• Zerin (7/5): - Clean linen and towels Aircond not cold and most of the bulbs broken..bad lighting..the toilet door cannot lock..body wash mix with water and no shampoo ...toilet need to scrub between the pipes and the tiles is slimey

• Che (10/5): Enjoy the stay. Alhamdulillah - I love how family-friendly the place is….and the staff were kind too ! Loveeee ! We ordered hot and cold chocolate around 10-11pm, and didn’t expected them to be too sweet. Paid rm20+ for one chocolate cup so we put high expectation on the overall taste ….maybe someone can help to pass this message to the staff in cafeteria to lessen the sugar/milk ? Thank you

• Saadah (7/5): Amazing staycation near KL!! - I like the location because it near to Kuala Lumpur and also Malacca. The demographic of the resort is great, the design and facilities are up to par. The food however were just okay, affordable pricing. Buffet spread was minimal, Overall I love this place and has been here from singlehood to a mom of three. Experienced 3 different management during our stay there. The buggy takes too long to wait especially during downtime. Other than that everything is great.

• Irfan (4/5): Please be a good in business - Its under avani assets The owner should maintain the conveniences of the room such as the door need to be repaired, toilet tiles, clothes hanger and more. Even some lamp not functioning properly! Please be alert of the comfort level for your guests/ customers! Don’t take some things easy and serve them like this way! I think its not worth for the comfort of the room. Please take some action!
• Jessy (1/5): Avoid - The resort itself is very good and nice. However the villa quality is badly maintained! The air conditioning is not working properly. The bedding stained. The towels seem very old. And the sink is not drain properly. The tiles by the bath is broken. The bedside light is not working. The sofa seems old and stained too! The wall is cracked, and there mould around the aircond openings too!

• Merlin (7/5): For staycation 7/10 - The location is good. The breakfast improving a lots compared with previous stay. Buggy service is excellent n drivers r very friendly The air conditioning n water heater r not in good condition. The bath tower is old n turning to grey color. No slippers in the room. The parking fees is too high n not flat rate.
• Rohana (10/5): It was a great gateway as we celebrated our 28th years anniverssary. As we have 4 kids coming along the extra mattress w - Easy access and overall are clean. We dont expect extra mattress but there is. Thanks for have it in the villa. The buggy are so punctual and all the drivers are friendly and nice. The fireshow and live band are awsome! Smelly bathroom, non functional phones.
• Kreitarovska (1/5): Bad - The girl at the reception was lovely and friendly The condition of the apartment was terrible. The bedding had stains and holes (photos below), there was mold and an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, and the furniture was in poor condition. These apartments are in need of serious renovation. The sea water around the hotel was dirty (murky). We did not bring food into the room, but when we returned, there were many large cockroaches. They made horrifying noises. We were forced to find a new hotel and flee. At 11 PM, we took a taxi to Kuala Lumpur. Please note that the apartment has no Wi-Fi, only in the hotel lobby. The lighting in the room was very poor, with most of the lamps not working. In the dim light, hearing the squeaking cockroaches was even more frightening.

• Nik (6/5): I enjoyed the access to Avani’s facilities and the great atmosphere - I paid for a private property but had access to all the facilities under Avani, which was a great perk. The atmosphere was superb and added to the overall experience. There were a few aspects of this private property that I found concerning. Firstly, there was no Wi-Fi available, and the direct phone in my room was not working, which made it difficult to contact the reception for assistance. Additionally, the air conditioning was not cooling the room properly, and there was a minor defect in the bathtub that needed attention. Also, there was a wait for the buggy service during check-out, so I recommend checking out early to avoid delays.

• Bandar (5/5): Passable - The host do not respond to questions and messages. Also, be advice this is not a hotel villa, it is a private unit (like Airbnb) so you cannot contact the Avani hotel for any assistance, bring you food and drinking water with you.

• Mohamed (9/5): Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would come back again to stay here - Pleasent stay with family, rooms were comfortable and fits nicely for family of 5. Toilets were nice. We enjoyed fishing from the balcony. Wifi signal was bad and some lightings not working

• Siang (9/5): Good value - Check in via the hotel front desk which is fast. It is situated in a five star resort hotel with all the facilities you can enjoy. I book another room via hotel. This villa is slightly old compare to hotel room but overall pleasant and good value for money

We can call the buggy anytime and they will come to pick you up. All the activites were fun . There are some free and paid activities but if you just enjoy the free activities it will be enough for you (fire show, movie, origami class, painting class, swimming) Nothing
• Siti (6/5): Pleasant - i like the room very much. it's big and cosy because this room under owner, so the buggy services from Avani resort they did not want to serve. i brought my parents and they are old so it's took them to walk so far from room to lobby. it's okay if you are young couple. but for elderly it is not okay at all
