• Kate (9/5): Brilliant location for a weekend break. - Location was great, as was security. Being able to park securely was also a plus, and the directions given for both parking and the apartment were excellent, with the owner being so helpful in answering our questions. Apartment was well equipped and tastefully furnished. Being provided with an additional fan in the hot weather was also appreciated. Our main issue was the very hard beds, both the sofa bed and the double bed. Not great for our backs at all. Other than that, only minor niggles - hardly any glasses or teaspoons, and underfloor heating made the bathroom stiflingly hot in the good weather (not clear how to turn this off!)

• Richards (10/5): Great apartment for a city break in Cardiff - Amazing location, right in the centre of Cardiff. Easy to walk to the gig we were in town for. Really nice apartment too, good WiFi, good amenities. Very secure and easy to access, owners were very responsive. Nothing, was perfect for our visit

• Vikkinade (7/5): A lovely place with great potential. - Great location. Lovely, comfortable, spacious accommodation. Great communication with the owners who were very accommodating. There are some small repairs needed, most especially in the bathroom, where there are a couple of broken floor tiles, and rather shabby bath panel. Attention to some of the smaller details around general maintenance, would definitely have got it a 10, as there was so much about it to like.
• Amy (10/5): Exceptional - Huge apartment right in the centre of the city. Good facilities and decent kitchen with all the amenities. The offered free parking is less than a 10 minute walk, and it's through a shopping centre and is easy to get from a to b. None.

Unfortunately we were let - Location, secure building, helpful host Black mold around the bathtub, dirty carpet, uncomfortable mattress on bed, broken and cracked furnitures and utensils

• Flipnic (10/5): What a great comfortable and clean apartment, everything you need and more. - The apartment was excellent every thing you needed and wanted it was a proper home from home. The hosts had thought of everything and were constantly in touch about our stay, I just wish I knew how well stocked it was and I wouldn't have taken so much of my own stuff with me. The bed was very comfortable and although it was right in the city centre you couldn't hear any noise at night in bed as the windows were triple glazed. The apartment smelt lovely as you opened the front door and in the bathroom too and everything in every room was spotless a really exceptional apartment. Another great bonus with this apartment is that you get free parking at a site close by and you get a video to show you how to get there which was very easy to follow, parking would normally cost about £70 for 3 nights stay. I will definately book again for next year if it is available as it was a much better stay than any of the 5 star hotels in the area. Having to come home.
