- Yasmeen (2/5): - Location. Quiet area Everything upon arrival. Place hadnt been cleaned and smelt of cigarettes. I informed the owner straight away. Boiler was always going off and theres instructions to suggest what to do with the boiler if it gets cold or pressure goes low. Then no communication even when we left and took days for deposit to come back. Had to call booking.com to step in. Even then they wanted to blame us for the smoking lingering smell. Awful hosting. Made us feel so unwelcome and communication was very low
