- Tikhonok (9/5): We were very pleased with everything! - The apartment is in a great location. It's very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, even for a long stay. Julia greeted us warmly and answered all our questions very quickly. We were very pleased with everything!
- Aleksandr (6/5): - Very good location, with a train stop within walking distance. You can reach the airport with one simple transfer in about 50 minutes, and the city center is just a couple of stops away. There is also a bus stop not far away. The neighborhood is very pleasant, with supermarkets, cafés, shops, and pizzerias. The apartment is set slightly away from the main road, so it’s generally quiet. It also has one of the best Wi-Fi connections I’ve ever had in a rental apartment. The host is very friendly, she sent us kind and welcoming messages throughout our stay. The apartment needs a thorough cleaning, removal of clutter, and some minor repairs. The front door lock is worn out, and you need to find the right key position every time you open or close the door. The shower hose is torn, so most of the water leaks from it instead of going through the showerhead. The kitchen drain is clogged and the water goes down very slowly. When the dishwasher runs, dirty water flows back into the sink.
The layout of the apartment doesn’t include an entryway — you walk directly into the main room, and there is no wardrobe or coat rack there. You have to carry your outerwear into the bedroom, where the only usable wardrobe section is located (everything else is filled with the owner's belongings). It also seems that the cleaners sprayed a large amount of cheap fragrance throughout the apartment; the smell was impossible to air out during the entire three days of our stay. It was very difficult to sleep because of it. After returning home, we had to wash all our clothes to remove the persistent odor.
The apartment has old pieces of furniture that cannot be used — it contains old items and a lot of dust. The walls are scratched in some places and in others they have simply lost their white color over time; they really need repainting. The balcony is cluttered with old buckets, rags, and similar items.
I chose this accommodation based on the previous very high reviews and the listed size (60 m²), hoping for a spacious place. In reality, the usable living area is clearly smaller, and the bedroom feels tiny once you account for the oversized wardrobe.

- Gabriela (9/5): Feedback - Great place near bus stations and small restaurants. Safe area within a 40 minutes reach to the tourist attractions of Rome. Responsive owner and overall good communication. Probably some mosquito nets will be best at least for the balcony door because on my first night I had some "visitors" and more attention with the level of cleaning for the blankets.
Also, I didn't appreciate how the check out went. I stayed 3 weeks in this place and I asked for a late check out which was refused by the owner. All good, their right, I don't question that. But they sent the cleaning lady at 10 AM sharp, I swear the lady stayed outside the apartment until 10:00:00 when she rang the door. I wasn't trying to stay more than 10 AM, I was just about to leave but the attitude was so unprofessional, it wouldn't have caused any damages if the cleaning lady entered the apartment at 10:10 or so... especially considering the duration of my staying.

- domingo (10/5): - Yes very nice, very safe neighborhood with everything near transportation , hospitals, restaurants, supermarkets etc .
- Aishling (10/5): - Jana the host was amazing, she was always available when needed & gave great recommendations Nothing to add here
- Fischer (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely recommend. Thank you
- James (8/5): A pleasant apartment in a very convenient area, though some attention to its appliances would be welcome. - location, cleanliness, good wifi shower wasn't good. either cold or extremely hot, no stability of temperature in between. Also the hosts demanded a 10 a.m. departure, which is very early by local standards. When I requested an extension it was denied, even though when I booked I was told to arrive no earlier than 15:00 ( a normal time).
- Roman (9/5): Superb - These apartments can definitely be recommended. They are fully equipped with everything you might need. There is absolutely everything. Incredibly nice staff. Quiet and safe area.
- Kresimir (9/5): Superb - very nice flat on the sunny side of Monteverde close to Trastevere and the sights of the Gianicolo with its beautiful view of Rome. The host is very welcoming and the flat is really well equipped down to the smallest items. The only issue is the balcony door which does not fully or properly close. Normally this is fine but during a storm the wind will shake it and make a noise in the night.
- Louann (10/5): Exceptional - Owner very helpful and understanding that we forgot to leave the 28€ tax fee in the apartment when we left. We had to wire it to him after we returned to the U.S. Lovely place and quiet which is hard to find in the busy, noisy Trastevere neighborhood! It’s a 20 min walk downhill into the center. Be aware there are a lot of steps returning. Of course you can take a taxi or bus if you aren’t a walker.
I would easily recommend this place to stay. The bed was very comfortable too. We couldn’t find any dishes or glasses. There were a few pans and silverware. Not sure why no dishes unless they were in a place we didn’t find? Not a big problem as we ate out but drinking glasses and coffee cups would be nice.

- Max (10/5): Great 1br in monteverde - Really well stocked kitchen, air conditioning in salon and bedroom, nice balcony, good location in monteverde. Shops and restaurants nearby A small complaint but the hot water takes a little while to start in the shower
- Muhammad (10/5): Fantastic. - Excellent area and neighbourhood! Everything was excellent!
- Dachi (10/5): Best stay in Rome for couples. - The apartment was very clean, it had everything you could possibly need in a house, for cooking, having a rest, the balcony was very nice, it was the place where we spent most of our indoor time, having breakfast on the air. Also the location is exceptional, it's quiet, shops and restaurants are very close, it's a well protected house from where you can reach the bus stop in 5 minutes of walk and you'll be in the city center in about 10-15 minutes. Our host was very welcoming, he spent a lot of time explaining everything we would need to know to get around, he also warned us about some places we should consider not going because of pickpockets, very polite and likable overall. There was nothing for me and my wife that we didn't like but I'll put down some things to improve. Firstly the bed, it was comfortable but not as much as we'd love to. Slippers could be a good addition to the things you are getting inside, luckily we read out the description and took ours. Probably that's all.
- Martina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sun (9/5): Superb - The apartment is in a complex, the location is in a walking distance to train station and bus station of No. 44 &75 which will lead you to all the attractions.
Everything provided in the apartment is very thought. I have to say the host is so hospitality. I enjoyed the stay.
