• Leonardo (6/5): Great location, expensive for the typw of facilities provided - Location Rooms small, windows without safety and bed uncomfortable without space to leave your luggage
• Shanaz (1/5): Worn out apartment-completely avoidable with bad hosts. - The location is good..however since it's a ground floor apartment it is very noisy. I would strongly recommend no one book this apartment. The bathroom is the worst. Every time you flush the water stops and there is pipping hot water or no water in the basin or shower. On calling the host they did not answer saying you did not answer our call yesterday. We had a very bad time and my daughter was literally burnt. There was no flow in the water. The host wanted me to keep sending pictures and videos and was frustrating to communicate with. No-one showed up and we had a very bad experience. The bathroom was completely worn out, with broken tiles and unkept infrastructure. We booked the apartment for 10 days and not a single cleaning service. This is not mentioned on the booking description that cleaning is an extra charge. Cleaning service is provided every alternate days at most knightsbridge apartments so please look for apartments that do. The carpet was dirty and stained, and wearing out. No air conditioning only single fan provided which does not beat the London summer heat. The beds were do small and the bedspread extremely short to cover my child or myself. On asking for a replacement bed cover I was told we cannot modify the decoration. The plumbing in the bedroom so every time one flushes you can hear it for 5-7 min in the bedroom and disturb one's sleep. A single key is provided so it is not possible for people to travel independently.

• Sophie (8/5): Amazing apartment in the heart of London! - The location was very central and walkable to central London but there are also two different tube stations close by. 5 people stayed in the apartment and they had the sofa bed made up and ready to go upon arrival which was very helpful. Interior was great and kitchen had everything you would need for a short stay. Staff were very helpful and responsive. There is a no shoes policy due to the full apartment being carpeted. But the carpet is quite dirty and I did not want to walk on it in my feet but disposable sippers are provided in the wardrobes which helped. It was also very hot when we stayed and only 2 fans were provided which we had to share amongst the living room and bedrooms.

• Mitzie-ann (6/5): Great location, place needs a deep clean and new flooring, but they are responsive. - Location, kitchen and they were responsive. The carpet needs to be replaced, it’s worn and dirty ( thank God I had shower slippers). I had called ahead and asked for them to do a deep clean because I saw the reviews, unfortunately I know that was not done. I went to open the windows and I can tell no one has cleaned those windows in a while. The bathroom needs a deep clean and some Clorox. It has the potential to be a great place.
