• Světlana (10/5): - I rate this accommodation as absolutely exceptional. Beautiful spacious modernly furnished apartment, which is clean, the kitchen has all the kitchen utensils, nothing is missing. The apartment is located right in the middle of the beautiful beach Žnjan, just 1 minute walk. Below the apartment you will also appreciate a grocery store with opening hours until 11 pm. Communication with the owner of the apartment was very nice and friendly and we will be happy to come back here again soon ♥️

• Chloe (10/5): Was lovely place, friendly and helpful host always replied to messag es when we had questions, great location and great - Great location close to the beach, although the local supermarket was shut it’s still really close to other amenities, comfortable and friendly host, easy access to Split Some of the appliances were loud through the night the shower kept loosing heat even though there was a water tank that’s the only thing that wasn’t great but it was still an amazing property

• Kulcsár (3/5): It isn't a beachfront apartment in 2024, because the nearest beach is closed. - The apartment was clean and comfortable. Host didn't infomed us that the nearest beach closed in 2024. He only informed us that there are construction works on the beach only a few days before we arrived but the construction work started in February 2024. Every day we had to walk cca. 500 meters on roadless ways to the nearest beach. He also didn't want to give any compensation and didn't understand that he can't advertise an apartment as a beachfront if this year it isn't actually.

• Vuk (8/5): Great location - Nice appartment, pretty new and well equipped Wasnt so clean, looks much bigger on photos, check out is at 10am
• Tjaša (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is as shown in the pictures, modern and clean. The beach is just across the street. Bus stop and groceries store right in front. Quiet area with not much going on around.. 10min uber ride to city centre. The sofa is okay to sleep on, but I would say only for 1 person. Nothing really bad to say.. maybe more kitchen utensils but it was good enough for us as we were only 3 people.

• Ihor (4/5): Never go there again, blacklist apartment and agency! - The only benefit of the property is location, it’s really close to the sea. But at the same time far from the city center and restaurants, so depends what you prefer. Apartment was dirty, brush in the toilet was like 30 years old and never cleaned. Bedding is separate point, it looks like they took somewhere from ww2 military camp. Dirt, hair, blood… everything you can imagine was there. Customer support is also exceptional. They answer with apologies same second, but don’t care to fix anything. I had to buy new set of bedding just to stay there, as everything around is booked already. A lot of the cabinets are broken, so be careful to touch it. The one in the corridor just felt on my feet, luckily I was in shoes so no serious injuries. But with kids it can be dangerous. TV in the bedroom is useless. It is so laggy that you will get mad before you even open any app or channel. And if you want to connect laptop you will need 2 m hdmi cable, as there is nothing to put it on. Parking is just public one in front of the beach. So you can imagine how easy it is to park there during the day. Sofa is just not for sleeping, if you’ll sleep on it more than 2 nights it will ruin your holiday. It might be acceptable for kids up to 140 cm tall, as there will be flat surface fitting the size. And last but not least - small ants everywhere, be very careful with your bags when back home. You will definitely have some of them there. Getting all that fun for just 200-600 EUR per night is an exceptionally “great” deal!
