• Letizia (5/5): - Posizione Abbiamo preso una tripla deluxe per poi scoprire che il terzo letto difatto era inesistente. Non era nemmeno un divano letto standard ma poco più di una piazza. Inoltre, non era stato nemmeno preparato con lenzuola e coperte. Non hanno una stanza per deposito bagagli in attesa del check in/check out.
• Julieta (7/5): Buena pero sin poder ducharnos - La ubicación y que estaba muy limpio La ducha no funciona directamente, sale agua hirviendo o muy fría, le comentamos el problema al dueño y dijo que pasarían a solucionarlo, no fue así, nos hemos ido sin ducharnos, una verdadera faena. Además la nevera suena como un dinosaurio toda la noche.

• mathew (9/5): Superb facility, highly recommend. - Room was superb. stylish and comfy, clean and spacious. Check in was a disaster with the wrong code. Luckily someone helped and we only wasted 30 mins getting the right code. When we entered the room it was worth the wait. And there is zero point in having an expensive coffee machine if you do not provide pods.

Nous avions demandé de déposer les valises à entre 10h et 11h et on nous a dit « no te preocupes ». Une fois arrivée sur place, l’hôte prend du temps à répondre sur whatsapp pour donner les informations pour accéder au logement et nous avons dû attendre 2h pour entrer dans l’appartement.

The sofa bed not really good enough for two adults, and very uncomfortable. But the property had a free appt and they gave us discounted rate for the second appt so it all turned out well in the end.

Modern beach decor. A very small thing was the hair wash dispenser leaked so it needs replacing not just refilling. Faultless otherwise.

• Dave (3/5): Great location but that's it - would not recommend staying here - Great location - in the centre of the old town; but unfortunately that's about it To make a long story short: we asked for early check-in which was not available so we waited until the actual check-in time. We entered the room to see that it had not been cleaned. We contacted through whatsapp the service desk and after some hassle we got another appartment. However there were not enough towels, blankets for the 4 of us and the sofabed had not been made. The day after we went to pick up our luggage 10 minutes before check-out time and the entry code no longer worked. Again we had to contact the servicedesk. It all turned out in the end but this is the type of issues you do not want on your holiday and you would not expect for the price charged. Note there are also no lockers for baggage storing.
• Fohretsoo (9/5): Comfortable and great location. - The property was spotless and has all you need in the kitchen and bathroom. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from Orange Square. We were in contact with the proprietor (via WhatsApp) and were given all we needed to know before our arrival. We couldn't increase the temperature on the airconditioner for some reason. A (thin) duvet and 2 pillows were found inside a cupboard rather than on the bed, but that is a minor thing.
• Francesca (9/5): Notte splendida a Marbella - Struttura prenotata per 4 persone. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, posizione centrale e silenzioso. Palazzo nuovo e accogliente. Appartamento pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. Divano letto molto comodo. Menzione speciale al ristorante El Barril del Gusto, situato sotto l’immobile, che nonostante l’ora ci ha accolto e servito un’ottima cena. Piccolo inconveniente con il riscaldamento, ma risolto prontamente dall’host tramite whatsapp. Purtroppo abbiamo trovato anche l’asciugacapelli rotto, ma grazie al vicino abbiamo comunque risolto!

• Satu (7/5): Hyvä sijainti ja hyvä peruspaikka kokea Marbella-Puerto Banus-San Pedro -alue! - Sijainti loistava ja alkuillan hälinän jälkeen hyvin hiljainen sijainti. Asunto oli siisti ja puhdas. Asunnon muut asiat oli sinnepäin... Tärkein oli että vesipaine oli siellä surkea, eli useimmiten tuli vettä tipoittain, eli suihkussa käynti oli haasteellista kun ei meinannut saada edes hiuksia pestyä. Ilmoitin asiasta useamman kerran ja meidän viikon oleskelun aikana asiaa ei saatu korjattua. Leivänpaahdin oli rikki, vaatekomerosta nuppi oli irrallaan, suihkun nuppi oli myös irrallaan, vuodesohva oli surkea vaikka itse sohva oli siisti. Olimme varanneet astetta paremman huoneen kun meitä piti olla 3 henkilöä, mutta onneksi ei tarvittu vuodesohvaa kuin yhdeksi illaksi, joten tilaa meillä oli oikein mukavasti kahden kesken.

• Manon (10/5): - Het leuke appartement ligt in het oude centrum. De toegang werkt heel gemakkelijk met codes. Zodra je beneden de haldeur uitloopt sta je midden tussen de winkeltjes. Om de hoek zitten barretjes en restaurantjes. Alles in het oude centrum is makkelijk te voet te bereiken en heel gezellig. Wij zaten op de bovenste etage en hadden vanuit onze slaapkamer een prachtig uitzicht op de kerk. Ook het dakterras was fijn om even te ontspannen. Als ik terugga naar Marbella kom ik hier zeker terug.

• Eric (1/5): LA PIRE EXPERIENCE de MARBELLA : A FUIR !!! - "Selecta Marbella Sentire Apartaments" à Calle San Juan de Dios, EST notre plus mauvaise experience à Marbella : - l'appartement est difficile d'accès, - dans la zone historique MAIS à 500 m du Parking et interdiction d'approcher avec la voiture pour déposer les bagages. - Aucune aide et même de mauvais conseils de la part du loueur, qui soit ne savait pas, soit n'en avait rien à faire ? Pour encaisser c'est rapide, mais pour aider? il n'y a plus personne ! Une heure pour avoir des instructions trompeuses par WhatsApp ET 3 heures pour réussir à Ouvrir la porte de l'appartement en faisant appel au service client de Booking... l'Appartement est équipé de façon bas de gamme un frigo qui fait du bruit, un chauffe eau qui fait du bruit, un mur moisi voir photo - des travaux à prévoir dans la douche moisie , - un tapis sale, - un lit en portefeuille qu'il a fallu refaire à minuit. A part ça si vous trouvez un autre logement, facile d'acces avec vos bagages la vieille ville est tres sympa. Mais ce loueur vous gachera ce plaisir alors fuyez... On a écourté notre séjour. Merci ! J'ajoute que 2 autres clients ont connu les memes probleme le meme jour ! 3 appartements impossibles à ouvrir à cause de quoi ? Le logiciel de déverrouillage de la porte ? On ne sait pas ! Et le Loueur s'en lave les mains : "Hola. Gracias por su mensaje. Nuestro horario de atención es de 9 a 21h. A partir de esa hora no podemos atender WhatsApp. Si es una emergencia por favor llámenos al telefono de emergencias" "We're available 9 to 21h everyday. After this time cannot assist you on WhatsApp." MAIS LE NUMERO d'urgence NE REPOND PAS! Ils ont tout automatisé pour gratter de l'argent mais c'est totalement inefficace ET si le jour suivant, vous insistez pour parler à un responsable : un interlocuteur qui refuse de vous dire son nom ?? Vous explique que : ce n'est pas de sa faute ça arrive c'est le systeme. MAIS QUI EST RESPONSABLE DU SYSTEME ??? "We're not a hotel, so we don't have bellboy service. There's no one physically at the front desk. I understand your anger and I apologize, but we're human and we make mistakes too." ET si vous lui demandez son nom : "We are trying to maintain our privacy, as I told you, this happened on a different shift than mine" LE GARS vous écrit pour vous dire qu'il est désolé mais que ce n'est pas sa faute et c'est arrivé quand il n'était pas là"... Donc c'est votre probleme il est desolé mais à vous de vivre avec : - une soirée ratée, - un stress de fou, ne pas savoir où aller dormir avec 4 valises à 23:00 ?? - Et quand après 3 heures de stress et des tentatives infructueuses finalement Booking arrive à trouver "José" qui arrive à créer un code qui ouvre la porte, - On en profite pour dépanner un autre couple dans la meme galère de code, et le voisin de l'appart d'en face vous dit que lui aussi, il a eu le meme problème en arrivant dans la journée...
• Giulia (5/5): Bello ma scomodo - La posizione ottima e l'appartamento molto moderno. Nonostante, gli aspetti positivi, la struttura era molto carente nelle cose più basilari. Abbiamo prenotato per 4 persone per 2 giorni e ci hanno lasciato solo un rotolo e mezzo di carta igienica... al sollecito di averne dell'altra ci hanno detto che non era possibile. Inoltre, erano inesistenti gli appendini quindi non era possibile mettere gli asciagamani da nessuna parte. Il divano letto non era pronto al nostro arrivo e molto scomodo. Infine, anche se l'appartamento era fornito della cucina, non c'era un tavolo nell'appartamento nè sedie, non so come si potesse mangiare.
• Loredana (6/5): - Location is great. The apartment is neat, clean and modern. Virtual reception is responsive. The fridge made a noise to the point we had to unplug it. The drains were smelly and it took us a while to figure out where the utensils were hidden. Unfortunately, there was no water pressure when trying to get a hot shower and it was tricky managing water pressure and heat at the same time. We had to request additional towels for our entire stay as we only got 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel each. Also only had 1 wine glass and had to request an extra blanket for the bed. It is very noisy and you can hear the lift, your neighbour's including the drainage system and the hustle and bustle from the streets late into the night and early morning.
