• Anita (1/5): Poor Cleanliness and Broken Amenities - It's a guarded apartment complex. We had a very disappointing stay at this property, especially considering how expensive it was. Unfortunately, almost everything about the experience fell short of basic expectations. When we arrived, the room did not feel clean. The towels were dirty, stained with lipstick, hair and the sheets also looked unwashed, which immediately made us uncomfortable. The sink was clogged and drained very slowly, and the shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor. Several basic amenities were also not functioning properly. The TVs in the room didn’t work, and the air conditioner had a strong unpleasant smell whenever it was turned on. The walls were extremely thin, so we could hear noise from neighboring rooms very clearly throughout the night. Basic furniture in the room was also broken. For example, the wardrobe and bedside table were damaged and felt unstable, which made the room feel poorly maintained. To make matters worse, we also woke up with bites that suggested there may have been bed bugs or other insects in the bed. On top of that, there wasn’t even soap provided in the bathroom. Overall, this stay was far below what we expected for the price we paid. Cleanliness, maintenance, and basic amenities all need significant improvement. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

• Jamila (3/5): Mauvaise expérience. - L’emplacement seulement convenait La propreté, les meubles vétustes cassés la literie vielle et pas du tout confortable. Aucun geste de la part du propriétaire à qui j’ai parlé directement pour lui en parler et aucun rétablir malgré mes relances.

• pierrette (3/5): Très déçue à oublier au plus vite - la localisation proche de tout Très très déçue une seule envie partir le ménage n'avait pas été fait avant notre arrivé, ni balai ni serpière et la salle de bain était carrément incessible étant donnée la moisissures. La réactivité du technicien nous a permis de finalement resté dans le logement. la télévision ne fonctionne pas , connexion internet qui fait que sauter, clim ne fonctionne pas dans une chambre, beaucoup de petites chose à améliorer (canapé, ustensiles de cuisines, petites cuillères° dommage que l'entretien ne soit pas à la hauteur car l'appartement est bien situé et à tout pour lui

• Ibrahim (3/5): Slechte en zal nooit bij hun boeken! - De airco De slechte service. Er was ontzettend slechte internetverbinding en de portier (1 van de drie oude man) was ontzettend brutaal. Onze vrienden mochten niet naar het appartementen voor een drankje. Wat is het nut van een appartement als je geen gasten mag ontvangen?

• Hari (5/5): Not worth the price. Would be passable if it was a steal, but it's not. - The proximity to the train station was nice since we departed from there. The place was mostly clean (apart from the bathroom and kitchen pots). The whole building looks like a place that was designed to be sold to upwardly mobile Moroccans by looking good when first completed but it was built as cheap as possible and for a new building a lot is falling apart. The kitchen cabinets are hanging and the doors don't shut. The whole apartment doesn't drain, so you can't take a long shower and the next occupant has to scoop the water out of the shower pan into the toilet if they want to shower within the hour. There's mold in the bathroom. The kitchen pots are so disgusting it's almost an insult that they left them in there (it means you can't cook despite it being well stocked otherwise). Also, no one can find it on a map. Our taxi driver on the first night just dumped us nearby and we had to piece it together from the video they sent (a video filmed in the daylight when all the landmarks are different).
