I have to call them, then they will entertain me. The room also not soundproof. I can hear clearly sound from outside especially if the room is near the entrance. Better request room at the back.

- Kalaiyarasi (8/5): Overall i really like my stay it was very comfortable and easy access to our location. - The shower area was very clean, water heater work well. Need to maintain the cleanliness of room's wall. Water stain and dirt stain can be seen at the sides of bedframe wall and room wall. Towels maybe need little more cleanup.

Good location and value for money, but WiFi was not working and staff unhelpful. - The location is very strategic, just a short walk to nearby shops and a short drive to the mall. The price is very affordable, making it a great value for money compared to other hotels in the area. Self check-in was smooth and hassle-free, which I really appreciated after a long day. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Parking is very limited, and if you return late, the available lots are usually taken. The WiFi was not working at all throughout my two-night stay, which was quite inconvenient. I informed the staff but there was no response. I also messaged them to ask if there was an umbrella available at the premise, but again—no reply. Even a simple acknowledgment like “sorry, we don’t have it” would have been appreciated. Being left on read felt a bit rude and dismissive.
- Ismat (8/5): PLACE PERFECT. STAFF RUDE - Sangat bersih, selesa dan harga yang berpatutan. The way their staff treat customers during check in process. I arrived early and when i ask nicely is it possible for me to check in early they just reply. 3pm and off data. I proceed whatsapp to the other number appear on the homestay and they scolded me and ask me to deal with star tree homestay not with them (skytree Hotel). Then is it my fault your phone number was on that homestay door?

- wan muhammad azhan (1/5): Never Coming Again - only the location not too far to the town. not recommend at all !owner dan staff tiada toleransi kepada customer .saya checkin 1am and need to checkout before 12pm .and tepat 12pm dia akan cut down the electric .saya dibiarkan mandi tanpa elektrik ,so there's no lamp and hot shower in toilet .i've never experience like this before and i will be ok if they charge me for late checkout but they not give and not help to open the electric for me to shower .just imagine you are in rush to checkout but the toilet have no lamp at all .so bad experience .im sorry need to be sincere this time .thank yoy
