The flat is really quiet and warm too. Joe was great he provided great communication beforehand as to how to get keys from key box and parking space, he even recommended a curry house which was beautiful. The flat is located so close to shops, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance, gutted we only stayed one night (10th Sept) Absolutely nothing it was perfect

Limited basic supplies….less than half a roll of toilet paper! No dishwasher tablets. Kitchen cupboards needed sorting out. Too many notices spoiled the ambiance. Minor complaints which did not spoil the stay.

• Cathy (7/5): Nice apartment, cleaning needs improving - Modern apartment that was very quiet, despite it’s central location. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was useful. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen and nice view to cathedral from balcony. Host was kind, quick to respond and accommodating to our requests. Complicated access instructions, though made sense on arrival and was easier in reality than it sounds. Cleanliness was not as would expect, with hairs in bed, nut shell on radiator, dusty surfaces, fan that was so covered in dust I couldn’t safely use it, even after I tried to clean it myself! Could also do with being freshened up, as more marks and stains on walls etc than would expect for this price range. Kitchen draws need organising too (I did some!) as tools and papers interspersed with baking trays and kitchen items are not hygienic, meaning things had to be washed before use. Would have been helpful if dishwasher tablets were provided. Overall various little things that made it feel not properly clean and generally therefore overpriced, but with a few adjustments would be perfect.

• Louise (8/5): Comfortable flat in a great location. - Great central location. Comfortable flat. Lovely view of cathedral, and the festival fireworks were an unexpected treat. Oven didn't work, although stovetop did, so a bit of a mystery. Couldn't get the ensuite shower to do any other temperature than hot. Minor things and we managed fine.

• Gwyneth (7/5): Great for one night. - Location was excellent and instructions received beforehand were thorough in terms of directions and codes Despite being told to use the booster button to get hot water for a bath, we could get the water any hotter than tepid. Had to use kettles to get any heat The cutlery was also very flimsy, tried to cut a pizza but gave up.

• Liz (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is in a great location in the centre of Lichfield. It is a clean, warm , comfortable place to stay. The kitchen is well equipped. There are 2 good sized double bedrooms and 2 good bathrooms. The environment is quiet, if you open the windows you can hear the Cathedral bells when they chime. The communal lift and bin areas are well maintained. There is a reserved parking space in the secure car park. A couple more teaspoons would help.

Cosy, homely and very well looked after. Would 100%. Also a 5 minute walk from the shops and town area. Very pleasant stay!

Maybe advise that the shutter button is over head height as didn’t expect it to be up there. Despite not touching the valve as discussed in the en-suite still too hot and couldn’t turn the shower off so it’s very dangerous. Ended up not using that shower at all. Shame all the instructions arrived after the free cancellation had finished.

Ensuite shower faulty, but were prewarned, and managed. Kitchen oven instructions were not clear and we couldn't get the oven to work, so we used the hob.

Excellent location within a 2 minute walk of the centre. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Perfect place to stay in Lichfield. Nothing.

• Gordon (10/5): Very enjoyable and exactly as advertised if not better. Should mention in the description that it has the added bonus of - Everything. The location is perfect, right in the centre. The secure parking is excellent. Was very well equipped, very clean and lovely decor. Beds very comfortable too. Even though it is right in the centre of everything it was very quiet and peaceful-no noise from the numerous bars and restaurants all around. Nothing, it was perfect.
• Elizabeth (10/5): An immaculate apartment near the Cathedral - I was very impressed with the apartment which was immaculate and comfortable and it was very nice to have two bathrooms; it's in an amazing location with views of the Cathedral, private parking and then public parking across the road that we could use on the following morning. I was also grateful to have some cold water in the fridge which is a lovely touch. (We didn't actually use the milk as we had brought some of our own). There's really nothing much to say here as it's a lovely apartment. But I have already suggested to the owner that perhaps they might add a second bedside table and lamp in the main room for when there are two people in there. I guess a note about needing to reset the oven clock before being able to cook would also have been helpful when we were a bit tired and worried but we then found that in the manual.

Everything you needed in a lovely modern kitchen, beds very comfortable and to a very high standard. Book this you will not be disappiointed. There is a beautiful walk with water and lovely wildlife within a stones throw. 10/10 Everything was perfect, this is how accomation/hotels should be.

There were plenty of towels, the bathrooms and kitchen were well equipped and the bed was really comfortable. The location was also perfect and the secure parking really convenient. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, as a family of 4 adults, we were very happy with all the amenities, decor and ambience of the apartment. The location is also very central to all establishments in the city, from cafes, and restaurants to convenience stores.
