- Randy (9/5): i’m a current UTK student. I really appreciate how close it is to the campus.Go Vols! - I really like the fact that the owner was responsive, and when I had a concern, he quickly took care of it. One thing about the property is there’s some pretty steep steps getting up to the house so elderly people or people who are handicap it is not accessible.
- Anonymous (9/5): This was a great value for the experience— a true Knoxville vibe. - The theme and decor were nothing short of fabulous. Beds were super comfortable. The view was excellent. Unfortunate for such a nicely thought out property, but Housekeeping might be cutting corners or there was some oversight. The unit was mostly clean, but the shower liner needed serious replacing, a couple throw blankets needed washing (smelled like furry pets), and the duvet covers were not installed, just tucked over the comforters. The patio/balcony ceiling could also use a sweep/dusting. It would have been nice to find a broom/dust pan or hand vac.
- Lisa (10/5): Cozy hill house - Super clean with an excellent location. Downtown, but felt so private.
- Elijah (10/5): Great! - I loved the view! The house was great and had everything I needed even a bottle of champagne! Loved this property and will book again! Nothing!
- Heather (9/5): I would definitely book again. - Very nicely decorated. Very comfortable beds. Responsive host and very accommodating. Great location and amazing views of the city. The parking - designated garage but strange angle and on street parking was worried about sticking out in road. Also, stairs were very steep. On a normal trip this would not matter, however, I had come to move my daughter out of school. Therefore, we had a lot of items to carry up the stairs to pack.
- Johnna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joyce (10/5): This was a delightful home located conveniently to UT that was very clean and comfortable. - The home is very comfortable, decorated very tastefully, and convenient to where I needed to be. The street is quite narrow…not easy to turn around to go back down into town. Very small issue.
- John (8/5): Very good -
- Thor (10/5): Outstanding accommodation convenient to the best of Knoxville - The property was updated and comfortable, with modern appliances. The location is fantastic for exploring Knoxville; its proximity to downtown, UT's campus, and the Urban Wilderness/Ijams is fantastic. There are some great dining options (South Coast Pizza, SoKno Taco, and others) nearby as well if you're not in the mood to venture across the river to downtown. The host was clear, communicative, and does a great job of ensuring guests feel at home. Check-in and check-out were a breeze as well. Nothing negative really stood out to me.
- Paul (10/5): Perfect - Beautiful home, really well decorated, comfy beds and great facilities. Easy access to the footbridge to walk to Gay Street.
- Thomas (10/5): Highly recommended for a stay in Knoxville - Cosy, nicely located, well renovated (the „vinyl records“ room is fantastic!). Clean and super-friendly host.
- Valerie (10/5): Kick back and relax! - The home is so welcoming, warm, and embracing. After a long day of traveling, it was a pleasure to relax on the sectional with the fluffy throw and a cocktail! her host laid out two flutes and a small bottle of champagne! No complaints from this guest!
- Angelina (10/5): Must Stay - Great cozy feeling.
The place smelled amazing.
Couch and beds super comfy.
Incredible view. Just be aware you have some stairs to climb so if you are not very mobile, keep that in mind.
This didn't bother us.
- George (10/5): Look forward to staying again and Highly recommend this property! - Very clean, beautifully decorated and the host was professional and available.
Excellent property. Amenities were best. The property was magazine worthy. Stairs from street to front door. But the property made up for it
- Mercedezs (9/5): A cozy home close to the heart of Knoxville with great interior but some exterior work recommended. - The interior was beautiful and felt very welcoming with good design choices and complimentary tv service, games, and music players. The exterior has potential. The cleanliness score was affected by the alarming infestation of what I believe to be ticks? The front porch and back door were covered in little bugs that worried us to the point we needed to verify no bugs inside of the rooms, some were found but not many.
