• Monika (10/5): Polecam bardzo! - Obiekt położony niesamowicie dobrze. Na mapie wyglada ze jest poza centrum, ale nic bardziej mylnego. Jest bardzo blisko. Do Watykanu niemal z pod domu 10 min pociągiem, do centrum tramwaj numer 8 maksymalnie 15 min. Jak były strajki komunikacji miejskiej bez problemu pieszo 25 min na piazza wenezzia. Dużo małych kawiarni w kolo. W mieszkaniu kuchnia, kawa, 2 balkony, zautomatyzowane rolety i światła, pralka i suszarka. Naprawdę kosmicznie dobra lokalizacja! Do tego nowe mieszkanie, fajna klatka, winda, ochrona. Jak nie Wlochy. Polecam bardzo Skrzypiące łózko w salonie, nie mogłem skorzystać z siłowni bo był jakiś problem z kodami w budynku.

• Friederike (9/5): - Sehr freundlicher Besitzer, der flexibel, hilfsbereit und zugewandt ist. Die Wohnung ist genau so wie auf den Bildern, es mangelt an nichts und es ist sauber! Perfekt für einen schönen Aufenthalt in Rom. Zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten fährt man zwar etwas, aber an den angesagten Vierteln Trasteveres ist man innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Gerne wieder!
• Federica (10/5): Appartamento moderno a Trastevere - Appartamento nuovissimo in complesso molto bello con annessa palestra condominiale e portiere. Super consigliato per soggiorno a Roma in quartiere meno centrale ma comunque super caratteristico.
• Olga (10/5): - Нам сподобалось абсолютно все! Чисті апартаменти, які все включали в себе. Дуже привітний і уважний власник, який ще допоміг із трансфером до аеропорту і як презент залишив нам воду і бутилку вина. Рекомендую ці апартаменти! Обов’язково повернемось ще!

• Paweł (10/5): Świetny apartament w doskonałej lokalizacji . - Znakomite miejsce, świetny, nowy, apartament, który ma wszystko co potrzeba. Wszędzie czysto. Bardzo pomocny i uprzejmy właściciel Pasquale. Apartament 3 minuty spacerem od dworca i pętli autobusowej . 30 minut jazdy bezpośrednim pociągiem z lotniska Fiumicino. 15 minut autobusem do centrum.

• Aleksandra (10/5): Wygodnie, bezpiecznie, komfortowo. Wspaniały host. - Lokalizacja - spokojniejsza okolica, mniejsze tłumy, restauracje z przepyszną kawą i dobrym śniadaniem, na samym rogu ulicy. Blisko dworca Trastevere Roma. Blisko wszędzie - wszędzie można dojść pieszo. Jakość budynku - czysta i nowoczesna klatka schodowa. Zamknięty dziedziniec, dzięki czemu czuliśmy się na prawdę bezpiecznie. Ciche sąsiedztwo. W obiekcie : Balkon, Rolety zaciemniające, wystrój - czysto, jasno, prosto, schludnie, nowocześnie. Łazienka czysta i wygodna. Wszystko działało, wszystko bez żadnych komplikacji. W zasadzie wszystko było ok. Nic nam nie przeszkadzało. Niczego więcej nie potrzebowaliśmy na te kilka dni.

• Michalina (10/5): - Cudowne miejsce! Nowoczesne mieszkanie z wszelkimi udogodnieniami. Czysto i bardzo wygodnie. Blisko sklepy, restauracje, przystanek autobusowy. Przemiły i pomocny właściciel.
• Hasan (10/5): Nice stay with my family! - Clean and comfortable. It has elevator, dishwasher, washing machine and drying machine. The owner is quite helpful. Very easy to arrive there from airport with train - just get out at Trastevere train station! The tram and bus stops are very close. With tram or bus, you can reach Piazza Venezia within 15-20 min. Shops and fast food restaurants are very close. Neighborhood looks quite safe. We recommend it, particularly to the families. There is nothing to complain.

• Sharon (10/5): Perfect week a had sad to have to leave ♥️ - The flat is located in a lovely area within distance to main centre you can get a tram alone or the train only 2 stop to Vatican , host was very nice and helpful , perfect! The only down side was the comfort of the bed it was hard .
• Sujy (9/5): Superb - First of all, the host is awesome. It's safe, comfortable and convenient. Very close to the train station so you can easily reach from the airport without stress, then ride away to other places in Italy. If you like walking, then you will walk to most of the interesting places. I usually don't stay in modern apartments in Italy but this one was an exception and I did not want to leave 😂

• David (10/5): Nice apartment in new building! - Apartment is very nice, in brand new building which is rare in Rome. It is fully equipped for tourists stay and was clean also. Location is out of city center but lot of transport options within 2-3 min walk going to any direction in city, so not a big problem. Nice cafes and groceries available within 5 min walk. Beds are not very comfortable, would be good to improve the mattress and pillow qualities, such apartment deserves to have better bedding, would be good for your business also, hope you change it soon! Bathroom needs a bit of improvements with minor stuff, like toilet seat is damaged and shower head is leaking water on top and damaging the ceiling of bathroom. I think with a little improvement it can be much better place to stay!

• Julia (10/5): Exceptional - A week's stay in this apartment was excellent. The apartment was clean and modern, the host was friendly and available. The air conditioning and gym were great amenities for us. Location - close to the train and bus stations, but you can also easily walk to all the attractions in the center of Rome. There is a supermarket, shops and cafes within a 5-minute walk. We were sad to leave when our vacation ended.

• Vilija (10/5): The stay met my expectations - Apartment location near Trastevere railway station. Especially suitable for those arriving from Fiumicino Airport. Good communication with all of Rome. The apartment is newly furnished, clean. The host is helpful, hospitable. It would be ideal if breakfast was offered.

• Bojan (9/5): Highly recommendable, new modern apartment, good location. - Very nice, new and modern apartment, 3rd floor, price very ok for Rome, location not very central, but well connected with the tram nr.8. Very close to the train station, but not noisy. The building is new, very modern, with the doorman at the entrance. It was convenient to leave our baggage there for a couple of hours after checking out. Pasquale and Francesco were very professional, and they reacted immediately at midnight when the problem with aircon appeared. Delightful water pressure in the bathroom (quite opposite of many apartments in Rome). Fully equipped kitchen, beds ok (sofa bed as well, as it can be), 2 terraces... Truly recommendable. Just minor details...nothing particular.

• Lynne (8/5): Pasquale very helpful and kept in touch to check all ok - Location is great - short walk to Testaccio and lots of buses to different parts of Rome. Nice neighbourhood restaurants and market at weekend is huge. Very basic furnishings in flat but clean and nice balcony. Very safe and secure. Bed very firm!! Could have gone with some soft furnishing in the apartment. Kitchen basic
• Zoe (9/5): Superb - The apartment was clean and modern, close to convenience stores and transport. No. 8 bus straight into the heart of Roma! It was a home away from home. The gym facilities are fantastic. The host, Pasquale was so helpful and made sure we were comfortable. Thank you for a great stay! Please stay here if you're visiting Roma! The main bed could do with a mattress topper. The sofa bed could do with an upgraded mattress. Bearing in mind, beds are an individual thing!
• Mary (8/5): Very good - Big well equipped apartment with large balcony,there is a nice local barLocopolo across on main road It was a bit far from the centre of Trastavere,Although checkout is 10-11 on description we were told we had to be gone by 10,not a big problem usually but one of our party was arriving at 4AM so it was rushed in the morning .We left at 10.30 and nobody came so why rush us out?
• Ivana (10/5): Exceptional - The appartmant is new and modern. It also has a gym. The location is very good and it is well connected with the many tourist attractions with the bus (bus No 8). The owner is very friendly and helpful.
