• Matt (8/5): The accommodation was comfortable and the views were amazing. - Views were amazing. The linen on the main bed was too small. The doona barely covered to bed and top sheet was a foot short of the end of the bed. Instructions for the combi oven would have been helpful as we couldn’t get the oven to work. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work.
• Meeralakshmi (5/5): - The location was great and convenient, with a nice view from the property. The host had also arranged some toys for our toddler, which we appreciated. The property did not meet our expectations and felt significantly overpriced given its size and the facilities provided. Overall, it was not very well maintained, with a noticeable amount of dust throughout the property. The furniture and kitchen utensils were old, and some items, including plates and bowls, were broken. The air conditioner in the living area was not functioning properly, and the rooms were very small. Only one set of towels was provided despite our four-night stay. Additionally, the bunk bed was uncomfortable, which affected the quality of our stay.

• Andrew (7/5): A property in a great quiet location with lovely bridge views. - Lovely location with beautiful views of the bridge. Excellent heating throughout the property. Living room/ dining room was spacious, bright and sunny. En-suite bathroom, particularly toilet room was very poky and uncomfortable to use. Not enough cutlery and crockery etc. in the kitchen made it impossible to use the dishwasher. Poor cleaning, lots of cobwebs and dust, greasy range-hood and oven. Towels were old and greying.

• Esther (9/5): Superb - The view from the house was absolutely stunning. Well equipped property in a great location and owner was very helpful and quick in his response. My family had a very comfortable stay in the property and I would highly recommend this property for visitors to Hobart.
• Chooi (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic outstanding views from kitchen to dining room. Kitchen was well equipped. Whole place feels like home away from home with comfy beds and warmth in the house. Lovely area to view Tasman Bridge with Mt.Wellington as the backdrop. Walking along esplanade was a great experience. Bonus for us was being able to spot Aurora Australis at the balcony! Highly recommended!!! Nothing to complain. All 4 of us enjoyed the stay.

• James (8/5): We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the view from the kitchen table overlooking Hobart. - Location was great with lovely view of Hobart and the bridge. Had to chase owners to get our deposit refunded.
