora (7/5): Good -
- Kim (8/5): Very good -
- Hanley (8/5): Great family getaway - We loved the site, we spent quality time with the family Facilities were great, food facilities need major attention however staff and atmosphere was great :D will 100% be returning to the site and best part was POOL and slides and great park, 3 girls had the best time and this caravan was able to help achieve this, however it was supplied with bare minimum, the mattress on the sofa bed and shouldnât be classed as a mattress and only one duvet on the twin beds so we had to put together for girls to share blanket :( , cleanliness was poor and smelt of pee and found lots of other peoples belonging been left behind. However we will be returning with a different caravan as site met all our expectations.
- Scott (4/5): Disappointing -
- Nicola (7/5): We got what we paid for. It was an ok stay for a last minute break. - We got wait we paid for. Bed was really uncomfortable and due to the rain we couldnât enter the property without walking through a huge puddle due to the location of the caravan. There was also no parking next to the caravan either.
- Danielle (1/5): Bad -
- Thomas (4/5): Wouldn't stay in this exact caravan again. - I liked the site itself and facilities. Staff was fantastic and entertainment was spot on. Plenty to do here. The caravan bedrooms smelt of what we thought was urine? I tried to spray many times but it was very strong :( wasn't very hygienic, although tidy it seemed the furnature was grubby. Probably due to previous residents staying but could do with a deep clean.
- Mark (9/5): Superb -
- Kim (5/5): Not the best not clean nothing worked - Where the caravan was situated The caravan it's self felt dirty as we went in and we didn't arrive till 6.30pm Friday. The sofa bed was broken The kitchen cupboards was broken, the hoover did not work, it had a musty smell to it also the kitchen sink has a constant drip overall very dated none of the cover or pillows had protectors on witch is very unhygienic. Also the bottom cooker part did not work either would not ignight. The cleaning cloths looked like there bin there for over a month the electric heating most did not work or couldn't get the lead to reach to a socket, also the small TV in the double bedroom might as well not been there turns on but not aerial. I went on this breck as was my sons 7th birthday this was not exceptable at all
- Caroline (3/5): We didn't stay 2 nights only 1 night . It wasn't bad but would not stop o - Found rubbish under the double bed and tv and mirrors could do with a good clean seating in living room not very comfortable.
- Denis (9/5): Superb - Friendly
- Jones (9/5): Superb -
- Anonymous (7/5): Good -
- Walklet (4/5): Disappointing -
- Joe (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shaw (10/5): Week end away - Everything was there you needed, you didn't have to leave the site if you didn't have to, plenty to do. No internet was the only down side
- Jessie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stuart (9/5): Excellent value for money. - Very clean, well presented and well appointed. It was comfortable and excellent for what we needed it for. Host was very helpful. Only thing was maybe the master bedroom mattress was very soft, but thatâs a very minor niggle.
- Craig (8/5): Enjoyable - Enjoyed the space in the van. Was some wear and tear nothing too bad. Was nice having coffee and tea plus cleaning products available even a hoover
- Clarke (1/5): awfull! avoid at all costs! - there was nothing to like please avoid this caravan like the plague, so much repairs need doing to this caravan asap. we lasted less than 24 hours before the park had to move us to another caravan as it wasnât safe to stay! we had a major leak on our first night and the owner left us to fix it an sort the mess out! broken kettle, broken fridge/freezer, missing handles on all windows, missing lightbulbs. mattress on pull out bed is disgusting! mould on net curtains, shower is unusable! the list of bad things is endless, so please save yourself from disappointment and donât book this caravan.
- Kathryn (5/5): TLC required - The park itself was great, lots to do, and central to local attractions The van itself (H118) was situated on the main road through the site, and because of this, it was very noisy, especially at night, with people passing by on the way back from the bars etc. This probably was made worse because there were a lot of excited young people there attending a rugby competition. The van itself looks tired and worn. It needs some TLC and a deep clean . To be fair, the owner contacted us prior to arrival, apologising for damage caused by the previous guests ( broken TV in bedroom), however, there were other items that needed repair, for example handles on bedroom doors missing. Cleaning wise dead flies in the bathroom and kitchen counter tops so sticky that we had to clean them before being able to use them did not form a good first impression.
- Thomas (9/5): Nice Break - Everything on site was great caravan was nice , very close to entertainment No hot water but wasnât fussed as I was only there 2 nights
- Anonymous (10/5): a nice little caravan that did the job to accommodate 4 people and a baby for 2 nights, warm, comfortable all facilities - clean
- Nicola (6/5): would stay on the site again - location was good, clean and tidy. the boiler didnât work, no hot water and caravan was very cold.
swimming pools were not open
- Leanne (1/5): Bad -
- Tony (1/5): Bad - nothing i lost some of my items but I didnât get it back from them
- Andrew (10/5): Exceptional -

- Beckie (9/5): Superb - Had a great stay with my family. Caravan was the biggest I have stayed in, so spacious, comfy beds, great decking and good location for everything on site. Would definitely book again to stay. Hosts are brilliant to can ask whatever and whenever you need. Thanks for a lovely weekend đ
- Christine (6/5): was ok site wise but caravan not really up to standard we left it cleaner than we arrive too - veranda wasnât clean dirty utensils rusty cooking trays pans had half handles bathroom smelt damp cooker hobs didnât work properly limited use fridge not clean freezer over frosted not enough stuff in caravan ie utensils needs some work to improve
- Karina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Christine (10/5): we had a great time beside the few hip cups - breakfast was great entertainment distance from the caravan to the complex was ideal as I can't walk to far kids loved it the caravan had no tea towers and it cost a fortune to buy from the onsite shop also toilet roll for 5 people wasn't enough had to buy more also had to paid for bedding and it said it was included
- Amy (10/5): Fabulous stay in a lovely holiday park -
