• madgarden (10/5): My stay was to short, but we enjoyed every second up there. - The view was incredible. Sauna was very helpful for full relaxation. The owner was very welcoming and friendly. .

• Manfred (10/5): Wundervoll in allem! - Traumhafter Ausblick, wunderschönes und sehr gepflegtes Anwesen, sehr nette Gastgeber, gemütliches Zimmer mit Direktzugang zum Pool. Fühlte sich an wie ein neues Zuhause und hat unseren Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht. Sehr privat und ruhig, aber es gibt Strand, Spa, den berühmten Tempel und zahlreiche Restaurants in der nahen Umgebung. Top!

• Tulsi (9/5): - Kleinschalig (maar 2 kamers), rust, alles mooi en schoon, gym en cinema zijn top. Alles goed bereikbaar. Drinkwater aanwezig. Gevoel van eigen private villa. We zouden het zeker aanraden en zouden hier zo nog een keer verblijven! Schoonmaakster kwam niet consequent schoonmaken. Veel muggen. Weg naar de accommodatie had beter aangeduid kunnen worden. Alle grabs reden verkeerd en er hangt geen bordje aan het begin van de weg. Dit was niet het einde van de wereld, maar wel onhandig.
• Anna Maria K (10/5): - Beautiful villa and pool. Good location and lovely hosts. Would visit again! The street didn't feel safe (no lights, people hanging out after dark). It is hard to find the turn to it. Moreover, access with the car is not easy (narrow road with rubble laying around)

• Mathilde (10/5): Super logement avec toutes commodité de haut standing - Logement très propre, lieu incroyable avec une vue 360 sur la mer d’Uluwatu. Le logement propose des équipements de haut-standing (salle de cinéma, salle de sport, grande cuisine extérieure, piscine etc). Super niveau rapport qualité. Edo est toujours réactif et flexible. -
• Estelle (10/5): Incredible stay at Castle Lunita! - We had an incredible stay at Castle Lunita. Edo was a fantastic host and he was very responsive throughout our stay. The villa is beautiful and very peaceful. For any reviews saying the location is too far out, we didn’t find this and we just paid the Gojek drivers a bit extra in cash (the app pays them very little and I always like to tip extra anyway). Would highly recommend this villa for a relaxed trip to Uluwatu! N/A
• Tristan (10/5): - Erg mooie, schone accomodatie met geweldige faciliteiten. We zijn bijna ons gehele verblijf alleen geweest waardoor we het hele verblijf voor ons zelf hadden. Echt een aanrader! De host was erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De locatie is wat afgelegen op de berg waardoor je alles met de taxi moet doen. Dit werkt echter zeer gemakkelijk en is ook niet duur. In 15 min ben je bij leuke eetgelegenheden. Voordeel is dan wel weer het mooie uitzicht en de rust.

• Paul (10/5): Palace on the hill …….away from the madding crowd - Eduardo our host was a delightful friendly to deal with , making sure we were well looked after during our 3 night stay for father and son . Recently built Villa by foreign owner with great attention to detail and facilities such as huge swimming pool and awesome panoramic view , in-house , sauna and large screen media basement along with well appointed outdoor kitchen dining pavilion with ocean view . Car is recommended and stairs are involved to access the main villa level ( lift option also ) and some cafes are within a 30min healthy workout walk , so may not suit those needing nearby nightlife etc but perfect for a relaxed quiet sojourn in comfort .

• Daniel (8/5): Very good - Fantastic villa - beautiful design and beautiful views. We particularly loved the simmingpool and the cinema room. The host was friendly and accommodative. They live on the upper floor and were very responsive. They treated us greatly.
• Si (8/5): Stunning villa for the price, but note the location - It’s just stunning. Looks exactly like the photos, pool was fabulous, rooms were nice and AC and fan kept us cool in the heat. Amenities are all great (we didn’t use any) and there’s fresh filtered water available on site. There was a dank/sewerage smell in our room (room 2) the whole time we were there. We tried opening the doors to let fresh air in but it didn’t help. Eventually we opened a small window in the bathroom to allow more airflow and it seems to help a bit, but the lingering smell was still in the air. The location isn’t the easiest to get to and the small road outside is under construction. Definitely require a scooter. Grab drivers got lost when picking us up, so we dropped the pin at Ancala next door and walked the 100m there. Not an issue unless you have suitcases with you.

• Ashlie (8/5): Stunning accomodation but make sure you hire a scooter! - The property itself is beautiful. Lovely decor and style. Quiet with only the owner/occupier and one other room on site. The location is isolated from main areas of Uluwatu and as the road is newly built, it is confusing for Gojek/Grab drivers to find. This is not an issue if you hire scooter/car but something to consider. The shared facilities in the accommodation have great potential but unfortunately as they are not used much the outdoor kitchen is very dusty and very little fridge space shared between the rooms so not very practical. The pool was very hot - like bath temperature.
• Algina (9/5): Beautiful place to stay but what I paid it should have had working drainage - The view was spectacular and the villa was beautiful. Bed was comfy. Nice place to relax and enjoy sunsets 🌅 The only thing we didn’t like was there was no water in the morning due to construction going on right across the street and when the water did work, the drain was clogged, so my husband had to shower outside at pool shower.

• Adrian (10/5): Luxurious quiet villa to relax - Brand new luxurious villa with stunning ocean views, good rooms, great outdoor kitchen, sauna, gym and even a cinema. Owners are a friendly enthusiastic young couple. Would definitely recommend. I stayed here with a friend for 3 nights which was a good way to relax, enjoy the beach and explore the night life of Uluwatu.
