• Andrew (9/5): Overall we had a very enjoyable stay - Beautiful house with excellent communal areas. Kitchen was very well equipped. The hot tub was great. All rooms were en suite One of the bedrooms was advertised as a double but the bed was only a 4 ft, not really suitable for a couple, and the bathroom was very cramped

• Sharon (3/5): Very disappointed- certainly not value for money or true to description - House is lovely, rustic charm- facilities good Total lack of privacy- owners relatives staying in the house, they could be heard and We could hear them- not exclusive use as indicated. The relative also accessed our side of the house during the stay. Also the house has 5 cats roaming throughout and no notice given prior to arrival.
• Lucia (10/5): If you're looking for a weekend full of magic, this is the place to stay with your loved ones! - I came to celebrate my 40th Birthday with a bunch of friends and I wanted to have a Harry Potter-themed party. This place has the charm of Weasley's home and it was absolutely perfect for hosting my special "Weekend at Hogwarts". The bedrooms were cozy, the kitchen has everything you desire and more and the whole house is filled with curiosities. Five fluffy and cuddly kitties just add to the magical atmosphere. The outdoors hot tub "aka Moaning Myrtle's bathroom" was amazing after a night of partying! And the owners are so lovely and caring, you feel like you're visiting a distant family 🧙🏻🧹🦉🗝️🐈🐾
• Jacqueline (10/5): Gorgeous house with so much character , lovely helpful host - Marilyn was incredibly helpful with my elderly father who turned up a day early! She went out of her way to look after him, she was so kind. The house is so charming, beautifully done and very well equipped - perfect for a large family Xmas gathering . Her cats were adorable too. We’ll definitely be returning!

• Thierry (10/5): A home away from home, with all these extras which makes it way better than home! - Top notch on all account: communication, preparation ahead, welcoming, The property in itself is beautiful, spacious and well furnished. With the attention to details throughout, Marilyn makes it a cosy place, made for great memories. She takes time and effort in making sure you are comfortable, and the smile on her face shows that she does it naturally with pleasure. Words are not sufficient to describe the place and the atmosphere created by Marilyn's input and touch, it needs to be experienced.
• Liz (10/5): Absolutely perfect venue for a large group to come together and celebrate in style and comfort. - Location was ideal for a trip to Blenheim Palace. The house itself was perfect for a Halloween theme dinner party for 12 people celebrating a party. Facilities were great and the owners went the extra mile to accommodate us and help the event go smoothly. The only bit of feedback here was that we weren't aware there would be 5 cats and one of our guests is quite allergic - luckily we had antihistamines to hand!

• Matt (10/5): Beautiful house in a great location - Beautiful property in a peaceful location. This 400 year old house was perfect for our group stay. We used the hot tub which was excellent. The whole house is of outstanding quality and the beds were very comfy. Marilyn is a wonderful host, and greeted us and showed us around giving tips for local places to eat. I recommend taking a walk to the Jolly Boatman along the canal, for some lovely food sitting in the sun. We will be back!!
