- Demetrius (1/5): Horrible condo with a good view - The only thing going well for that unit is the view Where to begin the bed had a headboard that doesn't go with the bed and it's not attached to anything, this unit only has one set of sheets and that's on the bed,the blanket was smaller than the bed, the washing machine that is being advertised is so old and out dated that it constantly washing for 6 hours, you can not go to the amminities that is for the residents only the bathroom has mold in the shower horrible experience it's three elevators but only one was working for the size of the building that is not good at all, that unit only has a view that's it , it's not worth the money it's a horrible experience that I learned about renting in that area my advice stay in McKinley hill and take a grab to that area you will come out better, Phillipines is definitely a scam country they prey on forieners fool me once

- Shaira (7/5): Close to Uptown Mall and BGC - Location is great, interior is good and basic. the aircon was leaked the first night, they fix it though. The shower head is almost broken, I would expect that they would at least fix or put a brand new shower head and fixture, before new guest check’s in There’s this distinct smell in the unit, also the same one as the other unit we booked weeks before. Don’t expect pristine cleanliness condition and cleanliness, it is still value for money and the location is great.

- Cacas (9/5): Relaxing and wonderful stay. Will definitely coming back - The place was so cozy and relaxing. It’s so clean from the bathroom to the bed sheets. I love how its white sheets makes it feel like a hotel in BGC. The view is outstanding since you can see the uptown mall and skyscrapers. Upon entry it smells like someone cooked and inside the bathroom it smells like someone smoked. But the owner explained that since condo shares same vents it may come from a neighbor unit
