• Natalie (7/5): Schöne zentrale Wohnung - mit Verbessrungspotential - Schöne Unterkunft- Lage Nähe Colosseum, Restaurants, Bäcker usw sehr nah. Das Personal wirkte unfreundlich- als ich fragte ob wir (da kleines Kind) schon 30min-1h früher einchecken könnten: Nein. Als ich nach zusätzlichen Müllbeutel (es war für 5 Nächte nur 1 Sack da und wir haben ein 12 Monate altes Kind, sprich Windeln) fragte, wurde man auf den Supermarkt verwiesen. Mit einem Reise Buggy kam man nicht durch die Wohnungstür. Am letzten Tag stand die Putzfrau schon vor 10Uhr (Check out Zeit) vor der Wohnung und wartete bis wir das Appartement verlassen, nicht einmal ein „Hallo“ kam dabei … insgesamt wirkte die Kommunikation mit Verwaltung/Vermieter nicht wie eine „Luxus Wohnung“ , die mind. 300€/Nacht kostet. Auch an Toilettenpapier (2 Rollen für 5 Nächte) wurde in meinen Augen gespart. Das kochfeld hat ewig gebraucht, bis Wasser endlich gekocht hat, Dusche etwas schmutzig.

• Florian (10/5): Schöne Unterkunft in guter Lage! - Die Unterkunft war tatsächlich so wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Die Lage ist sehr gut, das Kolosseum in Sicht- und Gehweite, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ebenfalls. Die Unterkunft lag im ersten Stock, trotzdem war vom Verkehr wenig zu hören. Im Umkreis befinden sich viele Lokale, mehrere kleine und ein größerer Supermarkt, Eisdielen und Cafes. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

• Sanne (9/5): - Het is een ruim apartment. Was heel schoon (dat kan nog wel eens tegenvallen). Fijne kussens, 2 badkamers, wasmachine aanwezig en keuken ook helemaal prima. Locatie is om de hoek van het Colosseum. Ook restaurants in de straat, erg fijn. Het geluid op straat is wel veel (glasbakken die in de vroege ochtend geleegd worden, etende/feestende mensen tot laat op straat). Locatie ligt iets verder lopen van de historische highlights.

• MAL (10/5): APPARTEMENT IDEAL POUR UN SEJOUR A ROME - Nous avons loué l'appartement une chambre pour une semaine, nous étions 2. Superbe appartement très spacieux, parfaitement équipé. Tout y est. Très bien situé à 200 mètres du Colysee dans un quartier animé, restaurants, bellle supérette à proximité, boulangeries, station de métro et de taxi. Nous le recommandons vivement. Parfois bruyant car situé au dessus d'un restaurant et mal isolé avec l'appartement voisin.

Tuvimos un problema con el lavamanos, que los anfitriones resolvieron prontamente. Critican los ruidos de la pizzería de la esquina…quizas sea en verano. Siendo invierno, y debido a los cerramientos, no se escuchó nada ( y la pizzería estuvo abierta y llena de gente todos los días).

• Schröter (9/5): Eine tolle Unterkunft um Rom zu entdecken. - Das Appartment war geräumig, das Bad modern, die Lage in direkter Nähe zum Kolosseum perfekt. Nur ein kleiner Punkt: Die weichen Matratzen waren recht weich, ich habe aber gut geschlafen, meiner Frau hat das allerdings nicht so gefallen.

• Joern (8/5): - Sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock über einem Restaurant. Bei offenem Fenster riecht alles nach Frittiertem. Ist durch die Lage über dem Restaurant auch recht laut. Da es eine Klimaanlage gibt, ist es nicht dramatisch. Die Fenster sind gut und halten auch die Geräuschbelastung niedrig.

• HUI-I (9/5): 整體來說是舒服的地方，附近也有好吃的餐廳。很遺憾的是，我們在住宿處的公車站「Labicana」遇到了扒手集團，他們搶奪了我的手機，甚至與我發生肢體衝突，如果住在這裡搭乘公車的話，請務必小心。 - 乾淨，舒適寬敞，冷氣涼爽 房間裏沒有替換的垃圾袋，沐浴用品提供的非常少。 如果是注重安靜的房客可能需要注意，夜晚不是很安靜，房間隔音非常的差，甚至可以聽到隔壁鄰居的鬧鐘。

• Carmen (8/5): Great Location! 2 Bedroom Does Not Have a View! - You can't beat the location if your main attraction will be the Colosseum. It's just two blocks away! The apartment was updated, clean and well equipped. It even had a washer and a hanging rack for drying clothes which came so handy. The beds were comfortable and the owner was very communicative. There are so many restaurants, groceries stores and even souvenir shops right in the same block. Also, the metro bus is about 2 blocks away for anyone looking to get around that way. Lastly, check-in was easy! The 2 bedroom apartment does not have a view of the Colosseum as shown in the picture, which is the main reason why I booked this apartment so we were disappointed. Being right above a restaurant, it is very loud at night and there is a fried/cooking smell in the main bedroom, so it made it difficult to have a good night sleep. This issue was only in the main bedroom as the 2nd bedroom seemed to be less loud and no smell. Although check-in was a breeze, there is no early check in at all.

• Martin (9/5): Comfortable Apartment in an excellent neighbourhood - The apartment is comfortable and well equipped and is situated in an excellent neighbourhood close to the Colosseum. Although, approximately 3km from the main city centre, this neighbourhood is less crowded than the centre and the local restaurants offer a much better variety of food than the usual tourist traps. The Colosseum Metro station is close by. Nothing of note.
• Artur (4/5): Was ok for one time. - Good locations. Asked for early check in and was approved the early check in the night before my check out lol they got jokes. Nice decor but so many things didn’t make sense. Place was booked for 3 people counting on the couch to sleep for the 3rd person but the cushions were falling off. Can’t even sit on those let alone sleep. Definitely does not look like the pictures. They have a washer and drying rack but no way to iron cloths. Any traveler always jams all possible cloths in a suitcase and all ends up with wrinkles. Asked about it was told no. Walked around the city 3 days in wrinkled cloths. Shower is nice but no space to put my stuff. Everything was on the floor including the soap sponge toothbrush you name it. What’s the point of having nice but non-fully functional rental?

• Jeff (10/5): Simple but a very good value - The property was simple and reasonably priced which is exactly as advertised. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and there was heating/air conditioning in all the rooms. The home is in a great location just 2 blocks from the colliseum and there are plenty of great restaurants around. We just stayed there 1 night as we were traveling back from Sorrento to FCO airport the following day. It was perfect for us.

Easy access, well-equipped, very clean and tidy. Plenty of wardrobe space. Loved the fact there were 2 bathrooms as we had a little one with us. No negatives for us.
• Malgorzata (10/5): Wonderful apartment, great as a base for walking around Rome - The apartment is very spacious and clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, but a small minus is the lack of any dishwasher tablets. The apartment has a washing machine and washing liquid, which is a great convenience for longer stays. The beds in the bedroom and living room were very comfortable, and there was a large supply of towels in the bathroom. Apartment is located very close to the Colosseum and the metro station, all the monuments can be reached on foot. Nearby there are several small grocery stores and luggage storage facilities, which allow you to leave your suitcases before check-in and after check-out. Very clear instructions from the hosts regarding check-in and check-out, we had no problems getting into the apartment on the first day. The Wifi connection worked fine. The noise from the restaurant is indeed audible until late at night (even in February), but it did not disturb us during our stay. The only small downside was the very limited supply of everyday items: toilet paper (2 rolls), shampoo (1 small sachet per person), coffee (2 capsules). There were no dishwasher tablets at all, although there is a request to wash the dishes before leaving. The coffee machine was also a bit of a challenge, as it would sometimes crush the capsule, making it impossible to make coffee. However, regardless of these minor inconveniences, the apartment is definitely worth recommending.

• Kochanuk (10/5): Fabulous location and a beautiful, well appointed apartment! - Clean, spacious, very well appointed, rooms were great size and the location was unbelievably good. Walking to the Colosseum in 4 minutes and most other monuments in historical Rome in under 45 minutes was amazing! Hosts (Laura and Alberto) were great-responsive and helpful! Nothing of any importance. If you’re complaining about this place, you shouldn’t be travelling.

• Weronika (3/5): Very disappointed with the facilities, would not recommend staying - especially considering the price. - Location - clogged sink and shower drain (had to unclog them myself to use it) - lack of enough plates (had to use washing machine TWICE a day) - TERRIBLY uncomfortable couch, squeaking with any light movement (calling it a bed is a misunderstanding) - no large mirror (apart from one narrow hidden in wardrobe) - very loud outside (flat just above the restaurant, noises up to 1AM, with daily noise of breaking glass around 4AM)

• Frank (9/5): Superb - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Colosseum Holidays-San Giovanni in Laterano! The apartment was immaculate and very comfortable. It was very close to the colosseum, roman forum and palatine hill. We were able to walk to most places we wanted to go but did catch the local subway to the Vatican. The apartment is above a fun restaurant. You can hear the activity there but it did not adversely affect us in any way. We had a small problem with the lock that was easily remedied. A great place to stay!

• Raymond (10/5): This is a great apartment! - This is a modern updated apartment in a good location, with many restaurants/cafes in the area. The bedrooms were very spacious with wardrobe, desk and TV. Bathrooms were very nice. We liked that there was a washing machine. The bathrooms could use a shelf in the shower and hooks to hang your clothes or towels.

• Sverrir (9/5): One of the greatest place to stay in Rome - This is a great stay for two in Roma. There is a grocery store not far off and a hotel nearby that has a decent breakfast. We had to spend some time inside the apartment and we felt like home. Really close to the Colosseum and loads of restaurants around. Spacious and all around great. Might add there are heavy doors to the apartment that really feel safe. GREAT AC! We had bit of an issue getting in to the apartment due to the code to the doors not being sent. Could have been my mistake but we got in to the complex and then I had to ring the host about 3 times. As soon as we got in the apartment everything sailed smoothly (there are keys in the apartment). If you are an early light sleeper like me this might not be the place for you as there is quite a popular restaurant downstairs right by the window, not super loud, it's not a cocktail bar but you hear folks chattering down below. One thing that had me wondering is the 60 euro cleaning fee that is collected but around the apartment are note of requests from a cleaning company asking you to do all sorts of things before leaving (cleaning wise) like throwing out all trash so it felt a little airbnb vibe so we just went over the whole apartment to be safe. I sent the host a message and he said to leave the space in a decent way.
