Guest Reviews
- Rudolfs (4/5): Two days / nights - Good location, cooking area, dishwasher, decent shower and bed, free Wi-Fi, TV. Inconvenient key system. The apartment was very hot, the air conditioning didn’t work, and the window was broken and couldn’t be opened. The apartment was next to a main street, so it was noisy. Needed better cleaning — furniture and cooking utensils. Old iron damaged clothes. Toilet had low water pressure.
I would recommend checking the apartment’s condition before paying the deposit, because unfortunately, several things were broken or in poor condition.
- Heidi (9/5): Superb -
- Corey (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kelly (5/5): Passable - I had to pay £150 charge and was told would be paid back to me. I've been chasing this for 2 days now and not had it refunded. It's a lot of money and as I was expected to pay this by a certain time would expect the decency to have it paid back in a certain time too. So won't be recommended the stay to anyone
- Tevan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kieran (4/5): Just…bizarre - The location was good. Bed was comfortable enough The whole situation was just…bizarre. You have to collect keys from an off license which is fair enough. We got there an hour early and we had to wait half an hour for a “key collection code” even though it states we’d be given one an hour before checking in. After I got the keys we received texts on WhatsApp to show us where to go however the first sentence of the rules where “do not speak to the concierge”. Which is strange. On arrival, the room was just…strange. There was a wedding photo from 2018 in the draw with a condom (appreciated the thought but probably not appropriate). Earrings in random places, 3 kettles, the tv remote didn’t work at all. The cutlery wasn’t cleaned properly, a random ring next to the bed, Chinese magazines, the bed cover had stains on it even though it was clean but felt old.
I did receive the £150 “damage deposit” a few hours after the given check out time but still an inconvenience.
- Lkgkm (1/5): Bad - Fake property Fake property

- O'reilly (9/5): Ideal location. Best time I’ve had in London and 3rd time being there - Very good location in Central London. Good price compared to the crazy prices of London hotels.
Good facilities around including the Underground which is literally 2 minutes walk and a Sainsbury’s below the apartment block Walls need a lick of a paint brush, couch had someone’s arse juice stained on it, TV remote was a pain and the bed was like a springboard other than that good
- Antonia (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was just super good! Super close to the Elephant & Castle station (2 min on foot), with a small supermarket right at the entrance, many restaurants nearby. Well equipped kitchen, clean, new - and with the softest and most comfortable bed we've ever slept in!!!
The area is very safe. As two young females we felt comfortable also at night.
The key collection went smoothly, the deposit was paid back very quickly and we were able to communicate well with the host via booking.com app.
We will travel to London a second time and will definitely try to stay there again, if only because of this cozy dream bed.
Thank you for the fantastic stay! Actually everything was amazing. If I have to give a feedback, I would suggest to provide more towels but that's it.

- Aishat (10/5): Exceptional -
- Becs (10/5): Comfortable clean studio apartment, with host who was very easy to contact. - The apartment is a great location, next to the E&C tube station and all the bus route. It was the perfect spot during a work trip. Does require a deposit separately after booking. However host was very easy to work with regarding this.
- Himani (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment was and bus stops and underground was just few seconds away. There were supermarkets as well next to it. The bedsheets were not clean. The bed was not comfortable at all. The toiletries provided were almost finished. The person asked for 150£ as security deposit which was refundable before check-in as the key will not be delivered otherwise. We were about to do it but after reading a review we didn’t. We didn’t pay security deposit so I feel it was a scam to take money and never give back.
- Kylie (8/5): Very good -
- Kylie (9/5): Good. - Good location. Nice studio apartment. Clean. Host was great. Double doors open into the main road so a little noisy.
- Branavan (1/5): Horrid people on the other end of the phone! - This was the shadiest provider I’ve ever had the misfortune of booking with. They sent me messages asking for money directly through PayPal. And the property wasn’t ready, I had to wait an hour or so, go to a corner shop to get the keys. I tried to get the property manager to cancel the booking after half an hour but he wouldn’t. He got £170 for free. I would avoid if you don’t want a headache, and be in a dodgy part of town.
- Muriam (10/5): Very good, throughly enjoyed and will recommend to friends and family - It was in a good location, spacious and very clean No full length mirror
- Doreen (9/5): Short, convenient and great - The location was great , the apartment was spacious and clean . It came equipped with many things. Had some issues with the tv remote otherwise it was solved. Great communication from the host . Great instructions given to locate the property the keys etc - I can’t complain . Would book again for sure The tv remote
- Ahmad (10/5): Worth the visit - Location, Price and cleanliness The bed was uncomfortable for a couble. Key collection is a hastle (the key must be collected from a different location).

- Główka (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and visually pretty apartament. Lots of place, kitchen - very useful to prepare breakfast etc. All working without issues. Good contact with the owner, he’s to help if anything needed.
- Samantha (6/5): Overpriced with weak communication and faulty appliances in a prime location - It’s a new build that felt safe The broken washing machine and oven in a different language
- Aubrey (1/5): Bad -
- Wu (9/5): nice - house nice Landor nice nothing
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- Sheriff (10/5): Exceptional -
