- Karen (7/5): Comfortable apartment but confusing to access as the key was located outside a different building. - Great location. Host was very prompt in answering all of our questions. The streaming service was very limited. No clothes dryer.

The bedding was clean and comfy, although bed very soft so may not suit everyone The finish wasn’t great and it wasn’t a flat for comfort. We had two occasions where someone got stuck in the bathroom due to the lock not opening. The wardrobe door was wonky to the frame. The bathroom has brown splash marks up the wall. The shower is tiny. The mirror above the sink needs removing next time the bathroom is decorated. The mirror in the hall way is wonky, the frame has been fixed with two uneven brackets. The kitchen felt sticky and there was no plug in the sink or washing up bowl. The TV didn’t work. The frame hung above the kitchen table hadn’t had any art work hung in it. The finish wasn’t great
