• Nimish (9/5): Good stay near milan central - Great location, well equipped set up. Small but very well maintained and cute. Creaking bed and doors can disturb your sleep.

• James (8/5): Couple Days in Milan - Plenty of space to spread out and it was quiet. Market and public transportation close by. Even walkable to the train station or main bus station. Has a washing machine. We were greeted and shown around the house. Could have used an extra blanket. The bathroom had a musty smell to it.

Wszystko co potrzebne jest na miejscu. Blisko sklep, fajna pizzeria Alice po drugiej stronie ulicy. Ręczniki kosmetyki wszystko było. Możliwość zostawienia plecaków kiedy późno sie wylatyje bardzo wygodne.

• Florina (6/5): - The owner, Sara, was nice to let us have an early check in at 13:00. It was dirty, hair in the sponge in the kitchen, animal hair everywhere, moldy in the bathroom. The house is so cute and is has great potential, only if it was cleaned properly.

Le décor et l'agencement de l'appartement est très bien. Le lit était confortable. On a pu laisser nos bagages pour un supplément. Proche de l'arrêt de bus et a 15 min du métro. Rien du tout

• Samuel (8/5): Good location and cosy apartment - The location was great, still central but without all the noise. The apartment had a little outside area which we really enjoyed. The bed was a good size and pretty comfortable. The living room also smelled lovely and the furniture was pretty and tasteful. The bathroom was a little cramped and got very wet very easily.
• Katarzyna (10/5): - Kwintesencja Włoch. Cudowni właściciele. Organizacja bardzo, bardzo dobra. Kontakt z Panią Sarą, która mówi płynnie po angielsku. Później pojawił się Pan Robero, który co prawda nie mówił ani po angielsku ani tym bardziej po polsku, ale mimo wszystko czuliśmy się przez niego zaopiekowani. Duża przestrzeń w pomieszczeniach, świetna lokalizacja niedaleko dworca centralnego. Wszystko co potrzebne turyście, który chce się przespać w porządnych warunkach i rzucić w wir zwiedzania. Krótko mówiąc, genialny stosunek jakości do ceny.

• Sofiya (9/5): - A lovely little house in a quiet area, close to the metro station and Carrefour. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The hostess was very friendly — she met us on arrival, gave us the keys, and explained everything about the house. There is a hair dryer, but it doesn’t work very well and might need a cleaning.

The house is charming, even if it could use some freshening up. Location is very near the central train station. We recommend. A strong smell in the bathroom, but nothing really annoying. And some blinder, especially in the living room where the second is.

• Danilo Sosa (10/5): Great place to be. - The location was great. Quiet area, just a few minutes from train station. Nearby supermarket and bar. The house had all amenities we needed. The owner assistance was great. I highly recommended. Nothing. Everything was perfect.
• Nicola (8/5): Cute and comfortable - This is a cute little bungalow in a courtyard surrounded by apartment buildings, which makes it very private and quiet. It has a comfortable, compact seating and dining area, a small but functional kitchen and a good size bedroom and bathroom. It was very clean and welcoming, and communication with the host was excellent. It was great for a two night stay. It's a bit of a walk from the main station if you have a lot of luggage.

• Janine (9/5): Superb - Cute self contained bungalow style place. Very unusual for such in Milan. Very Peaceful. Lovely courtyard with a small terrace to sit on Has mostly everything you need. Good communication. 10-15 minute walk from central station Thank you so much for finding my necklace. If available, would definitely book again It had a slight damp smell but it was a very wet weekend so probably didn't help.

But the most important thing is the house itself, which I think is really unique, very cozy, has everything you might need. Authentic furniture, a wonderful terrace create a very pleasant atmosphere. Very suitable for a couple, I think. Very close to the shopping center. All attractions are very quickly and easily accessible. Central station 10 minutes on foot. We were very satisfied!🙂

Nice and clean with everything you need for a short stay, including a working AC and a little mini-bar in the fridge. Communication with the host during check-in was smooth.

When we got there, Sara actually didn’t come, her dad did - kind of hard to communicate with someone who doesn’t speak English. The smell inside was unpleasant. And Im sorry but try to sell mini kit kat bar for 3,5€ is just so sad, would like to see the one buying it.

The apartment was spacious and pretty well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The bed was comfortable, and the living area was cozy. The location is great, we were just a short walk away from some of best attractions, restaurants, Milan central train station and shops. Sara & her father were friendly and accommodating. They provided us with useful tips on what to see and do in Milan and were always available to answer any questions we had. Thank you to Sara & her father for making our Milan experience special. We look forward to returning in the future! The heating system is automatic and sometimes take a while to get started and it can feel a bit cold if climate changes during the day.
• Britney (5/5): We wouldn’t stay here again but the staff were nice. - Good location. Sofa was comfortable. The towels were dirty and smell bad and we ended up with a rash. The bed was not too bad, passable.

She also gave us some advices regarding some attractions and how to use the public transport. The place was clean and welcoming and was looking exactly like in the photos. It was really easy to access the metro and also if you want to take the train to go outside Milan, the train station (the central one) is 1 station away using the metro. • Giulia (8/5): Very good - Super convenient location just a few minutes from the central station. Very quiet small apartment with everything you need for a few nights' stay. It was super clean, well maintained with all the utilities both for bathroom and kitchen. Traveling with a baby, we particularly appreciated having the fridge and kitchen available. To collect the keys you need to coordinate with the hosts, because they have to come let you in, so make sure you have your phone handy or are very precise about check-in time. The bed is made up of two single mattrasses pushed together, wasn't the most confortable.

• Minjuan (9/5): Superb - We were forced to arrive in Milan ahead of schedule due to the French strike, and checked in early temporarily. The host agreed to our request very well, thank you very much. The heating temperature in the house is very high, the room is clean and well-equipped, and my friends and I have a very happy stay. The house is an independent building, so it is very quiet at night. There is a bus within 3 minutes' walk, and there is a market nearby, which is very convenient.

• Bazile (10/5): Great short stay in a cosy place - Sara wrote me before trip and explained everything in detail and was quickly responding. We changed our arrival time because of the bus, but Sara arranged that we were let in earlier. House was clean an beautiful, kitchen small but there was all you need. For one night stay it was more than enough! Very silent place during night. There is nothing I did not like. We had to wait for the person to let us in because house is reached through other house hall. We had to know the time of leaving but it was ok. And there were bottles with salt, oil and pepper, but they were all empty.
• Jaime (9/5): Superb - The accommodation was well located, walking distance from the central station, and in an inner court, making it a very quiet area. Everything is well taken care of, and I have appreciated the attention to details by the hosts as well as the local recommendations. There is a lot of privacy and a nearby supermarket that is very convenient. Transport in Milan is pretty good, so we had no problem moving around the city. Nothing in particular. It covered all our needs. However, for the same price you could get more in other cities, but I guess that is a Milan problem and not this particular place.

The evening was quiet, no noise could be heard and yet we were almost in the center. The beds were comfortable. There could be more blankets, duvets on the beds. We are used to sleeping without covers, but I believe that there are people who like to cover themselves with a proper duvet.

It was also very close to the Metro Station and actually: if you wanted to walk a little bit more it was not far from City Center.I am sure to pin the location for future stays in Milano. The location is placed in a yard between blocks but it's actually quite private. I couldn't say there was something i did not like about the location.

• Lynn (9/5): Clean, cosy and comfortable stay for a good price - The house was equipped with everything we needed. The stay was very comfortable because we had airco, a clean bathroom, towels, shampoo, hair dryer, a washing machine and a nice small kitchen with gas, oven, fridge and last but not least a great Bialetti coffee machine! The porch outside was a good addition with view on a peaceful court. Also the front door had a very good lock which can be important when bringing valuables. Not so far from the metro and close to the supermarket and night shops. Good price for good quality. Friendly hosts. The only thing we missed was the option for a thicker blanket but of course that's a personal preference. Maybe also a mosquito-repellent candle? Nothing 'negative' can further be said.
