• DMITRII (10/5): Good location in the center - Apartments near Plaka Square. Lots of tourists, bars, and cafes. We felt safe because we had to leave for the Express X95 bus at 4 a.m. The bars can be a bit noisy, but you can close the balcony door and open the kitchen window that faces the courtyard. There is everything you need. The bed is comfortable. For your information: the apartment is actually on the 5th floor (if you go up on foot). When we arrived very late at night, we didn't realize this immediately. Keep going up until you see a door with the "SIS" sign on the right. (photo attached) After I checked out, they didn't respond to my message. I guess it's because my stay was already over.😒
• Gál Erhard (9/5): - A szállás nagyon jó helyen,a Syntagma tér déli részén található. Legközelebb ha Athénban járunk szívesen foglalok itt újra. Gyors, egyszerű bejutás ,szép nagy terasz,kiváló WiFi. Minden úgy volt,ahogy lebeszéltük. A lakást idő elött átvehettük Köszönjük.

El anfitrión es muy irresponsable y no se preocupa por los problemas de sus clientes - El emplazamiento La puerta de la habitación no se puede cerrar porque choca con la cama. Es todo un recinto De esta manera es imposible que una persona esté en la cocina y otra durmiendo El lavabo del baño es minúsculo, y la ducha no traga bien. El tenderete y las pinzas de tender todas sucias y pegajosas. No tiene microondas ni horno. Tuvimos un incidente importante. Al salir nos dejamos dos chaquetas en el armario. Rápidamente llamamos desde el aeropuerto para que las recogieran. Estuvimos tres semanas intentando que gestionasen el envío, y visto su falta de interés lo llevamos a cabo nosotros. Les indicamos que debían compactarlas para ocupar el menor espacio posible y ponerlo en un embalaje, listo para que pudieran recogerlo la compañía DHL. Al cabo de un mes las recibimos en España, y la sorpresa fue que las pusieron en una bolsa de plástico transparente, sin precinto, simplemente con un nudo, y con los artículos a la vista. El resultado final fue que sólo nos llegó una chaqueta. No sabemos si enviaron una sólo, o al ponerlas en bolsa visible, y con un nudo casero, fácil de abrir y cerrar, se perdió por el camino. Conclusión: esta gente nos a mostrado ser muy irresponsables y cero interés en sus huéspedes, pues está claro que no es trabajo enviar unas chaquetas extraviadas, pero por lo menos deben ser amables y preocuparse por los problemas de sus huéspedes. (Por cierto, la chaqueta que no llegó costaba 200€)

• Rosa (10/5): Appartamento perfetto in centro - Posizione super centrale a due passi dalla Metro che porta dall'aeroporto al centro città e dalle attrazioni più iconiche di Athene! Ci siamo mossi sempre a piedi. La zona è piena di locali pazzeschi dalla colazione al dopo cena, ma la camera da letto è comunque silenziosa grazie agli ottimi infissi. Appartamento davvero carino, con una bella terrazza. Le host gentilissime e disponibili!! Niente, forse lavandino in bagno un pochino piccolo 🤓

• Silvia (9/5): - Appartamento molto carino, a due passi da piazza Syntagma e dai caratteristici e vivaci quartieri di Plaka e Monastiraki. La comunicazione è stata facile e veloce, gentilissimi nel rispondere subito ad ogni nostra domanda. L’appartamento è grande e trovi tutto l’essenziale per trascorrere qualche giorno (oltre agli asciugamani c’erano anche bagnoschiuma, shampoo e conditioner! e anche tutto quello che serve per cucinare) Super anche il balconcino esterno! La zona è molto tranquilla e se la sera non ci si vuol allontanare, piena di ristoranti e bar. Super consigliato

• PeterM59 (7/5): - Location wise I believe Sis Urban ticks the box, close to the train station, most important, and reasonably close to the main attractions. It had a list that worked which is always a good thing. The apartment is tired, the photos are what the apartment looked like in better days, needs a refresh. Additional lighting was used for the pics even allowing for advertising it's darker than anticipated. The maintenance is wanting, broken lights, thread bear towels, toilet won't stop unless you double or triple tap it, the shower head leaks link a broken pipe as in the washer is completely missing, yes I checked in trying to fix it so that we had good water pressure. The kitchen we wouldn't use, could not be bothered to clean it.

Hosts molto reattivi e disponibili. Carino il balconcino. L’appartamento e’ semplice, nella media, con doccia da migliorare.

• Violetta (7/5): Great location. Good spot overall, though not without flaws. - The location is great – all the important spots are within walking distance. The metro station is just a few minutes away on foot. The balcony is a nice bonus, offering a pleasant view, though not of the Acropolis. There was a coffee machine in the apartment, along with capsules and an instruction manual ;) The bed was very comfortable. Easy self check-in and an elevator. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly without any issues. Two major drawbacks: 1. You can’t close the bedroom door because it’s blocked by the bed! When I was looking for an apartment, I specifically wanted a separate bedroom from the kitchen. Very disappointing. 2. The shower is gross – the water doesn’t drain properly, even after a quick shower, so you end up standing in water in a moldy shower tray. Totally unacceptable.
