• Alla (10/5): В следующий приезд в Лондон,мы остановимся опять в этих апартаментах. - Отличная квартира,в очень престижном и комфортном районе Лондона.Очень понравилось,что у квартиры есть выход в парк,где можно отдохнуть от шумного города.Квартира очень просторная и уютная,с хорошей энергетикой.В пешей доступности супермаркет,фруктовая лавка очень хорошая,кафе и ресторана.Совсем рядом каналы «маленькая Венеция Лондона»,где можно взять лодочку на прокат.От этого места можно пройтись вдоль канала и выйти к бизнес центрам где много кафе и ресторанов.
• Christoph (7/5): Schönes Apartment mit ein paar "Aber" - Die Lage des Apartments ist perfekt! In einer ruhigen Wohngegend umgeben von schönen Wohnhäusern, Bus und U-Bahn in der nahen Umgebung, auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf und Kaffeehaus sind in der Nähe. Das Haus in dem sich das Apartment befindet, ist zwar optisch nicht sehr ansprechend, aber das fanden wir nicht störend. Das Apartment hat eine sehr gute Raumaufteilung, perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse als Familie. 2 Bäder verhindern Stau in der Morgenroutine. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Geschirr in ausreichender Menge, beim Kochen hat man einen schönen Ausblick in den Innenhof und hört morgens das Zwitschern der Vögel. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern klappt problemlos. Die Sauberkeit des Apartments ist in Ordnung! Leider war während unseres Aufenthalts der Aufzug kaputt und konnte, obwohl gleich am ersten Tag ein Techniker da war, nicht repariert werden. So mussten wir täglich die 6 Stockwerke (manchmal mehrmals) überwinden. Das war vor allem mit Koffern sehr anstrengend! Die Vermieterin hat uns aber am Abreisetag jemanden geschickt, der unser Gepäck nach unten transportiert und ist uns außerdem beim Mietpreis deutlich entgegenkommen!! Das hat schnell und ohne große Diskussionen geklappt, danke! Ein weiterer negativer Punkt war die Heizung bzw. die Kälte im Apartment. Die Fenster sind ziemlich alt, dünn und undicht, ebenso die Eingangstüre. Wenn man vor der geschlossenen Türe stand, blies die Zugluft durch die Ritzen, eine bessere Abdichtung wäre wichtig! Im Sommer fällt das wahrscheinlich nicht ins Gewicht, aber wir hatten im Winter ziemlich kalte Tage erwischt. Das Wohnzimmer wurde so nie richtig warm und man hielt sich nicht so gerne drin auf. In den Schlafzimmern klappte die Heizung besser, war aber auch nicht optimal eingestellt bzw. durch die undichten Fenster konnte man auch mit der Heizung nicht an. In einem Bad war auch eine Fußbodenheizung, die dermaßen heiß wurde, dass man an manchen Stellen fast nicht stehen konnte. In beiden Bädern waren die Badvorleger schmutzig! Die Fotos auf booking.com entsprechen nicht mehr ganz der Realität, einige Möbel(v.a. im Wohnzimmer)sind bereits ersetzt.

• Ayman (10/5): A perfect family stay in a clean, safe, and well-located flat with amazing hosts. - e location was excellent,very close to beautiful areas in London, with easy access to grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, bus stops, and the underground. The flat was very clean, fully equipped, and ideal for families. High level of safety and secure environment. Bathrooms were clean and even had a water hose, which we appreciated. We also enjoyed spending quality time as a family. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. I truly enjoyed dealing with them. Nothing really! Everything met or exceeded our expectations.
• Rhonda (10/5): Great stay ina clean and comfortable home. - It was clean and the neighborhood was awesome. Very short walk to the tube which got us anywhere we needed to go. The portable air conditioners worked well & made the temperature in the house comfortable. It was a little farther outside the city than I anticipated but I would still recommend it since the tube was so close.

• EllenH98 (9/5): Well-located, comfortable and convenient apartment for a family in London. - The apartment's location was great with a tube station down the street and a Tesco close by, too. The interior of the apartment was lovely, with AC and a washer. The elevator was a must and worked well. The garden behind the building was a welcome added bonus. The hosts were attentive, easy to contact and communicate with. Our taxi driver was frustrated that I did not have a building number for him to drop us at. The outside of the building seems a little off-putting, but the inside of the apartment was gorgeous.

We could hear the birds singing in the morning, so we had a relaxing time during our stay. The rooms were clean and tidy. As we stayed for over 7 nights, there was one in-house cleaning. We could stay comfortably in the apartment. The location was good. Warwick Avenue station is next to Paddington station. Also, it was a short walking distance to Warwick Avenue station, as well as the bus stops. We would love to stay here again!

• Karen (8/5): Cosy apartment in a safe area - Location was in a safe residential part of London - We used uber and its very easy go to central London in 15/20 mins It is the large tall building with the address on the side of the building - there is a 24a around the corner that is not the place - the host guided us straight away and the apartment was lovely and warm when we got there - its on the 6th floor and the lift is handy. well equipped with everything. Nice warm water for showers and washing dishes at all times and there was 7 of us! The door to the balcony near the kitchen wouldn't lock but that is easy fix - we put furniture against it so kids had no access.

• Anca (10/5): Safe and lovely stay in London - Great kitchen (you have everything you need to cook your meals), modern place, cozy balcony, wonderful views, and great TV. We found the area to be very safe to walk at night (we were only girls in our group). Some nice pubs are nearby. Easy access to the city center by public transport. The host is excellent! Fast reply to messages and very kind. You can hear the traffic from some of the rooms, but some earplugs can solve this problem if you have an easy sleep.

• Rachelle (10/5): Excellent - Beautiful condo with air conditioning and all the amenities. Beds are comfy and kitchen fully stocked. It’s a quiet neighborhood and so easy to get anywhere in London from tube stop. We loved it here and would stay again. It was nice to not have to get two hotel rooms and have the extra space for the family at the end of days of touring the many sites in the city. I would highly recommend. Wish they had dryer. Only had washer.
• Nahlah (10/5): Highly recommend - The apartment is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. It is very well suited for families. The kitchen was very well equipped. The washer dryer was a big plus. To access the building, you have to walk down a very steep driveway, which proved to be a challenge for me being in a wheelchair.
