• Pavel Karkarin (8/5): Still lovely place for several days stay during dry season - It is a spacious place with nice kitchen / dining area and a bedroom/bathroom upstairs. It is very well positioned, ie. close to all amenities and eateries, yet tucked away from busy road. Overall very good impression for multi-day stay. Although it is appealing to have the kitchen/dining outside, I can easily see how it can become an issue during wet season. It would be useful to have at least some protection against mosquitos. The bedroom entry door is nicely decorated but it also has a wooden curved ornament at the top... just in the right place to cause enough damage when you hit it with your head :) Although the bathroom is nice and large, the shower current was extremely weak... I think it just needs to be changed.

We could still access the pool but it felt uncomfortable being in the pool while work was going on around the pool. We received no notification in advance of our stay of this work being undertaken. It did create some noise during the day also.

• Kwai (10/5): Good value good location. - The location was perfect, you can easily walk to either Seminyak nor Legian. The pool is amazing too, I like how easily access from the Villa to the pool. The staffs are very friendly, the villa has everything we need and we enjoyed our stay here. The facilities in the villa are a bit outdated but it's clean.

• Kezza (5/5): Not good - Nothing Arrived at night pouring rain. Lounge open and slippery tiles. Mossies and steep stairs. No tv in the lounge. Bed ok but pillows lumpy. Depressing room if stuck in their with rain. We moved next morning. Down a dark lane. Very run down looking.

• Izabela (10/5): Great time! - Amazing place and wonderful people! The villas are clean and well-maintained, the pool is large and quite deep, so you can really swim. The staff are very polite and helpful. Breakfasts are delicious, with a few options to choose from each day, so everyone can find something they like. Another great advantage is the location — there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and parties around, but despite that, the rooms are quiet and peaceful. One last thing worth mentioning — we asked for a driver for one day to go sightseeing and were very pleasantly surprised, as he also turned out to be a kind of guide. We were so impressed that we booked another day with the same driver to see more of what’s truly worth visiting in Bali. Once again, thank you so much for everything and for making our stay so wonderful. Highly recommended to everyone!
• Charmaine (10/5): - The pool was a little bit deep for children, but excellent for adults. The setting was lush and green and you really felt like it was a holiday. The rooms were beautiful and you could tell the rooms and space was revamped what was once a bit old. We truly enjoyed our stay and wont mind staying there again. The villa was exceptional and we received unlimited free drinking water that was a great bonus. The location was exceptional, close to supermarket and heaps of restaurants and spa's.

• Dennis (7/5): voldoende maar niet overtuigend. - Personeel was grandioos en het bed was fantastisch en het was erg fijn dat er een waterapparaat was voor koud en kokend water. Privacy omdat je eigen tuintje hebt en "jouw domein" is afgesloten van de rest. Verder is de locatie in een zijstraat van de hoofdstraat dus relatief rustig en zo in de (enorme) drukte. Onderhoud hoofdgebouw, onderhoud terras, verkoeling en/of afsluiting in "open woonkamer". Zoals wij hen ook verteld hebben zit er veel meer potentie in Kumpul Kumpul. De eigenaar doet zichzelf tekort.

• Stratford (10/5): Comfortable and value that I’ll be going back for. - The whole experience was great from the room and bathroom, to the pool and staff. The kitchen was very useful everything worked and the hot and cold water filter saved a lot of walks to the shop for water on hot days. Housekeeping cleaned and tidied everything daily and the pool was sparkling and refreshing. Cheap beers poolside too. I don’t normally name staff in reviews but Eva couldn’t do enough to make sure everything was in order. Nothing
• Ryan (9/5): - Close to all shops 5 min drive to the beach staff was lovely especially Eva and the nighttime security guard there a credit to kempul kempul resort. For the price there's not much that I'd say is wrong with it however if you go with children there is a few nails stuck out maybe 5mm from loose decking arround the pool i couldn't help thinking if I had kids and they was running wild they could do some serious damage just something to be mindful off.

• Robert (8/5): - chaque villa est indépendante et le rapport prix qualité est très correct. en plus on est juste à côté de la rue principale donc tous les commerces ils sont accessibles à pied. la plage tu as 10 minutes un quart d'heure à pied ce qui se fait très bien même pas une journée chaude autour de la piscine, il y a une terrasse en bois. Et certaines planches sont cassés et des clous ressorte du bois. Il fait faire attention si l'on se balade pied nu. Il doit y avoir un problème de pression d'eau et un contacteur 'e fait que claquer. Pas terrible quand on est allongé sur son transa d'entendre un clac toute mes minutes.

Good location close to supermarket and restaurants. the only problem was a slight noise from the club next door at night.

• Raewyn Petracca (9/5): Highly recommend for location, cleanliness, fabulous set up and beautiful pool and gardens. - The two-bedroom villa was fabulous. We arrived late and were welcomed by security at the door with our keys ready. We loved the outdoor kitchen and lounge area, while the bedrooms were well protected from mosquitoes for a comfortable night’s sleep. The private courtyard, with frangipanis falling along the path, was absolutely dreamy. The kitchen was well equipped if you wanted to cook, but with so many great restaurants within walking distance, it was hard to resist eating out. Rooms were serviced daily, with fresh towels provided when needed, and mosquito plug-ins in the bedrooms and coils were supplied for the outdoor area, which worked perfectly for the weather conditions. The location was excellent, close to shopping and plenty of restaurants. The pool and garden were beautiful and very well maintained, though the central pool bed is starting to look a little worn and could benefit from a refresh.

Emplacement idéal en plein centre, pas besoin de taxi pour se rendre en ville ou à la plage. Nous étions là avec notre fille de 21 mois et tout été parfait pour elle également (lit bébé, chaise haute, bouées à la piscine...) vraiment idéal en famille

They took us to our villa and explained all the facilities over a welcome cordial . The villas are in a quiet side road . The villas have their own private garden area . The pool area is really lovely. There is a water dispenser in villa with hot and cold drinking water which was a great feature as you don't want to drink the tap water. The shower is good and the huge bed was comfortable. Large supermarket 5 minutes walk. Many shops, bars and restaurants around. About 15-20 mins walk to beach. The kitchen area units, fridge and microwave are a bit tired .

Some floor tiles were not fit very well so making sound when you walk over it. but not to worry much. room was clean.

• Peter (8/5): Very pleasant stay - good value for money - A member of staff met me at reception and then took me to the room, he explained the keys, the internet, breakfast ordering and some general info regarding the area. The pool - shared by all of the villas was large and clean, plenty of sun beds surrounding it. The location is superb, very convenient for Jl. Raya Seminyak and double six beach. Each villa is quiet and private, plenty of plants in the villa gardens and around the pool Not a complaint, but the whole complex is fairly old and a little worn in places, e.g. the villas dont have as many electrical socket outlets as you might expect in a newer place. The decking around the pool could do with refurbishment or placement, some of the boards are loose or warped. The internet is a little odd, its free but it expires every 12 hours, so you need to log in again via the portal. Considering whats available at next to no cost from internet providers, I was surprised to see a system such as this. The speed of the internet wasnt as good as the other places that I stayed in.

The pool is large, clean, and surrounded by lush greenery, giving a serene and tropical vibe. Each villa is private, spacious, and well-designed with two stories and all the self-catering kitchen amenities you could need. The accommodation was clean, aesthetically pleasing, and overall great value for money, especially for the location—walking distance to shops, restaurants, and attractions. While breakfast in the villa sounds convenient, having staff enter unannounced felt intrusive as a solo female traveller. Wi-Fi issues were ongoing and not properly addressed, and one unresolved visit made me miss a cultural show. Other minor issues included wet sunbed cushions, no phone to reception, hard-to-open doors, and no outdoor lighting when returning at night. These small things added up.

Very nice pool area Wifi was a bit frustrating as it resets every 12 hours and you have to reconnect after viewing ads - interrupted a meeting I was taking.
