Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. The guest acknowledges that they are required to complete an online check in form prior to the day of arrival. ID such as a license is required. Feel free to blur address on license. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Michele (9/5): Love this part of the world and this location was perfect for us. - The location was amazing. Just a stones throw to the northern end of Shoal Bay beach. Early morning beach walks and swim were a must. Just a beautiful part of the world. Peaceful and close to everything. The kitchen was well equipped and a great design It wasn't a problem for us but if it was very hot the unit may get quite hot. There are only ceiling fans in the bedrooms and nothing in the living room. No air conditioning if that is something you like in summer. I also get frustrated that you can be charged a top rate for a place and linen is not provided. It happens a lot in Port Stephens and I just think that is stingy.
