• Aart Jan (10/5): Heerlijke plek in een fantastisch appartement waar werkelijk aan alles is gedacht! - Het is zo prachtig en huiselijk ingericht, en dan ook nog een persoonlijk welkom, dat was echt zò fijn. Belinda en Richard zijn geweldige hosts en we reizen nu al 3 jaar fulltime met ons gezin en deze accommodatie had werkelijk ALLES!! Overal is aan gedacht, echt de meest complete plek van de afgelopen 3 jaar!

Hosts were extremely helpful, friendly and available. Great safe and central location to explore. Beautiful Seaview! Peace of mind with the safe and secure parking provided.

• Simonececchi70 (10/5): Like at home - Everything was wonderful from start to finish... Belinda and Richard made us feel at home. The apartment is really beautiful with balconies, two bathrooms, two double bedrooms and a beautiful living room.
• Charmaine (10/5): Best Place felt like home. - Best place! It felt like home. Supplied a water dispenser. Washing machine was great. Dish washer too. Lots of love put into this unit. Very clean with comfortable beds. Even freshly baked short bread. Small basket for the beach was a great help. Location was perfect. Walking distance to beaches and the Penguins were really close. The view was beautiful too. The patio is a bit small but nothing can be done about that. Still enjoyed it.

• Deepak (10/5): Relaxing, comfortable and clean apartment in a quaint town with quick access to all the popular attractions. - Simon’s town is a very safe quaint town, easily accessible from Cape Town. The apartment has incredible views of the bay and is two minute walk away from Sea forth beach and next to penguin nesting area. The apartment was spotless with lots of comfortable seating inside and outside. Hosts Richard and Belinda were extremely polite and friendly and gave us lots of excellent suggestions. We would highly recommend staying here if you are in the Cape Town area. Nothing to complain about. Would absolutely stay here again.

Have a very relaxing balcony to watch whales. Super nice couple, their goal is to make sure you stay comfortably as you can! Love the home make cookies!!

• Ulrike (10/5): Great place - A great place, we were very happy to be here. It is so close to the penguins walking distance only 10 min to the official penguin beach but also a few penguins seam to live at the next small bay and we enjoyed them very much. The flat is really very nice and beautifully decorated. It is large with nice separate bedrooms each with a full bathroom. A great kitchen with everything you need. Shopping Mal with food options and Woolworth and doctors only about 10 min drive away. We enjoyed our stay very much, thank you Belinda and Rich for your kindness and great support. We hope to come back for a second time, visiting South Africa once is not enough. The weather, it was unusual amounts of rain

• Mas-udah (10/5): Modern self catering apartment a few metres from the beach - We loved everything about the self catering accommodation. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, open plan kitchen and balcony, loads of cupboard space, secure parking and the view. The host Belinda was warm and very welcoming, and her husband kindly helped us with our bags. She was very informative & enquired whether we needed anything. I’d highly recommend this accommodation especially if you intend visiting Simonstown, Kalk Bay, Cape Point and surrounding area. It’s a few metres from the beach and Boulders penguin colony is a very short walk away. Only a suggestion (and this is not a negative), maybe a small bin in the bathrooms and bedside lamps. Guests should be aware that there is no lift in the building and that the apartment is on the second floor.

• Mmasechaba (8/5): Very good - The area is calm, not too busy and the apartment is so lovely and so clean, it has all that you would need, definitely home away from home. The boulders beach with Penguins right close to the apartment was so lovely as well. The hosts were amazing, so warm and welcoming. The pool is clean, and the area seems very safe. Great local restaurants, enjoyed the Seaforth Restaurant right close to the apartment. We were there for 7 days with my family so this was a perfect home away from home feeling. Distance from Cape Town CBD and V&A waterfront, and some of our other booked activities, almost an hour drive to each place. Consider the location when planning out activities, however the daily drive was beautiful and we got to experience a different side to Cape Town. Also did not like the stories of the baboons, we only got to see them the day before our check out and thank goodness we did not have an encounter with them. The hosts did a lovely job of warning us about them and gave us tips on what to do, should there be one.

Belinda become our mum away from home - always looking after us in the form of freshly baked cookies, occasional chocolate drop off's and constant updates about everything going on in the area.. This Greek Mommy has all the best restaurant spots (obviously) so do not hesitate to ask her opinion on things - You can tell she loves and cares for her guests and will go out of her way to ensure they have a memorable stay. :) Would recommend this spot to anyone visiting Simons Town - You won't be disappointed. We loved absolutely everything - No complaints at all
• Karen (10/5): Home from home , but with amazing views x - even before we arrived Belinda was helpful supplying us with local knowledge about where to watch the world cup final. On arrival she was lovely and friendly meeting us at the property to explain where everything was. The extra touches including home made shortbread, provision of beach towels. comfy beds and excellent views just a few minutes from the beach. i had nothing to fault.
• Catherine (10/5): Exceptional, would definitely go back. - The unit is beautiful, well equipped and very clean. It’s walking distance to Boulders Beach and has everything one would need (and more). Linda provided so many special touches that we weren’t expecting, including a bucket and spades for the boys, beach towels to use, delicious crunchies and fresh milk in the fridge (which was much appreciated). She was an exceptional host. We found everything we needed in the house (including a grater and washing pegs!) The view was stunning also, even better than the pictures. The property and Linda exceeded our expectations, and I would most definitely recommend staying here. It’s very difficult to find any fault, it really is a great property to stay at.

• Brent (10/5): This is a great choice at a reasonable price for one of the best destinations in South Africa - This apartment is beautiful, the view is amazing and the location is in one of the best areas in Cape Town, a 100 meters away from a gorgeous series of beaches, the best penguin viewing in Africa and a charming little navy town with some good restaurants. The hosts are attentive, the security is good and the apartment feels like a luxury experience. I had no complaints
