• Louise (8/5): Beautiful - huge apartment - stunning! - Lovely and spacious! Very clean and we had most things we needed. There was no basics, except hand soap. Like two dishwasher tablets for 5 days is just crazy. No salt or pepper or oil - ie just basics. I wouldn’t have been happy to pay for a few extras but that wasn’t an option.

• Adam (8/5): Convenient apartment near Malaga - The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of room to relax. Having two bathrooms was a great convenience, especially for a longer stay. We really enjoyed the large terrace with an armchair, perfect for unwinding outdoors. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for cooking, and the location was a big advantage - only about 850 meters from the beach, making it easy to walk there. The check‑in instructions could be clearer and more straightforward to avoid confusion on arrival. Additionally, while the apartment is close to the beach, it is quite a distance from Málaga city center, so getting there requires a longer drive or public transport.

• Deborah (10/5): Fab apartment big and bright - Size of the apartment was fab. Great location away from the noise but close enough to everything including trains
• Petra (9/5): - Krásný velký byt, ideální pro rodinu. Super vybavení, kávovar, pračka, krásná terasa. Pohodlné postele, dvě koupelny. A lokalita - wau, v noci 10 minut na letiště. Bohužel při příjezdu bylo vidět ledabyle uklizeno - prach, chuchvalce vlasů a špíny na zemi. Bohužel jsme nezjistili jak funguje sušička, buď už je mimo provoz, anebo neznáme ten správný postup.

• Gotthard Gunnar (9/5): Top für Kurzaufenthalt - Geräumig, komfortabel und in guter Lage zu Stand und Bahn. Für ein Paar Tage nahe Málaga sehr geeignet.

• pedro (9/5): Gran feria de Málaga - Ubicación tranquila, cerca del apeadero de la colina para poder ir rápidamente al centro. El piso cumple con todo lo visto en el anuncio. Que el balcón estaba cerrado con cristalera, y solo se podían abrir un par de lamas. Con el consiguiente calor que hace allí.
• yoana (8/5): Estupenda - Bien ubicada, llegada autónoma bien explicada y mucho aparcamiento, estuvimos en julio, la casa espaciosa y con mucha luz nos alojamos 5 personas. La verdad es que no tengo ninguna queja todo correcto.

• Nathalie (8/5): Très bon séjour seul regret que la terrasse soit inutilisable. - Bel appartement très spacieux et très bien équipé. Proche train donc très facile de bouger même sans voiture (station train à 100m) Belle piscine et peu de monde (dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de transat) Plage à proximité à pied La terrasse est totalement fermée ( 1 seule petite fenêtre) et est totalement inexploitable il y fait horriblement chaud même en ouvrant la fenêtre. Très dommage car très bien équipée. Quartier sans vie (donc très calme )mais manque de petit commerce de proximité.

• Zuzanna (6/5): Pleasant - Easy access to the apartment with the lockbox, keys to the swimming pool provided as well. Very spacious and nicely furnished. Great location close to the beach. Customer service definitely lacking. We were provided two rolls of toilet paper for a week's stay for 4 people. Contacted host via Booking, had to ask again the next day. Was finally informed it would be provided - safe to say it wasn't. Additionally, there was a limited amount of shampoo and one of the bottles was very clearly tampered with and watered down, it was more runny than the other ones. That's etremely unsafe.
• Mandy (1/5): Not as advertised. - Lovely apartment which was clean This apartment shows a lovely view and says it is beachfront with a private beach. We booked for 3 weeks (not cheap) but thought it sounded ideal as just wanted to relax on the terrace and go for little walks on the beach front. On arrival at the apartment we couldn't access the gate with the code they had given. Fortunately someone was going in and let us through As it was dark when we arrived we couldn't see much . We unpacked and went to bed. The following morning we were woken up by the most horrendous noise. At the back and the front of the apartment there are massive building works going on. This went on from 8 till 6 Monday to Friday. Reported to both booking. Com and flat management. Owners said noise was minimal but absolutely awful. Was never informed of this before booking so basically the lovely photo is a lie. They have refused any form of compensation and also stopped replying to our messages. The beach is over half a mile away No shops within walking distance. Definitely need a car . No information in apartment on how to use appliances although they said there was and ignored us when we asked. Spain doesn't have private beaches we asked at an estate agengy doing holiday rentals . Booking .com offered £25. Speaking to someone at booking. Com is like talking to a robot.At the front of the apartment a new block of 6 storey apartments are being built and at the back 4 storey apartment's are being built. Work is ongoing and looks like it will for a while. We sent photos and videos to both management and booking .com. First time ever for a 3 week holiday which we had saved up for as retired. Completely ruined. Also it says 2 terraces. It's just one long one. Pointless anyway if you can't sit there with the noise. Back in the UK now and are going to seek legal action as totally missold holiday

• Suzanne (3/5): Very disappointed as the main reason for booking was to relax on a sunny terrace. - Very spacious and comfortable well equipped apartment. Fabulous terrace but was not able to use!! Extensive very noisy building works at front & rear of apartment made it impossible to use terrace. Poor communication from host. Would not have stayed if host had advised of building issues.

We were unable to use the swimming pool- in fact, due to the draughts - It would be beneficial to add opening and closing dates for the communal pool if anything changes. The note with the information was on the swimming pool gate.

• Frank (10/5): Worked very well for our stay. - Super clean and large open spaces, this apartment is complete with everything you could need and beautifully decorated, making it very comfortable. Pleased with the quiet location a couple of blocks back from the beach/main drag. Exceptional spacious glassed in balcony faces south. We got there inexpensively directly from the airport by taking the metro to La Colina station, walked about one block, and returned to the airport same way. Likewise took metro transit to Malaga for the day. Maria, thank you!

• Risa (9/5): We enjoyed the bright spacious apartment with easy walkability to the beach, shops and restaurants. - Good location, comfortable for our group and great space with a beautiful outdoor terrace. It was a bit confusing as to how to initially enter. A nice resident helped us.

Close to the airport - A really nice "home from home" apartment in a residential complex of what seemed to be mainly local families. Very close to La Colina station. Parking immediately outside wasn't a problem (in November). Around 1Km fom the beach and shops etc. In a "quiet" area (despite adjacent construction). I was able to gain access by using gate codes and a lock box as per instructions sent to me by email (the Booking phone app and website don't integrate well) but I didn't feel that the management were that helpful. I didn't need someone to turn up on a Sunday ,but I think that having made the effort to communicate with them in advance, they could have done better.
