Ryan (3/5): Was not worth the money, horrible experience. - It was pretty. Only reason we rented there instead of on the strip was for the pool and spa. Neither were heated even after paying extra for heating. Multiple messages to property manager and no resolve. One day the spa even drained. It was my friend’s first trip to Vegas and was half ruined because we weren’t able to use the pool and spa after I promised him a heated pool and spa.
