• Neena (3/5): Very uncomfortable. - It was clean. Extremely low water pressure, taps only trickled water. No hot water late at night. Very uncomfortable beds. Super thin pillows. Extremely hot inside, could not sleep at all. Very disappointed.

• Peter (10/5): One of the best for the price in London - This lovely, clean, well kept apartment is easily the best value for money I've come across in London in 4 years of trips here. Will definitely put this on my favorites list for the future. Surrounded by places to eat and drink, 24hr shop around the corner and 10min walk to the tube. If this place is available, definitely go for it. Honestly couldn't find a fault with it at all.
• Peter (3/5): A dissapointing stay at this apartment which is in need of maintenance. - Location Intermittent water supply so no one was able to shower. Slats on one of the bed was broken resulting in an uncomfortable night. Toilet seat didn’t fit and wiring in the stairwell was potentially dangerous.

• Evangelia (3/5): I booked for 5 nights and last minute the hostess cancelled one of my nights. - Nice flat, nice space, good location The flat is advertised as 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, but one of the bathrooms - which is onsuite has no toilet! (Which is not mentioned in the advert) I booked for 5 nights and last-minute one of my nights was cancelled by the hostess. My check in time which was supposed to be 3pm was suddenly was changed to 5 30 pm. I was not given instructions on how to use the hot water in the flat, despite asking. During my stay, workers were brought in to do maintenance, which had nothing to do with my flat, but the flat below me- which was not only disruptive, but I was asked to refrain from bathing/showering for the next 12 hours! Finally, I was not informed that the flat is on the third floor and has no lift. :(
• Gavin (3/5): Bright not beautiful - Location good. Coffee was available. 2 fans It was bright. List not in order of importance. No ironing board cover: had to iron on kitchen top with towel. utensils, no tea spoons, cracked wine glass. long dark hairs left in main bathroom on floor and bath. Water pressure very low (trickle) in main bathroom sink and kitchen sink. NO HOT WATER in main bathroom for shave or shower, had to have cold showers. No toilet in en suite so only one toilet! So not really 2 complete bathrooms. sink in en suite blocked, water took a long time to go down. door handle in en suite shower came off in hands as screws were loose. en suite shower veered from extremely hot (burnt skin!) to extremely cold, mid-shower. Bed (mattress) in main bedroom uncomfortable.

• Daniela (7/5): Good value for money by London standards - - Good location near tube station - Clean beds, bathrooms and kitchen - Very easy self-check-in and very friendly communication - No curtains at all in one of the rooms and transparent curtains in the other room - Not all ceiling lamps were working properly, and there was a lot of dust on them, too - You couldn’t use one water tap in the house while using another one, because almost no water would run (showering at the same time was impossible) - the kitchen equipment was missing some stuff like enough bowls for four people, but plates and cutlery were fine

• Charlotte (8/5): Lovely apartment not too far from anything. - It's bright and clean. Open plan is lovely. Beds were comfy (as long as you don't move). Nice to have some little bits in the kitchen, i.e., coffee. Also the little shampoo, conditioner and body wash was incredibly helpful as it was something none of us had packed. Loved that it was only a 25min walk away from where we were going. The on-suite shower is terrible and not usable as it seems to randomly go cold and drippy, whether someone else is using the water or not. The bed with the on-suite is quite wobbly, so as long as we stayed still it was comfy. Would say that a curtain on the sky light in the second bedroom would be preferable.
