• Alina (5/5): - Singurul lucru care mi-a placut a fost locul de parcare gratuit Mizerie peste tot. Nu exista rola de hartie in bucatarie,ustensile pt gatit,cafea. Panze de paianjen,pereti murdari,decojiti,lucruri inutile in apartament si pe terasa. Totodata am gasit si o cana cu urme de ruj.

• Vladimir (7/5): Solidno, ali skupo - Nova zgrada i podzemna garaža, vrlo ljubazna vlasnica. Nije apartman za petero. Nema osnovnih kuhinjskih potrepština za petero (tanjure i slično) Nemoguća priprema obroka za petero. Naplaćeno je 45 euro čišćenja,.međutim prije nas nije baš bilo očišćeno kako treba. Podatke o checkinu je potrebno dostaviti ranije, a ne da se mora moliti da se šalje!
• Cata Tomus (7/5): Ok - Apartamentul curat, intr-o locatie liniștită, cu parcare subterană inclusă, ne-a plăcut foarte mult faptul că am găsit jucării și puzzle-uri la locație, cel mic a fost încântat. Babycot disponibil deși nu am solicitat. Paturile confortabile. Cred ca este prima cazare la care nu am avut instrucțiuni de check-in decat cu 2-3 ore inainte, a trebuit sa solicit proprietății printr-un mesaj, noi eram deja pe drum însă nu știam detaliile de check-in. Mult prea tarziu dupa parerea mea, si nu stiu de ce, le-a fost frică ca vom intra mai repede🤷. De asemenea, lipsesc unele lucruri: am avut o singura farfurie dreaptă (am fost 4 persoane), lipsă pastile de cafea (desi aparat este la proprietate), lipsa cești de cafea, o singura rola de hartie igienica pentru 2 nopti de cazare la 4 oameni, deci daca te cazezi aici mai trebuie sa faci niste cumpărături (sau sa mananci/bei doar in oraș). Telecomanda de AC nu am avut, desi proprietatea dispune de AC.
• Balinčić (10/5): Odličan apartman i lokacija, osiguran parking u garaži. - Evo malo uglađenije i prirodnije verzije recenzije: Odlična lokacija i vrlo ugodan apartman koji ima sve što je potrebno za boravak. Posebno nam se svidjelo što su na raspolaganju dva bračna kreveta, kao i igračke za djecu, što je veliki plus za obitelji. Apartman je opremljen perilicom rublja i posuđa, što dodatno olakšava boravak. Komunikacija s vlasnicom bila je izvrsna – brza i jednostavna. Osiguran parking u garaži bio nam je vrlo praktičan. Lokacija je dobro povezana s centrom i svim važnim sadržajima. Stan je čist, topao i vrlo ugodan za boravak. Svakako preporučujemo!

• Boban (10/5): Great llace with kind host and excellent value for money - The place was very comfortable, very good value for money. The owner is super kind and I had no problem checking in, nor throughout my stay. Garage parking was extremely useful given the fact street parking is mostly paid and limitted to 3h. The buidling is new, the flat is well equipped, the terrace is sunny in the afternoon. It comfortably fits 4 persons although I was alone at the apartment. Many thanks for the hospitality! There is nothing I didn't like.
• Iana (8/5): - Легко найти квартиру. Рядом метро. До/из аэропорта добираться удобно. Есть всё необходимое( чайник, микроволновка, холодильник, стиральная машина, посуда). Удобная кровать. Тепло. Тихо.Рядом магазины, кафе, термы.

• Mubina (10/5): - Odlicna lokacija, metro stanica udaljena nekoliko minuta, 5 minuta voznje do centra. U sklopu apartmana dostupna je i besplatna garaža sto nam je puno znacilo s obzirom da u Budimpesti na jednom mjestu smijete parkirati samo 3 sata, sto je zaista zamarajuce kada ste na odmoru. Ovako ste bez brige. Vlasnica apartmana je ljubazna i dostupna sa svim uputama o koristenju. Rado cemo se vratiti Jastuci su malo neudobni, ali nista sto nam je znacajno kvarilo boravak.

• Silvia (9/5): - Vzdialenosť ubytovania na metro Vybavenie kuchyne, 1 hrniec na varenie je malo, kávovar na kapsule , kapsule by bolo fajn aspoň 2 kusy od prenajímateľa.. inak je stroj úplne zbytočný.

Nos quedaba muy cerca del Duna Arena (Piscina) que era lo que queríamos porque íbamos a ver un evento allí. EL centro está a unos 20 minutos en autobús. Cocina equipada. Todo genial, volveríamos sin dudarlo. Nada, todo estuvo bien.

• Dariusz (8/5): Przyzwoity apartament dla małej rodziny z miejscem w garażu podziemnym w pięknym Budapeszcie. - Mieszkanie położone jest na 4 piętrze, jest duże i przestronne, spory balkon. Salon z klimatyzacją. Praktycznie pełne wyposażenie, można czuć się komfortowo. Bardzo blisko niebieskiej linii metra, skąd w 10 minut można dojechać do samego centrum Budapesztu. Sklep Spar dobrze wyposażony ok 7 minut pieszo. Miejsce postojowe w garażu przestronne, wygodny wjazd/wyjazd autem. Z garażu od razu można dostać się windą na swoje piętro. Pralka jest sporym udogodnieniem. Pobyt oceniam jako udany, na kilka dni w sam raz. Po raz pierwszy odkąd korzystam z bookingu instrukcje zameldowania, dostęp do kluczy itp. dostałem tuż przed przyjazdem, będąc jeszcze w trasie. Mieszkanie przyzwoite, ale żona miała zastrzeżenia/wątpliwosci co do czystości pościeli. Zmieniliśmy ją na inną. W zlewie była zużyta gąbka.
• Deniz (10/5): - Daire çok temiz. Çok geç saatte gelmemize rağmen iyi hazırlanmış bir talimatla kolayca içeri girebildik. Aydınlık, güzel bir balkonu var. Kapalı garajı olması büyük avantaj. Çok memnun kaldık.
• Denisa (6/5): - Apartamentul curat bine utilat, loc de parcare un fata blocului. Pentru o noapte de tranzit placut. In primul rand regulile destul de stricte ale gazdei: sa ne ducem singuri gunoiul, sa ne descaltam la usa, nu era permis fumatul nici pe terasa (unde este un spatiu destul de generos) pentru ca avea lenjerii puse la uscat. Paturile scartaie si nu sunt deloc confortabile, desi apare ca apartament cu 2 dormitoare de fapt are doar un dormitor, iar celalalt pat este in living/bucatarie, la fel apare cu canapea extensibila dar nu poate fi extinsa pentru ca nu e suficient spatiu, totul inghesuit. In baie era un miros destul de urat de la mopul cu care se facuse curatenie. Raportul calitate pret :(
• Dániel (4/5): Életem legrosszabb ár-érték arányú foglalása. - Elhelyezkedés és parkolóhely a mélygarázsban. Olyannak tűnt a lakás, mintha egy ismerős ajánlotta volna, hogy ugorjunk fel éjszakára, mert ő éppen nem alszik otthon. Nem úgy tűnt, mintha itt vendégeket várnának. Az erkélyen éppen száradtak az törölközők és az ágyneműk, valószínűleg az előző vendég után. Ezzel nem is lenne olyan nagy gond, de a szárító egyenesen az erkélyajtó elé volt elhelyezve, ki sem lehetett lépni tőle az erkélyre. A nappaliban található két szekrény, mindekettő leláncozva, lelakatolva, az egyik lakat nyitva volt, így gondoltam, hogy talán ide pakolhatunk, azonban azt láttam, hogy a szekrényben egymás hegyére-hátára vannak dobálva a törölközők és az ágyneműk, voltak még tisztítószerek is, illetve megtaláltuk a kávékapszulákat, amit elfelejtettek kikészíteni a kávégép mellé. Pozitívumnak írnhatnám le, hogy a konyhaszekrény egyik sarka gyerekjátékokat rejt, de itt sem volt felhőtlen az örömünk. A játékok között volt 2-3 gyűrött törölköző, egy üres ásványvizes üveg, és egy másik, amelyből egy pohár/pár korty víz hiányzott, reméljük nem ez lett volna az üdvözlőital. A matracok jó pár vendégéjszakát megéltek már, érdemes lenne lecserélni őket. A törölközőket azonban mindenképpen, szörnyen néznek ki. A konyhaszekrényben törött bögréket találtunk. A teáskancsó műanyag fogantyúja alaposan be volt sárgulva. Ezek csupán apróságok, ha a tulajdonos időnként lecserélné ezeket, akkor máris kellemesebben érezhetné magát a vendég. Mindez egy éjszakára 190 euróba került, így ár-érték arányban kiábrándító volt.

• Simona (7/5): Good - We were a group of 5 and the location was OK for our 1 night stay, beds were comfortable, metro station is within walking distance to location for fast acces to city atractions. Apartment was not ready for check in, even though we arrived after the check in hour announced on Booking (4 PM.) We took the garbage out by ourselves, as per house rules, and some people from the group went outside for smoking because smoking on the terrace,în open air, was not allowed. We were a group of 5 and the location is not in fact a double bedroom apartment, but a studio / 1 bedroom apartment and the living room comes together with the kitchen. The 2 wardrobes from the kitchen - living room were closed with locks so we had to put all our luggage on the floor. We shared the space with table with chairs, 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed so in the end there was no space left for walking around the room because of this. Each of us got only 1 towel to use for showering, hand&face washing. Personally I would add an extra small towel for each guest to use. There was only 1 small knife at the location and it was not easy to use it for cutting.
• Hasan (10/5): Exceptional - The location is great. You can take subway or bus to reach the Center. Not far away. Also there is a Thermal pool Center close to the house. It is so good and cheap when compared to other famous ones. Kids adored it. There is everything that you may need in the house. If you need something, they help you as did for us. The instructions for entering the house was really detailed. The coffee machine does not working. Maybe We could not make it work.

• Silviu (9/5): Superb - The apartment is located close to the subway station, it's clean and cozy. The apartment is advertised as a 2 bedroom apartment, but in reality it has 1 bedroom, with a second bed in the living room. That didn't bother us too much, but this is an inconsistency.

• Fernando (8/5): Great location and facilities - The price quality ratio was phenomenal Great location and clear checkin checkout instructions. Very quiet location and near top attractions. An improvement could be adding air conditioning. It was very hot all week in Budapest. The 2 ventilators helped.
• Renia (9/5): Superb - We liked it here. The location of the apartment was perfect for us. It's clean here. The beds are comfortable (rather soft). We received detailed instructions by email on how to get to the apartment and the parking space. The owner was interested in whether everything was OK and whether we needed anything. The parking space is narrow for larger cars. You need to have experience with parking in such places. But that's probably common in underground parking garages. :-) And we were also bothered by the window to the corridor, because it is not advisable to open it completely at night, which is inconvenient in hot weather. In winter it won't be a problem.
