- Marisa (1/5): Wouldn’t ever stay here again. - Great location Apartment was filthy, sofas were stained and disgusting and the entire apartment smelled musty. We booked the apartment for 3 people and on the morning of check in had to pay £15 additional for bed linens that were left lying on the ground and which we had to make up for ourselves. There was a lock on door that didn’t even work and when we tried to contact the staff when we checked in at 10pm - no one was able to help us until the next morning. Spent over 4 hours back and fourth the next day to resolve all issues and only Booking.com helped and supported our arguments we were being ignored and offered to check out early AND pay full price.
