• Serena (8/5): Great views and clean - Staff very helpful and quick to respond. Very clean and tidy. I would stay again Clearer directions to pick key up. Eg Get onto Elizabeth street and Ezimart a few shops down to collect key. There are many on that street and I think I went to everyone

• Lisa (7/5): Location great but attention required within the unit. it - Location and communication was responsive. Amenties: sleeps 6 we were a group of 5. One redwine glass, one white wine glass and one champagne glass supplied. Advised no iron but there was an iron and ironing board (we went and bought an iron on the way as we needed one). The 3rd bedroom is the enclosed balcony so no aircon and very hot. There was a bedside lamp set up for show only as the powerpoint was on the opposite wall (no extension cord so couldn’t be used. Some repair had been attempted in the ensuite and not cleaned up

• Jillian (8/5): Enjoyable, central locale - Convenient and friendly host Check-in was a bit convoluted due to needing to get a key from an EZY Mart that was part of a street closed due to building works which meant it was harder than it would be usually to stop and park and get the key. Shouldn’t be an issue normally though

• Javan (7/5): There is some room for improvement but overall it is worth the price point being affordable,clean, spacious and great lo - Excellent location right in the heart of the city. Apartment was spacious, clean and good amount of toiletries provided. Air con was weak, check in/out is not on site and around the corner, only one key provided, internet did not work and mobile signal was not good, instructions on the fridge were old (not sure why they are there) and third bedroom appears to be or was previously a balcony.

• Alana (7/5): - Fabulous location, very convenient. Plenty well stocked bathroom cupboard with toilet paper! The owners were responsive, very prompt and helpful when answering our questions Could have had a better stocked cupboard, only 2 wine glasses and one champagne glass. That there was only one key but the owners rectified that easily and promptly for us, it was very much appreciated. I think 2 keys should be standard, especially in high rise apartments where you need a swipe for the lift.
• Christy (7/5): Great location - The location was so convenient.The facilities were sufficient for a big family and all our needs were met. A little run down in need of some repairs and refreshing. The sofa was uncomfortable and not suitable as a bed for our son.

• Debbie (7/5): Great time had by all - Fabulous location with great pools for the kids and within walking distance to everything we needed. Fantastic Instructions unfortunately were difficult and not correct for accessing the property and only 1 vehicle space and we had 2 cars. Didn’t realise I had received an email regarding vacating so followed instruction on the refrigerator which were incorrect. Lovely unit but requires a little tlc.

• Peter (7/5): some minor hiccups, but otherwise a great stay - The location was excellent, and the view was very nice as well. Worked well for 4 adults and 2 children, enough space that we weren't crowding each other. As we were a party of 4 adults and 2 children, we drove 2 vehicles, there was no facility to park the second vehicle, even the guest carpark is not available for anything more than unloading of luggage. Also, as the keys are to be collected from a lock box not on site, it is difficult to park (as the guest carpark requires the key to access) while you get the keys and then return to the property. My suggestion would be that if you have more than one vehicle pre-book extra parking in a parking garage near by, and have someone available that can be dropped off to collect the keys before you try to access the properties carpark.
• Nosolatha (5/5): - The location was perfect and convenient for family. The apartment had a strong smell of mould, which was very unhealthy for myself and my two children, who ended up sick throughout our stay. It was also uncomfortable to sleep as the bed sheets were stained and appeared unclean. On the first night, we had issues accessing the apartment due to unpaid ownership fees linked to the key, leaving us outside in the cold for almost an hour with my family. Although communication was reasonable, the overall experience was unpleasant. I strongly recommend that the mould issue be properly addressed before allowing further guests to stay, as it poses a serious health risk.
• Georgia (8/5): Overall amazing, late night swims in the pool lit up! - The central location and the pool 1.Finding the ezymart to get the access pass was not ideal. We had walked from central station with all our luggage. Maybe having a second pass would be a good idea for 6 people. 2. We had to fill in the day after we checked out our plane didn’t leave till nighttime but reception wouldn’t allow us to leave our luggage. 3. The gym could use the addition of a weight set

• Nancey (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE! - Great location. But that's about it. DO NOT STAY HERE! This is not a 3-bedroom with an additional sofa bed. Do not let the photos fool you. The place wasn't very clean. The power to the verandah AKA '3rd' bedroom' was via a power lead to a different power board. I highly doubt any of this is legal. If you don’t take my advice, at least video the moment you first walk through the door. Check absolutely everything. WE GOT CHARGED AN EXTRA $50. Apparently, the bin was broken, and I had to prove we didn't break it! We didn't even use it. THE MAIN SHOWER COULDN'T BE USED. The whole shower head leaked so badly that no water would come through the shower head. There were stains on the carpet, large scraps all over the walls. The cabinets had very obvious chips taken out of them. There was even a Band-Aid stuck to the inside of the door frame 🤢.

• Marie (6/5): City Apartment Great Location. good communication with the host friendly and quick to respond - Location.. perfect for all the sights around Brisbane CBD Southbank and the Valley.. shops, bars, Star Casino. Good communication with Host. Wifi would not connect at all, even after rebooting router.. otherwise apartment was average. Lack of seating considering we had 6 guests, only given one key to juggle between all 6 of us was inconvenient but we managed. could do with a good clean in the shower grouts also make on walls. otherwise all was ok. probably wouldn't stay again spend a few more $ an get something much more suited.
• D'eilleena (4/5): Disappointing - That is was in the Brisbane City. Not Clean enough, needs a huge renovation done to the apartment. It was advertised as a 3 bedroom apartment, but it’s really only 2 bedrooms. Not comfortable beds, absolutely horrible pillows. Dishwasher didn’t work.

• Moira (4/5): Very disappointing. Booked through Bookings.com but could not deal with them direct. - The check in system was an absolute farce! No information given in advance despite having filled in all the information they requested & having a print out with my photo ID on. We arrived a the property & it was part of a big complex. The reception there wouldn't have anything to do with us. I finally manged to get hold of someone on the phone who directed me to a local convenience store to collect the key. Wrong store! "This happens all the time" we were told. "Try the one round the corner". By the fourth store I was ready to strangle someone, but we did get a key. We'd had to park the car in the only available space in front of the complex, which was just past the car park in a one way street. We couldn't access the car park without doing a complete circuit of the city again! All up it took one & a half hours to get into the apartment! There was only one parking space for a 6 person stay requiring 2 cars causing more issues. Measly amenities, good job I took my own T-bags & milk.

• Graeme (4/5): Complicated check in process - After booking through booking.com we we directed to a third party platform and had to provide our ID, credit card details and were charged a fee of $10.89. (This was not disclosed at time of booking). Then we had to pay a $500 security deposit (this was not disclosed at time of booking). The 3rd bedroom was the enclosed balcony that did not have A/C so it was very hot. The curtains in this area were 400mm off the floor so it was very light. The other room curtains were sheer so very light in rooms at night in central city

Curtains needed to be longer and with black out lining, as there was lots of incoming light from surrounding blocks. Ok if you can sleep with light at night. No sockets in balcony room. Bigger sofa needed

• Shyam (8/5): Ok stay - The location was great. Location to pick up and drop keys was easy to assess. Designated parking space was good. The beds needs changing, the balcony has been converted into a third bedroom so doesn’t feel good . One 3 seater sofa only for 3 bedroom house. Laundry liquid was empty. One Key card to enter the property and use the lift was not working so we struggled. I was charged around $51 as a surcharge but I wasn’t told about it and upon calling the number on booking, they couldn’t explain the charge.

• Christine (5/5): Good company in a central location meant we had a good time despite the overall tiredness of the unit. - Location and parking. Shower pressure excellent. Tired, slept 8 but only seating in lounge was a sofa which sat 3. 3rd bedroom was in fact a glassed in balcony with mismatched curtains that only went 3/4’s of the way down the windows letting in lights. 3rd bedroom had 2 single beds of which one was missing the legs! No blockout curtains or blinds in that room. One key tab had transposed parking bay number - was 182, this key said 128 - most confusing. Very tired, marks all walls where pictures/art had been. Dining chairs stained. Would not recommend.
• Tina (3/5): Disappointing as host didn’t help resolve issue with swipe card. Therefore we had to spend extra money on taxis and Uber - Location. Poor communication when we had an issue with swipe card for designated car space. No replacement card given and issue not resolved. Dirty towel. Mould in corner of bedroom. No sheets left for sofa bed as requested. Only 3 gas jets worked on stove top.
• Hisano (1/5): So bad - One of the rooms was leaking. Moreover, the sheets and towels were laid out in the room and it was soaked. The owner did not inform us of this before we arrived. Therefore, we were unable to use the room and it was very inconvenient. We asked the owner for a refund, but it was only for the two days it was raining, and only 10% of the money. Moreover, we still haven't received the deposit back. The service is really bad. In the review it said that the deposit would be returned in due course. But it has not been refunded at all. We have contacted them, but they just say please wait. It's a trust issue. We are disappointed with the slow response.

Lift system painfully slow and difficult to navigate for 7 people with one key. Scratches and marks over the walls from previous guests. Only 5 chairs at dining table and couch fits 3 people. Stains over dining room chair fabric. Expensive for very basic features and fit out. One bedroom has been converted from being a balcony and is covered in windows which the room becomes very warm in the morning sun.
• Sonia (8/5): Centrally located apartment for a city stay. - The location of this property is excellent. Most of the sights that we chose to see we could walk to, but trains, buses and ferry are easily accessible from this property. The property was clean with comfortable beds (7th bed is the sofa bed, less comfy of course but expected). One of the bedrooms is an enclosed balcony, but this was fine (would be better to have curtains that reach the floor in here). Communication with the hosts is excellent, they are extremely responsive. The property is easy to find, with clear instructions on how to access. They provide basics (toiletries, washing powder etc) for the use of guests. It was quiet despite being in the heart of the city. Seating - there are only 5 dining chairs, when it is billed for groups of 6-7. One sofa that seats 3. The apartment is small so understand it is difficult to fit much seating in, but could have a small armchair in the corner by the tv. Pillows - only one per guest on each bed when standard is 2 for properties that charge these rates. Guests like to have a choice of pillows, or to sleep with more than one. They are cheap to provide and looks more welcoming also. Would have helped when a pillow wasn’t provided for the sofa bed, which was eventually sorted satisfactorily enough.
