Guest Reviews
- Alona (6/5): Would stay here again, but not for the price it’s advertised at, too expensive for what you get. - It was pretty cozy and the owners responded quickly. It was a lot smaller than appears in pictures. The garage code is different from the front door, which is very inconvenient. The cleaning lady came at 9:20ish am even though we weren’t supposed to be out until 10am
- John (10/5): Fantastic studio apartment. Great set up and the host was unbelievably accommodating. A+ - Great studio. Has everything you need, was very clean and the host was amazing and very accommodative to our requests. Great location as well. Would stay here again on a return trip to Traverse City.
- Mindelei (8/5): Perfect spot - groceries just a block away!! Cute retro interior! Perfect for one or two! - Great location with fantastic hosts that were easy to connect with! Very cute and close to everything! The bed is extremely firm and we're gel support kinda folks.
- Autumn (7/5): It was good stay definitely would stay here again. But definitely don’t want something under someone else - We loved the studio it was great for us and dogs and the dogs loved the toys for sure and it was nice and it was definitely comfortable for us We didn’t like hearing everything that was going on in the apartment above us they were very loud for both days that we were for here for and second day was louder than the first day and it would make my dogs freak out but once it hit quiet time it was good
- Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Gorgeous interior, fabulous location, nearly instant help from staff. Some minor plumbing issues.
- Joshua (7/5): It was a good value for the weekend, never pay for summer rates. - Well there was no breakfast provided but the location was good for our trip. Our original rental had some plumbing issues so the moved us to the rental next door which was fine but it was freezing cold and snowing and the new rental only had a small space heater to heat the room. That was a bit disappointing and we were freezing in that unit on our last night. It was also the only night we were able to park in our designated spot. The other nights we had to park in the lot next door and walk to our room.
- Johanna (7/5): Close to town - This was a nice location close to town. We liked that the unit allowed pets, the fee is $125 on top of the booking price. You will pay this fee after booking. The bed was comfortable for us, it is a firm mattress. This is a lower unit, with thin walls. Nothing too concerning, but you can hear the above neighbors.
- Ethel (10/5): It was relaxing but the rain was not fun. - It was cute, clean and comfortable I didn’t realize until after I pulled down the bath towels that a basket outside the bath held more. I am only 5’2”
- David (2/5): We were fortunate to be able to move almost immediately to another VRBO that more satisfactorily met our needs and desir - Basically nothing The room was small, the windows were small and high on the wall, there was no functional table to eat at, the TV was very small, and there was no closet or drawers for putting our clothes
- Alicia (5/5): If you are a light sleeper, consider somewhere else to stay. Otherwise this property was fine. - proximity to downtown, clean We could hear every noise coming from the apartment above, including walking, kids running and jumping, and the shower draining. Perhaps more insulation than just a drop ceiling would be beneficial? Also, all the A/C units are lined up on the wall by the bed and we could hear them kick on all throughout the night.
- Scott (5/5): Small and noisy room with the worst bed ever!! - Clean and good location
Good communication from company owners hire Super small and the worst cheap bed ever.
The bed literally broke and had to sleep on a mattress on the floor we had to put the broken press board frame in the garage so there would be a place for the mattress.
The garage is 2x the size of this room 🤷🏼♂️
Very noisy and can hear every footstep of the townhouse overhead
Tiny windows and little light made you feel like you were in a spare basement room. Bad Airbnb experience on Booking ironically
I felt robbed/scammed for $500 a night
- Susan (9/5): 3 nights in TC - Was well appointed, kitchen and bath well stocked. Bed was comfortable. Nice to have a garage Could occasionally hear water running in pipes from above.
- Sandra (10/5): Exceptional -
- Quane (8/5): Affordably clean and convenient studio in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. - Price was right. Clean. Stylish. Conveniently located. Easy to get in and out. The bed felt like it was going to break. The heater made a lot of noise. We ended up turning it off so we could sleep. Could have used more towels. A french press with locally roasted coffee would have been a nice touch.
- Brandon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Christina (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (10/5): Exceptional, tidy organized location! - The hosts thought of everything. It was great to have coffee, tea and condiments. So thoughtful! The home was so organized and clean! Wonderful space! We were unable to find hangars for our clothes, which is a very minor matter.
