• Nicola (8/5): Lots of plus points - Communication with agent/owner very efficient. Location, parking superb. Lounge and kitchen living area nicely appointed. Large bedroom with plenty of room and hanging space with view over rear garden. Not so much didn’t like about the property that maybe is a little strong but personally the size of the bedroom could easily manage a king size bed rather than a very cosy double bed. Disappointed with the bathroom - it is extremely cramped and felt not of the same standard as the rest of the apartment.

• Jodie (8/5): Beautiful apartment just needs a few tweaks - Gorgeous apartment, pictures don't do it justice... Fab location 10 minutes and your in town! Bath is big with shower products included, robes a nice touch 👌 Easy check in, great parking right outside, great management of property super helpful and kind. I would prefer a different bed but this is down to preference, bed was bouncy not great if you suffer with a bad back - I prefer a harder bed. The sink in bathroom didn't drain for over a day or so , so we couldn't use it.. it is mentioned in welcome email that the drainage is slow however it is so slow you cannot use the sink for a couple days or more, which isn't great if your staying for longer than a weekend. Lock box a little hard to use and fiddly.
• Neil (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful apartment with everything you need. Fantastic location, short walk into town. Lovely quiet area, couldn't find any fault at all. Will definitely use again.
• Alexander (7/5): Good - The location was as expected There seems to be a problem issuing invoices which is needed if you travel for business. This was very annoying and I wasted many hours on this before I finally got what I needed.

• Donna (8/5): Great location. Pretty apartment and well appointed. - Location was great. Well appointed. Not suitable for older people. 2 flights of steep stairs with luggage. Very small shower in the bath with fixed glass panel - was very difficult to get in. Internet was very inconsistent. Most nights the TV wouldn't work however could get internet on phone /laptop. The owner expected us to dispose of the recycling ourselves as no facility at the apartment.
• Louise (9/5): Stylish, clean, great location all round fab place! - The apartment is so lovely and clean. Is in a fab location too. Exactly as it looks in the pictures. The big windows are beautiful. Would definitely stay again. The hallway entrance- but we had been warned it wasn’t that glamorous, so don’t let that put you off!

Not sure how to close the shutters in the main room and didn’t want to break anything by trying! Hot water was super hot in the kitchen but not so hot in the bathroom.

• Emma (7/5): Good - Apartment itself is lovely and in a great location. No heating the weekend we stayed and only notified the day before our trip. We were offered £50 reduction in price, but felt we had little choice but to agree at such short notice. The entrance hallway and landing smelt very strongly of cannabis despite various Reed defusers.

• George (6/5): Pleasant - The living room was lovely. An open-plan seating area & huge windows overlooking some greenery. The bedroom was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The location of the property is good, around 5 minutes walk into town and a lovely park a short walk along the road. Walking into the building, we were welcomed with an overwhelming smell of weed. I immediately raised this with the host, who told us it was another tenant of the building, but did not attempt to rectify this any further. The smell persisted throughout our stay, even creeping into the apartment itself. Far from pleasant! Additionally, the heating does not work in this flat. We would have liked to know this BEFORE booking, but was instead sent over messages on the day of our check in. On the description of the property, heating is listed as an amenity. Unacceptable, especially in November! We were provided an oil heater which was a nice gesture, but cannot heat an entire apartment.
• Robert (9/5): Fab. Neither of those problems would stop us staying again. - The comfort, size and location. Also parking. The host arranged residential street parking for us and we were able to park outside the property’s Unfortunately the central heating wasn’t working and we were only told about that the day before we went. Although there was an electric radiator in the lounge, it was still a bit chilly in the flat, especially in the bedroom. Also there were a lot of bikes in side the main front door which made it quite difficult to walk through the hallway with a suitcase.

• Anonymous (8/5): Great location and a pleasant space - Close to the high street, nicely furnished, lovely tall ceilings Note that the check in time is at 4pm, these details are not clear through the booking process on this particular website. It was also a little cold in the living room but there is a plug in heater provided.
