- tracy (6/5): - great location to where we needed to be facilities need renovating , matresses on double bed needs replacing as uncomfortable, sofa was on blocks of wood not very stable, no hand towel to dry hands, so had to use tea towel, flooring in bathroom had loads of cracks. kitchen was functional but cupboard doors felt like they could come off in your hand. the whole apartment could do with a fresh coat of paint. did not look like the photo online
- Joanne (3/5): I bought fabric deodorant myself just to tolerate the night - Good location near the train station. Noisy pub nearby. Bed and sofa stank of BO and deodorant. Not enough toilet roll. Awful smell coming from kitchen cupboard. Lock on door difficult to use.
- amanda (10/5): - Easy to get into Manchester City centre
Clean would come again x
- Amanda (10/5): Great experience - So close to train station and great shops near by x They was nothing I didn't like
- Turk (7/5): It served a purpose but unlikely to return - Good location, clean and tidy Lack of facilities

- Anonymous (4/5): Work trip - Slept well and the bed was comfy No towels or tea towels provided, very poor cleaning with many sharp cracked tiles on the bathroom floor and mould around the shower,
No light shade and poor curtains.
- Louisa (7/5): We wanted a convenient base for a night to attend Co-op Arena, and this fitted the bill perfectly. - Excellent location for tram to Manchester. Very good communication with host and good directions and access information Slightly tired, and limited facilities. Fine for a one night stay for two, would be very tight for four, no dining table, glasses etc.
- Jordan (8/5): Great value for money, very helpful host, would use again - Not applicable The flat was perfectly serviceable, I have no complaints
- Yewande (8/5): Host communication was fantastic.Very prompt with replying - Had all the facilities and the whole was clean. Bunk bed
- Lee (10/5): I’ve stayed here 3/4 times now and it’s always clean. The flat warms up quickly and the bed is comfortable. - Easy N/a
- Lee (10/5): Faultless will stay again ! - I’ve stayed at the property before and left a review my bad points was cleaning facilities left and the issue was addressed!! Plenty of disinfectant wipes and a broom to use. Fantastic that the owners want to progress and listen to our views!! I also asked to check out late and the reply was “ no worries” Thankyou Lots of traffic wardens around and the closest spots are on their radar. I have not had a ticket but i do worry. (Weekends and evenings would be a problem)
- Joe (10/5): Great host and a great property - Fantastic host and a great property. I will be back.
- Lee (10/5): I booked late and gained access with ease. Once in I was presented with a clean livable space. Bed was comfy , kettle, - Easy access and privacy ! Plenty of parking and close to all necessary amenities ! No biggie but Could do with a vacuum cleaner , mop etc leaving for guests to clean as we go .
- Dianne (8/5): Very good -
- Martin (7/5): Good - The host messaging me saying there would be serious consequences if someone else stayed with me. Telling me he would see it on his camera. Felt a bit threatened & uncomfortable with that
- Trevor (8/5): A good stay would book again - Clean and close. To our event Kichen could of die with been a bit more modern
- Thornton (3/5): Poor - very cold on arrival. No towels provided
- Serksnas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Emma (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nithin (8/5): Very good -
- Clare (8/5): Comfy and convenient - Close to tram/ metro links to coop arena and ao arena. Was clean and good facilitates even through we did t use them Previous occupant had broken rules and it smelt of smoke which owner apologised for. Easily sorted with air freshener and open window.
- Reece (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jayne (3/5): Poor -
- Gary (6/5): Pleasant stay for a stop over - The property was in a good location for what we needed and good size The owner was very good with communication and speedy replies
- Matthew (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michael (2/5): Very poor -
- Wendy (1/5): Not ideal - The location was good for what we needed. Needs a really deep clean and some care and attention. We were woken early Saturday morning by very noisy traffic, you can hear everything through the windows and the window in one room wouldn't close properly either. We had tickets for a 2 day music festival and heavily debated leaving after the first day but decided to stay. If we didn't have tickets, we'd have left.
- Amanda (10/5): Great stay - Close to train station and shops They was nothing I didn't like
- Emma (10/5): Exceptional -
- Emma (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mojomitch (1/5): Go elsewhere until major repairs and care to the whole property have been made. - Nothing to like. Dirty surfaces, mirrors, windows. Curtains don’t cover the whole window and some windows have no covering at all. No lamps, bare ceiling bulbs. No handsoap, hand towels, tea towels or bath mat. Leaking shower. Kitchen disaster - vandalised by previous guest, not repaired. No oven or toaster. Ancient electric 2 ring portable hob. Sofa is the only seat, it’s filthy and propped up on bits of wood. Traffic noise and headlights disturbance throughout the night.
We made other arrangements and left as soon as we could, refund requested, as yet unacknowledged.
- Jim (7/5): Good - Generally it was ok, especially for the price. The interior needs finishing off, curtains need to fully cover the windows. WiFi would have been nice, but not essential for me. Traffic was a bit noisy.
- Delaney (4/5): Did the job though would have got a better sleep if cleaner and had a better mattress - The location was handy for public transport, was warm as let in lots of light in May It could do with a deep clean and was very noisy all through the night and morning
- Keene (3/5): Poor -
- Richard (3/5): Poor - No toilet roll, smell of smoke in main room. Minimal facilities.
- Taryn (8/5): Very good -
- Anthony (5/5): Passable - Heating was rubbish it was on a timer so the boiler went off after a couple of hours not good this time of year
- Oneill (10/5): Exceptional - Convenient very clean Liked everything
- James (8/5): Very good -
- John (5/5): Passable - It was clean Freezing cold. Heard lots of traffic. Heating went off after 30 mins
- Anne (5/5): Passable - Price was good. Towels needed to be bigger than hand towel. A tea towel would have been useful.
- Kyle (1/5): TERRIBLE - The owner took my money. Not refunded me. Failed to get into the property. Didnt answer the phone. Left me stranded. Took payment never got in the property terrible host. DO NOT USE.... WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NOT GET IN.
- Sophie (4/5): needs a better heating system - freezing cold. Wi-Fi not usable so for a work trip this was not adequate
- Mellor (10/5): Exceptional - very comfortable..Good location. N/A
- David (7/5): it was fine for the most part - it was fine for the most part, it was cold, even with the central heating on
- Linda (8/5): Very good -
- Orla (5/5): Good price but a cold place - The cost of the accommodation. It was clean. The owners very responsive when we needed towels. The flat was freezing, the heat could only be put on at 30mins at a time. So when you returned back after been out in the city it was freezing. There was extra blankets etc but it wasn't enough. We didn't think to ask perhaps if there was extra heaters we could get.
