Important Information
Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
Please note that the building's façade will be undergoing construction for the next four months, which may result in noise disturbances during daytime and early morning hours.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Eva (9/5): - The apartment is really big. The kitchen is well equipped. You can find there everything for cooking. We slept very well, the beds are comfortable and the street is calm. The apartment is near to beach, restaurants, shops. We appreciated parking in the house. We felt really good here. The bathroom should be more cleaner.

- Jakub (10/5): Świetny apartament nad oceanem. - Bardzo fajny apartament z miejscem postojowym w hali garażowej. Do dyspozycji są dwie łazienki, przestronna kuchnia, pralka oraz szybki internet. W pobliżu jest plaża. Nuno, przedstawiciel firmy opiekującej się apartamentem, który nas oprowadzał po lokalu był bardzo miły i pomocny. Dostaliśmy gratis na wejściu zestaw powitalny na, które składały się miejscowe smakołyki, napoje oraz bardzo dobre winko. W pobliżu jest duża galeria handlowa oraz nadmorski deptak, którym możemy dojść zarówno do plaży, jak i na ogólnodostępne baseny. Jedyne co bym polecił naprawić to elektryczna suszarka do ubrań - bo była zepsuta.

A great welcome, nice and supportive, available all time - thank you Helder!😊 Arranged a car at good terms right away. Perfect location, free parking lot, elelvator, great view, spacy and comfortable appartment with large comfortable beds. Washer and gair dryer available. Heaters on request. A quiet and safe area, stores and great restaurants close to the place. A bus stop right next to the building.Will come back! No dishwasher. Even a small one would do. The dryer needed to be fixed😉. The entrance to the building being a challenge because of the old locks. It did not really matter to us, though😉

- Joachim (5/5): Gute Lage, geräumige helle Wohnung, etwas abgewohnt, super Service durch guest ready - Sehr gute Lage an der Promenade und am Meer, morgens direkt vor der Tür frische Brötchen kaufen oder essen gehen, ist schon sehr angenehm! Bus zum Zentrum auch direkt davor. Seitlicher Verkehrslärm durch schalldichte Fenster gut abgeschirmt. Sehr guter Kontakt zu Guest ready, freundliche und schnelle Reaktionen auf Mängelanzeigen. Doch schon ziemlich abgewohnt, kleinere Defekte an Küchengeräten und Lampen, die aber vom Gastservice schnell behoben wurden. Defekte Balkonmöbel, die zwar nach Reklamation entfernt, aber nicht ersetzt wurden. Vorhänge an Balkontür und Richtung Nachbargebäude wären nett gewesen.
