• ana (9/5): Muito bom, super prático e confortável para famílias - Boa localização, muito perto do metro, supermercados, restaurantes , pubs. ideal para grupos grandes ou familias A limpeza na zona comum do edifício
• Michela (10/5): Splendido appartamento vicino alla metro. - L’appartamento è molto molto carino. Al primo piano si trova una camera matrimoniale con un piccolo servizio senza doccia ad uso esclusivo della camera, una camera con 3 letti singoli, un bagno grande con vasca e doccia, uno sgabuzzino con lavatrice e asciugatrice, una cucina discretamente servita con pentole non molto grandi, un salottino e un grande tavolo dove ci mangiano comode 8 persone. Al piano superiore altre due camere matrimoniali con entrambe il proprio bagno. L’appartamento è pulito e gli spazi sono ampi per poter ospitare due famiglie. Siamo stati benissimo! Lo consiglio. L’ingresso al l’appartamento è un po’ trascurato e per chi ha difficoltà a muoversi ci sono tante scale.

• Elena (10/5): - Lo recomiendo al 100%. Es muy cómodo para 9 personas, todo son camas (no hay sofá cama). La parada de metro está a 5 minutos y se llega muy rápido al centro de Londres.

• Levente-Attila (7/5): 8 személy jól elfért! - Könnyen megközelíthető! Időben átvehettük a szállást. Közel vannak a boltok. Szükebb volt, mint ahogy a képek kifejezték, de az asztalnál elfértünk. A kávéfőzőt nem tudtuk használni, mivel nem kaptunk megfelelő méretű kávé kapszulát. Az ágynemű tisztasága eléggé kérdéses volt..a képen látható Szűk és meredek lépcsőn kellett a lakosztályig menni és nem volt veszélytelen.

• caillat (9/5): Super séjour et logement très agréable et confortable - Le seul bemol est lors de notre arrivée dans le logement, il y faisait froid et nous avons eu du mal à régler la température. Par ailleurs les codes wifi indiqués étaient erronés, mais tout est très vite rentré dans l'ordre grâce à la réactivité de l'hébergeur
• Janin (9/5): für unseren Aufenthalt genau richtig - jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche oder Wanne, eins aber nur mit Toilette und Waschbecken bequeme Betten, viele unterschiedliche Kissen 👍 super Lage zur U Bahn Station Bus Station fast vor der Tür Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Pizzeria in direkter Umgebung ruhige Nachbarschaft die Wohnung war sehr kalt, Temperatur konnte man am Thermostat zwar hochstellen, hat aber nichts gebracht der Herd war schmutzig 🙁 ein Bettbezug war an der Naht aufgerissen Haare in der Dusche 🙁
• Ami-Lee (3/5): Unexpected fees & poor cleanliness - The location is great, close to the underground that is really well connected. Big enough for a larger group but would not recommend more than 6 guests. I don’t like writing negative reviews, but I feel other travellers should be aware of my experience so they can make an informed decision. Before our stay, we were surprised to be asked to sign a waiver and choose between a non‑refundable £50 fee or a “refundable” £700 damage waiver on top of the booking cost — this charge was not disclosed in the listing. During our seven‑night stay we had no Wi‑Fi; the host attempted to fix it but it was never resolved. Cleanliness appeared to be neglected. One upstairs shower drain was badly clogged with hair from previous guests. The drain backed up, caused water to seep into the ceiling below and tripped the power when water reached the smoke alarm. We used all the towels provided to soak up the water and several of our personal items stored under that part of the ceiling were damaged. A plumber did attend that afternoon to fix the issue, but after that we were understandably reluctant to use that shower. My nephews also found a pair of shorts between two beds that were clearly left by a previous guest as well as a notebook and other guest paperwork. We tried to remain reasonable and did not request a partial refund, yet the host has now charged (or attempted to charge) us £250 for “damage” to white towels. These are plain white towels that could reasonably be bleached; trying to charge this sum felt inappropriate and unfair. Overall we found the unexpected fees, lack of reliable amenities, cleanliness issues and subsequent dispute over towels has made this an extremely unpleasant experience.

• Brittany (8/5): Overall it’s a great place and nice and modern on the inside.we were happy with the stay but if we were to come to Londo - It’s actually a good size space with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 on the main floor. There are 4 bathrooms which is nice for a group we had 3 adults 3 kids. It’s very close to Chapham station - the only issue with this is if you have a stroller you do have to carry up half a flight of stairs in the tube. The internet was down when we got there. We contacted the host the following day, and she said she would have it fixed… we reached out every day of our 5 night stay and it was never resolved. This was difficult because we were working remote and our kids wanted to FaceTime their dads which they were unable to. No apologizing from the host. There are quite a bit of stairs. One set when you enter the building, another when you enter the flat and another to get to the top floor.
• Tatjana (10/5): Absolut empfehlenswert! - Die Unterkunft entspricht komplett den Bildern und ist super für große Familien oder für Freundesgruppen geeignet. Es gibt genügend Badezimmer, alles war sauber, der Kontakt war nett und zuverlässig und die Lage ist super. Fußläufig erreicht man alles, was man braucht und zur Tube sind es nur ein paar Minuten.

Pulizia ottima. A pochi passi dalla metro e dal supermercato Lo fornirei di padelle piu grandi essendo predisposto per molte persone Lo scarico del bagno al piano terra lento

• JULIO HA (10/5): - Fuimos de vacaciones 2 familias y nos repartimos entre las 4 habitaciones. Estando allí, apareció un repartidor con 2 ventiladores que no utilizamos al no hacer calor. En la cocina no falta de nada. 3 baños completos y un aseo. Respuestas rápidas a nuestras dudas. Lidl a 10 minutos y tiendas, bares, restaurantes y metros a 6 minutos. Zona 2 de metro para no pagar de más. Y barrio muy tranquilo, mucha gente joven. Quizás la entrada a la casa, pero al abrir la puerta de la vivienda todo cambia a mejor.
• Sue (9/5): Lovely comfortable apartment - The apartment was clean and modern. It was great having four toilets and three showers. There was plenty of room for the six of us; we each had our own private room. Kitchen facilities were adequate for our needs. Public transport and grocery stores were within easy walking distance. The stairs, which were steep with inadequate handrails. The second of the three staircases was very steep and had no handrail at all. This should be remedied.

• David (9/5): Superb - there wasn't breakfast so no review on that. location was great- close to the trains. Everything clean, comfortable and plenty of space. Nice Nespresso machine but no cups for it.
• Kaye (7/5): Not a very nice entrance to the building but the apartment was very nice. - Location was very convenient to the underground and restaurants Wasn’t happy with being given the wrong door code. We were lucky the people in the flat below let us in. Then when we were given the correct code we found the keys to the building didn’t fit. Not a very good first impression.

• Lela (10/5): We found the apartment well-equpped, clean and more than adequate for our needs. Parking nearby was as hard as you would - The property was large enough to easily accommodate our group of 5. It was well equipped and had plenty of bathrooms to be enough for everyone.
