• Samantha (1/5): Incorrect door code, stranded at midnight - The host did not provide the correct door code. I arrived at midnight, and was not able to access the property. The host did not respond to my messages/calls, nor did they respond to Booking.com's customer service team. We had exchanged multiple messages about my arrival time, so this was unexpected and upsetting.

• Hung (10/5): Cozy hidden gem - It was a lovely stay! Clean, cozy, good location. You have a private entrance to this little gem. We were welcomed by little snacks and refreshments. Christine was very responsive and attentive! Would recommend staying here.
• Nicole (10/5): Amazing stay here with my two dogs. Would 100% come again - Absolutely lovely spot in a nice neighbourhood. So many personal touches from the host made this a great stay. Two bikes are perfect for getting around locally, and the host has ample suggestions of things to do.

Snacks, beverages, and toiletries were very welcoming. Christine is responsive and went the extra mile to accommodate our pillow preference.
• Backpacksandbifocals (10/5): Cute, private, quiet yet convenient location for Austin - a great place to stay and warm welcome! - Super quiet neighborhood, yet easy to get to downtown by 30 minute walk down S. Congress or a short bus ride. Transit is easy in Austin, either public or Ubers.

The space was warm and inviting and full of fun extra gifts and activities through the space and even in the fridge. Christine went above and beyond to be accommodating for me and all of her recommendations were spot on. I would absolutely rent from her again.

• Shawn (10/5): The most delightful place we've stayed at in years, maybe decades. Incredible experience! - Our stay at La Casita was not only amazing, but it revitalized our idea as to what's possible when it comes to traveling and looking for accommodation. I can't put into words just how wonderful and delightful our stay was here. The room was warm and inviting, but the most amazing part was all the little details and amenities. Like fresh coffee options with marshmellows and creamer and other mix-ins. Or like the bicycles available to take into the city on Austin's wonderful bike infrastructure. Or how about the locally sourced drinks in the fridge for us to enjoy. The bed was super comfy (and huge!). The art and books and other little trinkets scattered about in the room rounded it all off. Been traveling for decades, this stay will go down as one of the best we've ever experienced. Just the thought and love that went into the place -- it's brought color back to traveling for us. Can't wait to return and stay for longer. Thanks so much!!!!! <3 I wish we could have stayed longer! There was NOTHING that we didn't like. Perfect stay!

• Monica (10/5): Cozy dog friendly home away from home in SoCo! - This place was really cute and cozy! The property was very clean and decorated in a boho/artsy theme inside and out. Many amenities were included like bikes, snacks/drinks, dog treats for the pups, and even hot cocoa for the winter! Host was very accommodating. We appreciated the host’s attention to every small detail one would need for a home away from home! Location was conveniently in the middle of all our site seeing, but also far enough from the main strip, that we felt safe and enjoyed quiet nights. Thank you!
• Dani (9/5): A hidden gem just 10 mins away from city center, super recommended! - Location is perfect, the neighborhood is calm and safe, and you can simply use the bikes (provided by the owner) to reach the main sites in the city. The venue has everything you need to enjoy your stay, a spacious and comfy bed, a well-equipped kitchen and a wide bathroom. I found very interesting products such as body lotion or oil that I've eventually bought for my apartment too. Super recommended! The only """negative""" point I've come across with is the presence of a few flies around the kitchen area. Despite being everything cleaned perfectly and smelling very good, I had to get rid of those. Nothing to be worried about though!
