Guest Reviews
- Tony (5/5): Substandard condo-not freshly painted - many defects - this is a low rent confo- - Took me 1.5 hours to locate the condo. I expected an updated condo- this was not-
I wouldn’t spend more than $100 for that space- I was mislead ..
- Vough (8/5): -
- Stefany (9/5): An average condo in a decent location. - The location was great and the condo was well staged. I was looking for a place that felt like home so I could rest before I was able to stay at my daughters place. She had open heart surgery and her place was undergoing a deep cleaning because she has cats that Im allergic to.
The condo had everything I would might have needed to utilize if I were staying longer or if I wanted to cook and settle in. I did neither just wanted a comfortable bed to sleep in and a clean bathroom for a few nights.
The bed was comfortable, the lighting was cool, and the place did have a homely feel. There was a roach with an egg sack in the bedroom that I discovered very shortly after getting there.. I took a picture and emailed it to the owner and was told he'd take the cleaning fee off which he didn't.
I could also smell everything that others were cooking which indicated that there could be issues with insects.

- LaVern (5/5): Was ok stay but room for improvement - The prophecy was large and spacious. With lots of electrical outlets. The kitchen had a lot of appliances. It was 12 minutes from where my family lived and an easy walk. There was a lovely park nearby , a museum and a library. One security person was very unhelpful and one , Charles very helpful.
Towels are clean and fluffy.
And the washing and drying facilities were a nice addition. The bedroom had two large areas of plastered wall that had not been repainted. The cupboards in the hallway had blistered paint and lots unkempt the kitchen lights, knives and spoons. I had to ask for some which they’ve brought and hung on the door in a trash bag I asked if I could extend my stay for compassionate reasons as my aunt was having hospice care I did not receive a response in the end. I just had to go through Booking.com and rebook myself.
Last day I went to see my aunt for the last time. I asked security if I could leave my bags they said should be ok. I came back and realised someone had been in the room with all my valuables in it. I wasn’t happy.
Bathroom: When I turned on the shower the handle fell off a couple of times. There was a hand soap container on the sink but it was empty. The bath paint is damaged it looks dirty although it isn’t.
Living room : The metal divider between the living room and doorway was missing a nail and I kept catching my slippers on it. A trip hazard
There were long nails keeping the tv wire to the wall unsightly and dangerous if there were children in the property.
Bedroom: the first time I sat on the bed the headboard detached from the base which made it dip and jarred my back. I managed to reconnect it with effort. Two large area of bare wall filler unpainted not what I would expect.
This property has so much potential to be 5 star but it is need of some maintenance.
- Collier (8/5): Peaceful place . History extremely accommodating . Easy access because I'm disabled - Location and park near by Only issue is communication. Its hard to get through on the 858 number to ask questions.
- Marion (7/5): -
- Faisal (4/5): I would prefer staying in motels - Location and security Poor quality furniture and extra money for parking & late checkout
- Oniqua (7/5): -
- Caressa (7/5): Clean, comfortable place to stay. - The location was perfect for me. The apartment was clean and fit my needs for my stay in Hartford. It was easy to get an Uber from the location and I felt better having a security desk. The building looks like it is undergoing some major refurbishment outside, making it look fairly run down from the exterior, however the apartment inside is nice and clean.

- Haysam (5/5): 4/10 - clean and nice apartment no central AC or heat, no air flow anywhere in the room, uncomfortable sleep
- Ashley (6/5): -
- Janaina (8/5): -
- Eswin (4/5): Not worth it - Distance from convention center weird smell, loud location, have to pay for parking even though it’s owned by host so extra cost for nothing.
- Adam (10/5): -
- Samantha (4/5): Never. Again! - Convenient location to the convention center. The fact there was a washer & dryer which is the ONLY thing that kept us there without demanding a refund. Place was absolutely disgusting when we arrived. Rat droppings covering the counters & stove. Sticky floors. Absolutely disgusting drawers. Bedding was not clean/washed. The 1 towel and 1 hand towel left were still wet and smelt as if they’d been used. Owner informed. He said the house keeper would bring cleaner product the following day. I even offered to clean the entire place myself. Cleaning supplies never brought. I needed to purchase them myself. The black mold and mouse shit under the sink and in the drawers. The thong left in the washer. The vape in the couch. The cook wear that was laughable-u also purchased a new pan so I could cook eggs for breakfast. The vent in the bathroom. Should I continue?! The smell of this place is absolutely horrid. It’s like beans and BO. I too bought spray to mask it during our time here. The dog in 314 that does not stop barking EVER! I have 4 dogs myself and never have I been so annoyed with the continuous barking non stop! The front desks guy who spent 2 hours out front under the awning screaming at god knows who on the floor, waking us up. You want to stay in the ghetto, here’s your chance!
- Susan (1/5): Horrifying!!! - It was so disgusting I was horrified, felt completely unsafe and wasn’t even willing to check in. Booking.com failed in the most profound way! A complete misrepresentation of this property! I am demanding a full refund and have taken out a dispute claim with my bank. Crack heads and drug dealers were everywhere- it was disgraceful! Everything!!!!
- Julius (10/5): -
- Roscoe (10/5): - The feel of the place felt at home
- Donna (1/5): Grossi - Nothing. It was filthy and one comforter in the whole place . I pulled the pull out couch out and there was debris and mice poop under the couch .
I slept on top of couch with no covers . Sucked . I couldn’t get onto wifi and tv was limited. Everything . I reccomend to not stay there
- Nancy (1/5): -
- Autumn (9/5): Overall great and will likely return - Love the closeness of it to the convention center. Plush bed and an overall nice stay. Paint chipping in the bathtub, cigarette burn in the sheets and i dont smoke. Well stocked kitchen with necessities, all but a cutting board which was weird.
- Marshall (7/5): It was good but if the accommodations were improved it would have been much better. - I liked the price of the condo There was no microwave, the room door lock was loose and hard to close. The mattress was not firm and had some dips in it. The exterior of the building was not attractive due being under construction. It would have been helpful if this was mentioned in the booking information. Some of the guest on our floor was smoking marijuana and the smell came into our room, which was very unpleasant.
- Ashley (10/5): Exceptional -
- Aadil (3/5): Disgusting - Location There was a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom just above the WC. Last 3 days there was water leaking from this. Bathroom was stinking because of this. There was no mop in the apartment which we could use to clean
- Joseph (7/5): Good -
- Anna (5/5): Passable - Location and secure Old and worn

- Jack (5/5): We would have stayed had it not been for the smell. - Communication was good. The location relative to the event center was great. It was nice to have a dedicated parking spot. There was a very strong smell of what I think was Curry that seemed to be throughout the entire building. This was the biggest problem because it really affected my wife and I and we ended up leaving and not staying through the second night because of it. The living room furniture was cheap and not comfortable. The comforter on the bed seemed really old. We were unable to connect the TV to any of the available WiFi networks provided to us. I ended up tethering my phone using my data plan so it wasn't a big deal for us but it could be a problem for others. No microwave in the kitchen even though pictures in the ad showed one.
- Enrique (8/5): Very good -
- Kweng._metri (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jesse (1/5): Bad - The place was a reck don't let the photos fool you. Cabinets moldy falling in. Pillows not clean. Bathroom not clean. Nothing about this place was as see in the photos.
Had to contact the host multiple times to be told that she is canceling our reservation.
Also she lives in the Philippines so it makes it harder. Very rude highly upset about this stay. So bad that I left a day early instead of staying my whole stay. Bathtub chipped falling apart. Not cleanly at all. No thermostat building runs on one temperature in every room. Cardboard was tapped over are vents in our room etc.
- Steven (1/5): Mold Arm and hammer bold to cover it up inside apartment I smelled through mask. - I didn't stay mold stay away it's look is deceiving if you have mold allergy asthma. Bathroom vent dusty dirty livingroom chairs rugs busted chair with springs coming out the bottom.. We couldn't stay and they wouldn't give us our money back at least half.
- Jiayi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nikolas (1/5): Bad - Nothing Was filthy in the entire building and smelt like weed and cigarettes
- Luis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ekaterina (7/5): Good -
- Lisa (7/5): Short walk to Connecticut Convention Center - Great location close to convention center and even though the tub backed up our first night there, Ronnie was very responsive and gear to deal with via messaging and it was great having a washer/dryer Older apartment building
- Ranizua (1/5): Would not recommend - The bathroom was a mess, dirty and the tub is clogged. We had a lot of debris coming out.
Mo internet and no one to help
- Abreu (5/5): Passable -
- Manas (8/5): Very good -
- Analysse (1/5): Bad - it was nice it was very cold heat didn’t work

- Jordan (10/5): Beautiful apartment in a great location with everything you could want for a comfortable stay. - The apartment was absolutely gorgeous. clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable, full facilities including kitchen, fridge/freezer, cookware + laundry. Apartment wifi and access to the router for wired connection was also a plus. No gripes at all. Everything met or exceeded expectations.
- Audrey (9/5): Pleased with a short visit - Great location. Easy check in. My daughter and I stayed for a concert that was at the XL center. It was about a 5 minute walk which worked great for us.
The condo was quiet, tidy, and had nice views of the city.
- Jyaito (8/5): Delightful, 100% recommend - I love the location and that it was pet friendly. It allowed us to include our pup in the trip instead of leaving him home. There was a park right across the street that we visited everyday of our stay. The apartment itself was wonderful and beautifully decorated. There were clear directions on how to check in and come in and out of the building once settled. I loved that everyone had an assigned spot to park. We were able to have our privacy and enjoy our stay with just us. It was also very easy to order things for delivery at this address as well! There wasn’t much I didn’t like. The only thing was that I got locked in the bedroom because the door handle was kind of tricky but it was no issue reaching out to my host and getting help immediately.
- Daniel (5/5): Convenient location. Noisy and not a pretty building inside and outside. - Central location. Nice apartment with the necessary things for a 2-night stay. The building is under what seems to be a slow renovation. The outside is messy, the hallway floors were not mopped during my stay. I could see the stains. There were moulding strips resting on the floor. The building has a lot of young families and the family upstairs had kids running around till late at night. The price for stay was too high considering all this.
- Pamela (8/5): I would stay here again. Loved the downtown of Hartford. Enjoyed walking all over and finding fun places interesting thi - The apartment itself was beautiful, neat, clean, functional, and well appointed. The parking arrangements were a pain. The building itself was OK except the hallway getting to the apartment was dirty and the lock on the door of the apartment was very difficult to navigate.
- Rachel (9/5): Great! - It was a great
Location and nice beds The bathroom had a weird smell and some weird gaps in the tile work, and didn’t drain well
- Autumn (8/5): The individual rooms are excellent - Excellent location and spacious. Host was very nice over text. Honestly will keep in mind for all future trips. I must say it's nice to dry your clothes in the dryer after a sudden downpour. The site said check in at 4 so i arrived at 4 only to be told the cleaning wasn't done, and it wasn't for another 2 hours which I spent in the facilities game room; which I took it apon myself to clean out of boredom.
- Stephen (10/5): Wonderful stay! Big airy comfortable apartment and warm welcome. -
- Lynn (4/5): For a place just to change & not to spend alot of time , it was ok , but not worth the cost - It not very clean , there were broken towel racks in bathroom & kitchen , dirty dishes in dish washer, damp towels in dryer, , a-bit if blood on bathroom floor . There was an odor in bathroom , of a mildew or Septic like
- Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hite (1/5): Bad -
- Crystal (9/5): Great place to stay in Hartford - Location, amenities and easy check in process
- Linda (10/5): Amazing!! We loved it and would definitely stay here again in the future. - The communication between us and the property manager was great! The unit was very clean with great views! It’s exactly as advertised, parking passes are available during check-in but we didn’t need those for personal reasons. It’s also a few steps away from Bushnell Park which was lovely! It’s right in the city center so everything is a few steps away or easily accessible. We loved it!
- Houlihan (6/5): Pleasant -
- Jared (10/5): Exceptional -
- Clarisa (10/5): Great. - Everything was great, clean and neat. The parking was far because I guess their garage was under renovation.
- Paris (5/5): Passable -
