• Nina (10/5): A good option for exploring Perugia. - A spacious and clean apartment that offers a pleasant stay while exploring Perugia. Just a few minutes away from the metro, which takes you directly to the city center. Parking was not a problem either. The host sends all the instructions (video and PDF) and is very friendly and responsive. Everything is handled easily over the phone. The bed might seem a bit so-so at first, but it was actually very comfortable to sleep on. The area around the apartment felt a bit questionable to us at first, but that was probably just because we were strangers there. It might be nice if there were a café or restaurant nearby, but that would easily make the accommodation five-star.

Sotto l’appartamento si trova un parcheggio a pagamento (molto economico) e la vicinanza alla minimetro aiuta negli spostamenti. L’host Gloria è gentilissima e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità o dubbio.

The apartment was comfortable and well equipped, close to a number of supermarkets, very close to the train station and close to a mini metro station which takes you to the historical centre in under 10 minutes. All in all, a very enjoyable stay in a beautiful city! N/A

• adriana (9/5): - Appartenento meraviglioso,con tutti i comfort e anche piccole attenzioni in più non scontate, bagno grande e pulito, camera ampia e spazi sfruttati benissimo; posizione comoda, a 2 minuti c'è la fermata della minimetrò, comodissima che ti permettere di lasciare la macchina nel parcheggio a pagamento ( per due giorni e mezzo abbiamo pagato 5€) senza problemi essendoci le guardie nel palazzo dell'appartamento. Nulla da segnalare

• clara (9/5): Séjour très agréable. - Logement très propre, confortable et bien situé ( à côté de la gare, proche du mini métro pour le centre ville et à côté d’un petit supermarché). Idéal pour les personnes souhaitant rayonner en train depuis Pérouse. La climatisation était la bienvenue pour supporter la chaleur estivale. Le système de clef électronique avec le portable m’a un peu perturbé au début mais Gloria explique très bien, avec des vidéos à l’appui comment s’en servir. Notre hôte était très serviable tout au long de notre séjour. Je recommande. Petit bémol (pour lequel la propriétaire n’est pas responsable): le quartier à certaines heures n’est peut-être pas le meilleur endroit pour se promener pour une femme seule (surtout aux alentours de la gare).

There isn't too many places to visit locally, but they have the minimetro a couple of minutes away that goes straight into Perugia centre so is very easy and its only a 25 mins walk from there if you like walking.
• Angelee (10/5): Lovely stay - Everything was great with our stay. The bed was huge and comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, the jacuzzi tub was a nice touch. Super close to the train station and mini metro. Host was so kind and communicative. We’d definitely recommend staying here! A little bit confusing to find the building itself and the right pathway/stairs to get to the building (we were on foot) but altogether everything was great!
• Kerry (9/5): Great place at a great price. - Fabulous room! The spa was a really special touch and communication with Dante, our host, was faultless. He’s super friendly and full of information. Everything was clean and new and the kitchen was well stocked. Great to have a few staples like olive oil, salt, pepper, coffee pods and different teas. The bed was super comfortable. It’s really close to train station (just watch out for the traffic). We’d definitely stay here again. The traffic around the station can be quite hectic.

• Charles (5/5): Passable - the unit was clean, the jacuzzi tub and shower nice. it is located within a old apartment complex. Location close to the train and the micromini bus. if your just looking for a stop over from train station or visiting the city center in the day, it is fine. the bus stops at 9 therefore getting home at night from the city center was not easy. A long 3o min walk down a big hill! Hard to get taxis late at night. the neighbors have loud kids i would recommend staying within the city center if you are there to tour Perugia. there was no wine bottle opener in our room and we contacted host with no response.

Dante was also a great host! The water in the shower wasn’t going down so it was difficult to shower without flooding the bathroom.

• Constance (9/5): perfect romantic get away! - The bath is perfect for a romantic get away. There’s a parking right next to the building as well, which was super easy to access and setup. Our first impression of the neighbourhood wasn’t great, but after a couple of day we changed our mind. The app to enter the apartment doesn’t work on only one entry door.

Seemed to be a lot of people loitering around the streets, maybe because of the train station, but most did not appear to be tourists
