The receptionist did not explain the hotel facilities and services, such as the restaurant operating hours and other available amenities. In addition, I was given a ground-floor room with an unpleasant smell. When I requested a room change, it was accepted reluctantly and in an unwelcoming manner, which negatively affected my stay experience.

• Vitaly (9/5): Hidden gem of Riyadh's Dilpomatic Quarters - Great place to stay for business travelers. Close by to the convention center. Nice and clean spacious rooms. Quiet place with good environment to rest and sleep. Rich breakfast and all the amenities. The water in the swimming pool was freezing cold (February). That was unexpected as the pool was open :)

Room card issue had me go down to the counter 3 times only to discover the actual card I was given had issues. The AC did not work, called once, fixed for the night. The next say, same issue but this time I got tired and stopped caring. Opened the windows, only to wake up because of the kitchen smell/oils from the buffet downstairs. Reception is not available late at the night, despite what they say. I needed help twice and no one was on the counter for extended periods. Security/gate guy wonders off and you can’t enter the parking without him, especially at night. I had to park outside the property twice in 4 nights. It was overpriced for the experience you get. I could have paid the same and stayed in 5 star hotel that is a bit further, but I wanted something close to my event.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Shahad Saif, a receptionist who exemplified professionalism and kindness. Her respectful demeanor and helpful attitude made the check-in process seamless and welcoming. The hotel itself is impressively clean and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city. • Mina (10/5): Nice hotel with high potentials - The staff were friendly, and the room was cosy and clean. The food was nice as well the swimming pool. The gym equipments needs to be maintained, especially the treadmill. The room view was horrible as it shows the wall of the next building.
• Varun (8/5): Good (not great), cheaper than the Courtyard, limited in-house food options, comfortable, quiet. - Spacious room, upgraded to a suite which made my 2-week stay more comfortable, courteous staff, good cleaning service, the wifi worked well, my room was quiet despite the hotel facing a busy highway, never had a problem getting an Uber, and < 5 min walk from a couple of grocery stores. The restaurant wasn't heated - uncomfortably cold in the winter (but it's manageable if you wear a jacket). Selection was sparse though adequate; the cook at the egg station couldn't make an egg-white omelette, initially declined to even make a fried egg (apparently he didn't know how! one of the wait staff showed him!). The restaurant supposedly had a buffet dinner but I walked in once and didn't find anything on the tables and in general didn't find any customers in the restaurant during lunch or dinner hours.
